Had a quick getaway and boarded my dog with Crystal, owner of Wagging Tails. Don't like the word…read more"boarded" because there were only spa-like accommodations for my furbaby Lulu. She got to enjoy a spacious backyard as she has at home and got her pick of comfy, soft beds(including her own) to choose from. I was able to truly relax and have peace of mind while out of the country, knowing that my baby was only a call/ text away. And seeing my furbaby meeting the Easter Bunny and making friends thru Instagram was truly the icing on the cake!!!! I was also lucky to coordinate with her groomer Kerrie to get her back fresh and clean on pickup day. I do have to say that she's so popular that she books up quickly, but if you're planning a vacation it's worth a shot to reach out to Crystal the minute you book your trip. She followed me out to my car yelling and screaming at me and my dog to never return, for no reason. I have recommended and promoted several neighbors and friends to bring their dogs to this location. Today, I just asked to take a picture at their in store event and she refused. I graciously walked out of the store got into my car as I noticed this crazy employee running after me scolding me to never go into her store again. She threw a temper tamtrum threatening to call authorities. I'snt it a public place? Its not her property, and they rent the space. I have heard her getting nasty with other customers. If this is how she treats loyal clients would you trust her with your dog? Crystal has a very bad vibe and a negative energy to her.

First off, they squeezed us in because we have a photo shoot coming up for the holidays and our pup was hairy to say the least. The owner, Joanie was so accommodating. She was also reassuring to my husband who was a little anxious about our dogs first grooming. Both her and the groomer took extra care of our 4 month old puppy and you can feel the love they have for all their dogs. They're amazing! Our puppy looked like a new dog in the best way, and they somehow managed to get him to wear a bandana. It's a miracle!

We've gone to other groomers in the past where their haircuts have been jagged and uneven; we were told it's because the dogs wouldn't sit still. But, that hasn't been the case since bringing them here. We've also boarded them twice when we've gone away. The first time I was really worried because I've never left them with a boarder before, but Joe patiently listened to my concerns and reassured me with details on how he takes care of the dogs in his care. Both times, when we've picked them up, they were, of course, thrilled to see us, but more importantly, they looked well. I'm happy and relieved to have found a place that I can entrust my precious pets with.
