They even leave a little calendar which they mark off every day with the time they come to walk him and the number of #1s and #2s Milo has made. It's like our very own doggie excrement journal.

They do require a $25 deposit for appointments, but they do fantastic work so fair enough. It's a little warm in there (I guess so the dogs aren't too chilly) but it's best to pick your dog up promptly anyway to minimize their stress. The drop off/ pickup is dicey though. the parking is in the back and it's not handicapped accessible or easy if you're dealing with a dog who doesn't want to go there, if you are trying to wrangle more than one dog or dogs and young children. They respond to texts faster than phone calls but once your initial visit is done (and you decide you're satisfied with the results) it's probably best to make your follow-up appointment right then and there. They send confirmation texts as well. Tonya, the previous owner has long since retired. She did amazing work but her social skills with people was somewhat hit-and-miss. She was very kind and attentive with the dogs and did impeccable work, but I can understand how she might have rubbed some people the wrong way. She's not there anymore though and the new management is friendly and very efficient.

The price would constantly fluctuate, depending on how much the owner "felt" like charging that day for the same services provided a couple months earlier. In addition, the manner in which my dog was treated was nowhere near professional. She is very easily frightened due to an unknown traumatic incident that occurred before we adopted her, but Bow Wow's owner did not seem to care. Usually, my dog LOVES people, but for some reason, she did not want to go anywhere near the lady at our initial appointment. I figured she was just anxious and so I didn't give it much thought, but then I started to see how the owner's demeanor demonstrated a complete lack of interest in the animals. She speaks to them angrily, even when they are clearly scared, and tends to prefer force instead of tough love when getting the job done. After giving this place a few chances - because hey, maybe the lady was just having a bad day or two - I realized that this is just the way that Bow Wow operates. I began taking my dog to a different groomer, one who is located a little farther away, but maintains consistent pricing and greater respect for the animals and their owners, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

Other times when I picked her up from grooming she would be very quiet and tired but when I picked her up here she was energetic playful and happy, which made me very happy! She can be a little challenging (doesn't like when people touch her paws or face) but they were patient and careful with her. Friendly helpful staff and I like that they have text reminders to let you know when it's time for your next appointment. Will definitely be coming back!

They took very good care of my cat and shaved him for the Summer and gave my kitty a speacil bath with shampoo, my kitty smelled very good, super clean, cut the kittys nails. the have a few dogs in there apt, they listen to them sit, come here, etc. She said to me she has training and is certified with pets and grooming and has lots and lots of supplies.

It isn't right to get away with doing something like this....I clearly asked this woman if my dog was hurt in the process while attempting to digest the horror of what she did to Roxy's coat. She has always given our two doggies Benji & Ruby, the best service and treatment. The doggies are happy to see her as we are, and they look like AKC show dogs when she is finished with them. Sandra always gives us a report when we go to pick then ups, such as if she noticed something that may need Vet attention as well as how our two doggies were during the grooming process. Sandra provides detailed attention to our two companions. We have previously tried other groomers before we found Sandra. As we said she is a caring gentle detailed groomer. Even worse, they have been known to shave dogs without the owner's approval, which is completely unacceptable.
