Which is huge as I'm VERY cautious and picky about having their care in someone else's hands. But the staff at NYCPS is absolutely phenomenal. C & C attend daycare regularly and love it. They play, they socialize, they get cuddles, and by the time they're home they're exhausted I also want to say I have the two smallest dogs that attend daycare regularly, and have had 0 issues with larger dog's temperaments (if tiny dog owners had the same question/concern as me). The seasonal photoshoots have to be one of my favorite perks/services - Beth is incredible at 1) having the dogs stay calm and focused for the picture 2) creating awesome seasonal backdrops/sets 3) taking the actual pictures 4) editing them! The quality of pictures is something my friends and family always comment on. See for yourself! I've also utilized drop off services when I've been unable to pick my babies up before close and have had 0 issues as well. I really trust the staff I could say so so much more and talk about the awesome calendar, the Halloween party, and so much more, but I'd be typing forever lol. NYCPS is truly an Astoria staple and me and my fur babies truly feel part of their community. Highly recommend.

She responded to my initial email request from their site pretty quickly and then was SUPER responsive. She came on a really short notice to meet my two cats and grab a set of my keys and I felt comfortable after meeting her - she's super friendly and nice and seems to really love cats. I had her come twice over the weekend to feed and play with them (and do some light litterbox cleaning) and she could not have been better! Each visit was $25 all in and she keeps you updated with texts and photos and even videos. It was really nice to see my cats in action while I was missing them and see how well taken care of they were. Dami even cleaned and washed their food bowls without being asked! She was super personable and a huge animal lover and I'll definitely be using her for future cat sitting visits :)

She has wonderful communication skills with dogs and people. And Taylor's professionalism, warmth and willingness to help with every detail and any challenge have been invaluable and deeply appreciated. Brianna's encyclopedic understanding of dog behavior combined with her fluidity in decoding it for us has been so incredibly helpful. Her skills and intuition are pretty amazing. She absolutely speaks canine. Her enthusiasm for her work and the calm energy she radiates are contagious and extremely instructive. Both of our dogs (our older guy is gone now) benefited immensely from their work with Brianna. And we've had richer and dare I say less stressful relationships with both of them because we understand so much more, thanks to her. If you couldn't tell, I recommend Kapooch as highly as possible.
