She came on a really short notice to meet my two cats and grab a set of my keys and I felt comfortable after meeting her - she's super friendly and nice and seems to really love cats. I had her come twice over the weekend to feed and play with them (and do some light litterbox cleaning) and she could not have been better! Each visit was $25 all in and she keeps you updated with texts and photos and even videos. Pre-COVID we hired Never Alone Pets for daily walks for our dog because I traveled so much for work. A friend referred me to Never Alone so I was comfortable right off the bat, but Damiana and Flávio turned out to be even more amazing than expected!
