They have really gotten to know our pup and always communicate if anything seemed out of the ordinary during their time with him (irregular stool, decrease in energy, didn't want to eat, etc.) I've always felt comfortable leaving our pup in their hands. I work a job which can be cancelled in the morning due to poor weather or lack of work & they are always very accommodating with day of cancellations. (I always give 4+hours notice). My dog's walker goes above & beyond. She was very warm and friendly and our Toshio took to her immediately. She delivered great care to our little guy while we were gone and sent text updates and pictures. I absolutely LOVE bark and bone. The process is very immersive, they set up an appointment to meet you and your pupper/doggo and get you comfortable with them and provide clear expectations. I was concerned about giving them a copy of my key and they ensured me that they take great care of your keys and if anything ever happened they would cover the cost to change the locks on your doors. We have not had any issues. Their pricing is great for all they do. Every day I get a photo, a progress report and a cute message regarding my pupper's experience. Plus, my pupper LOVES Cal. She takes amazing photos and is super attentive to Theo (my pupper). She makes sure he gets pets, walks and food and is all set to rest until I get home to snuggle him. She also follows any instructions we leave on the portal for her. The communication is super smooth and the scheduling is SO easy. Everything is done through a portal on their website and they are always prompt and responsive. They are also great about scheduling extra appointments last minute if your are stuck at work late and cancelling appointments when you need to.
