One of our dogs was extremely fearful when we adopted her a few years ago. After a lot of work with multiple great dog trainers, play therapy, and eventually an SSRI, she improved a lot. But after we started her on walks with Igor and the team, she's gained even more confidence, is happier, and it's so noticeable. She responded to my initial email request from their site pretty quickly and then was SUPER responsive. She came on a really short notice to meet my two cats and grab a set of my keys and I felt comfortable after meeting her - she's super friendly and nice and seems to really love cats. I had her come twice over the weekend to feed and play with them (and do some light litterbox cleaning) and she could not have been better! Each visit was $25 all in and she keeps you updated with texts and photos and even videos. It was really nice to see my cats in action while I was missing them and see how well taken care of they were. Dami even cleaned and washed their food bowls without being asked!
