They charge $40 for a half hour walk and $50 for an hour, but they DO NOT walk your dog for 30 or 60 minutes! The walk is rapid [10-15 minutes], and then they take your dog back to their headquarters at 1 W 100th Street and hold your dog there for the remainder of the time. You can't request a specific walker. A few of the office administrators are not nice [Hector is nice!]. Too many dogs in a tiny space; some dogs are stressed out because of it; no cameras to check on your dog, too little staff, etc. There is not a lot of diversity; it is important to be able to communicate in a non-hostile way, and it is a challenge there, especially with the owner and office manager. My miniature bernedoodle has been to multiple day cares across the country and Priceless Pet Services is by far, the best we've seen. They are so thoughtful from the initial intake session: they make sure to test the dogs temperament to ensure a fit with other dogs, take them for a walk to get a feel for which walking group they'd be a fit for, and assess personality to tailor the experience for both the dog and the owner. I was blown away by how well they understood my dog within an hour. During daycare, the dogs are walked every couple hours in Central Park in small groups of 3-4 dogs that have a similar walking pace and style. Given how muddy things can get in the winter, I expected my dog to come back a little messy, but she was absolutely spotless and clean. It's obvious she loves it there because we'll sometimes run into a few employees walking a few dogs and mine immediately recognizes them and rushes over to say hi. I can completely relax knowing my dog is in the best hands possible having the time of her life. I can't recommend PPS enough! read more

I literally could not recommend Priceless more (which is why I recommend them to literally everyone I know). They are literally priceless and I am so grateful for everything they do for my family. My dog (who is admittedly a bit of a butt head) LOVES them. They take exceptional care of him, understand his quarks and moods, and foster the most incredible safe and fun environment for all. Whether it's daycare three days a week while I am at work or overnights when we are away for the weekend they are with every penny. Every member of staff is so knowledge, compassionate, and lovely. Not to mention they throw the most epic Halloween costume contest. They also are the most incredibly understanding and patient team when it comes to our fickle schedule (understanding about late night work emergencies) but also the foster dogs I keep bringing to them. Whether the fosters are perfect, not at all potty trained, or incredibly nervous, they know exactly what to do with their unique needs and during a unique time in the foster dogs' lives. I take my dog here for daycare and occasional boarding, and have had a great experience so far. Prices are consistent with what you would expect of a doggie daycare service in Manhattan. My dog always seems happy when I drop him off and pick him up, and the staff will provide me with photos during his overnight stays when I ask. Staff are consistently friendly and seem to know each of the dogs. For me, it is worth paying more to know that my dog is safe and will be taken out regularly. read more

But my 13 year old doxie also likes it which is indicative of how they customize the daycare experience for all dogs. My dog loves priceless pets Super friendly staff, and convenient services

My dog was hit by a car while under Priceless' care last summer. One of their walkers dropped her leash and she ran from Central Park to the West Side Highway, where she was struck and severely injured. She shattered her hip and femur and, for a time, there was a concern that she would be paralyzed. I received a frantic voicemail from a bicyclist who watched her get hit, and my husband received a voicemail from the police officer who was flagged down. Priceless did not inform us that our dog had gotten loose; we had to contact them. To Priceless' credit, they paid for both surgeries our dog underwent and followup care, as they did not have insurance that covered this type of incident. However, they repeatedly warned us that they had no obligation to do so and were doing us a favor. We had very strained discussions with the owners, who somehow felt that we were trying to take advantage of them. Once Randy screamed at me on the phone so loudly that someone across the room from me was concerned. I have never experienced something so inappropriate. Soon after our dog was hit, Priceless lost another dog for over a week. I guess our pets aren't so priceless after all! Once again a terrific experience with PP ( PricelessPetServices)! A last minute request to take my dog for the afternoon accepted with no problems! My dog came home happy and really tired!!!! A tired dog is a good dog, lol ! Just a too notch dog care facility. I do not take my dog to dog runs. Too many Distracted owners in their phones instead of watching their dogs. Seen bad fights. After my horror with Yuppie Puppy I was terrified to leave my wonderful German Shepherd with anyone! Priceless Pets supervises closely and vicious dogs they assure me are not allowed. 4 walks a day plus playtime and the dogs are tired when they come home! Good exercise! I am very particular with where I leave my dog if it's necessary. She's a highly trained service dog with many other abilities & she's also a German Shepherd and since Yuppie Puppy has never encountered fighting or aggression in Priceless Pets. She was only a puppy when she was savagely attacked at Yuppy Puppy. She's not a puppy anymore. And she knows it. The last thing I want is my dog in a dog fight. A horrible experience with your dog never leaves you. Even when she's well able to defend herself and protect me. The memory of that attack will always be with me and I don't leave my dog in daycare or boarding except Priceless Pets. Vets will tell you most dog fights & injuries come from doggie day care & dog runs. PP knows the Yuppie Puppy nightmare, and the fact that I entrust my beloved dog to their care says a LOT about them! read more

Best daycare service EVER! I moved to NY with my dog last year, and was looking for a daycare space for my dachshund to have the opportunity to socialize with other dogs. Priceless Pet Services was the perfect place. Brian, Randy, Sarah, Cesar, and Ramona are incredibly friendly and know my dog by name, which is amazing! I've seen them go on walks with the dogs in Central Park, and c'mon, what better place is there for a dog to be? I love the personal attention they give our dogs. I've bumped into other happy owners collecting their pups at the end of the day, or dropping their pups off in the morning, and it's really like a little community springing up around a local business. That's the best experience ever. I've had my chihuahua mix Titus for 2 years. He's a handful. As a rescue, he's nervous, is an aggressive posturer and gets terrible separation anxiety. I've tried to take him to dog daycares in the past and when we get close, he pulls against the leash to get away from them. When I pick him up he cowers, and it takes me awhile to coax him out of his fear. But then I found Priceless! First of all, a lovely facility: I'd move in! Secondly, a knowledgeable, professional, first-rate staff. After Titus' first visit, I was told he behaved like a team player. I have NEVER heard that before. Moreover, now Titus pulls me to get INTO the facility. Though he's happy to see me when I pick him up, he seems a little wistful about leaving, and looks back a few times. I decided to get a private training session: wow, the transformation. I learned a single training rule, got some new equipment and boom, he's well on his way to becoming a good citizen! I'm not exaggerating when I say it's changed both of our lives for the better. I also recommend the grooming. Though it's more expensive than average, it's always great, and i can get it done while he's being taken care of. A great place. I'd recommend it to anyone who loves their pet. read more

I have never sent my dog to daycare. I was worried as he can be a very nervous dog. My dog, Lee Roy, had an interview (I wanted to stay to answer any of his questions!). He passed. I have used the wonderful services of Priceless and the people are truly animal lovers. I feel secure in sending Lee Roy there as they give him as much attention as possible, hearty walks, clean environment. He leaves happy and exhausted. I never write anything on these sites as mostly they are complaints. I had never boarded my dog at Priceless & they were recommended to me by someone I trusted. Lulubelle had to have a 'meet and greet' for an hour w/o me before she would be allowed to stay there. That was fine with me - weeding out bad behavior is a great idea. I felt totally comfortable with the place and people when I dropped her off for a 12 day stay. Unfortunately, Lulu became ill with a bug. I received an email from Brian telling me what was going on & that he was concerned enough to take her to her vet. To be traveling and barely reachable completely freaked me out. I can only say that they handled the situation as if it were their own dog. I couldn't have asked for more attention and care for my 'priceless' little girl. After 2 nights at the vet's, they picked her up and brought her back to Priceless where she basked in the attention of everyone who works there. I would not hesitate to have her stay there again and cannot recommend them highly enough. How great is it to love what you do every day. They get it. read more

We feel like we won the lottery with Priceless Pets opening up a few blocks from where we live. We send our dog to daycare about once a week. As doting dog people know, it's very hard to find a trustworthy place to look after your buddy. The guys at Priceless are real dog fanatics and among the hardest-working people I've met in New York. They speak the dogs' language, handle them professionally, and watch them like hawks. They have indoor dog grass in the playroom, which is easy on the dogs' joints, and has a high-tech filtration system which means that our dog doesn't stink quite as bad when he gets home as he tends to do after he's spent the day in a great big panting doggie huddle. The dogs get taken outside for walks every hour or two (it helps that they're located right across the street from Central Park!). They even keep track of when your dog went to the bathroom. After spending 7 days a week, 16 (?) hours a day with dogs, these guys still talk about their quirks with so much humor and affection. Hats off to Randy, Bryan, and the rest of the team. read more

I have had nothing but incredibly positive experiences with priceless. The staff is incredibly kind. They take the time to tell me how my pup did, who he played with, and if there were any problems, ranging from behavior to health. They always remember his name and frequently greet him on the street when we bump into them on our daily walks. The price can't be beat ($350 for a ten back of half days), especially in terms of New York pricing. Wendal is so enthusiastic about spending time there that any time we walk past the front gate, he tries to pull me in! The facilities are clean and the dogs are well monitored and well taken care of. Wendal always comes home exhausted but happy-- a real blessing, especially after particularly exhausting days at work. I haven't used their overnight boarding services, but if their daytime services are any indication, I wouldn't dream of leaving my pup anywhere else! read more
