Got a treatment done for ants almost 2 months ago. This was for the odorous/ sugar ants. The exteriors of my house was infested with these ants. Almost 2 months gone and I can say I dont see 95% of the ants anymore. Service was prompt. Jamal did an excellent job. I wanted to wait to see the results till I gave these guys a review. I will definitely use these guys for any future pest issues. read more

Had an ant and small wasp problem. They came out quickly, resolved the situation, and made sure to point out other issues we might run into (rodents). He was very knowledgeable about their services, pricing, and was able to answer any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and will consider them for recurring services. read more

Update to previous review. Still no refund from Pest Fighter for payment even after owner has seen pictures of rat nest with feces left behind that they just covered with new insulation. Owner indicates he would like to come out and fix the project. Why would anybody let them do a project fraudently twice and then pay for it? read more

They were terrible! We used them this summer for spider control and completely wasted $300. On the phone, they promised to knock down spider webs in our garden, get rid of webs, spray attic and crawl space and all the rooms. They were here less than 20 minutes, and didn't do 1/3 of the things they promised. I watched them the whole time. As they were leaving, I pointed to all the spiders still crawling around INSIDE AND OUTSIDE our house, and all the spider webs still up. They sprayed those webs and left. As I walked around our property, I saw many spiders and webs still crawling around, and as soon as I went into our bedroom and bathroom, spiders were still crawling on the wall! We waited 2 weeks to see if the situation will get any better, but there was no improvement. Had to call another company to clean up their mess. Never again! read more

I run a business out of an older, 3800sq foot building which has so many hidden crevices and openings for pests to enter. I wasted so much time, energy and money trying to combat severa afterl armies of ants from entering in. Thankfully I met Adam, who is incredibly skilled at his trade. He showed up, sprayed some areas with his magic potion and I haven't seen a single ant in 18 months. The fee was modest considering I spent well over that in ineffective traps, bait and ant poison trying to handle it myself. Adam was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company. read more

We live in an old 1907 house and started noticing ants shortly after moving in. The problem has continued to get worse despite our attempts to control them. We called Pest Fighter and they were able to come out the next day to do a full service spray for us. Customer service was professional and friendly. On the morning of our appointment, Garrett called and gave us a heads up with a specific ETA. Garrett was on time, friendly and informative. He explained the process before getting to work. We appreciated how quickly he was able to get the job done so as to provide minimal interruption to our day (with a young baby at home!). We will definitely continue to use Pest Fighters to maintain our (now) pest free home! Thank you Pest Fighters! read more

Had a great experience with Pest Fighter. Nassim was on time and professional. He answered all my questions and explained the whole process. He also cleared out years of spider webs that had accumulated under the eaves and exterior walls. Highly recommend. read more

In March of this year, I had these guys come and inspect my downstairs living area for bed bugs. The person who came was very nice and asked if I wanted to pay for a treatment that would take care of the carpet beetles and spiders he found (no bed bugs). I let him know that I needed to move my clothes I had down there before I was comfortable with any sort of treatment. He let me know I could pay for treatment and schedule it any time that was more convenient. So I paid for treatment and trusted that I could "schedule it at any time". Four months went by bc I'm just a busy mom and never got to moving my clothes from the downstairs. When I finally started seeing spiders come out, I contacted the company to come by and complete the treatment. You would think they keep record of services rendered but no. They called me back with no record that services had not yet been performed and insisted that if I needed a treatment, I needed to pay for it again. Without explicitly stating it, he basically said I was lying and that my house was treated in March when in reality it wasn't. After explaining that I had not gotten to clearing out the downstairs for treatment in a timely fashion, he said he would have someone call me back. Well that never happened. I emailed them as a follow-up and never heard back. I'm so pissed that I paid for services that were never rendered. I was so naive into letting him talk me into paying up front. This company took my money without documenting that services are due, and then had the nerve to tell me I was basically lying to them by stating they had done the job in March. I've never worked with anyone so unprofessional. If you have a business where you collect money, it is your responsibility to document when a service was not yet performed. You don't have a right to take people's hard working money and then argue that you performed a service when you didn't. read more

I had a really bad experience where I scheduled an appointment and agreed on a quote. However, on the day of the appointment no one showed up and I called to check if someone was coming and the office manager got back to me by saying that the quote that we agreed upon was really low and that it is not worth it to come. read more

Reached out to Pest Fighter yesterday about an ant problem and they were able to send out Garrett today to do an inspection and treatment of the house. Garrett was super knowledgeable and friendly. He did a very thorough job treating the house and explained how to deal with problem if it arises again in the future. Definitely recommend! read more

Owner was on top of it. Got a technician out for us in good time. Technician was calm, honest and professional. We needed the house sprayed as we've been dealing with many spiders. Even giant house spiders/hobos on a consistent basis. When I caught a huge one on my towel after getting out of the shower...that was the last straw. Turns out we've got bird mites which the spiders are feeding on. Treatment kills them too, though the tech was honest telling us they will likely come back over time unless we take more action. Good business, recommend it for pest issues. read more

Amazing to watch Adam in action, he really knows his stuff! Very thorough, he thinks like a rat and knows everything that needs to be done to rid our home and seal it up from future visitors. We were a very tricky situation as I am sure the rats lived here long before we moved in! It's been months and all is well We have just had him to the house for a new problem ......ants , he once again is very thorough , knowledgeable and I am confident he will have everything under control! read more

Adam & his crew have done a great job of getting rid of the varmint in my garage & closing up all the entry spots, also making sure they were gone for good!! When we discovered that the 'pesky' rats had found another way in....Adam came back & took care of the problem! Response time is quick & timely on coming to take care of the problem!! Adam' & his crew are very respectful, honest & good workers!! In my garage they found a couple of opossum that got in & died- they cleaned them out too!! Thanks guys!! read more

Pest Fighters are the best! Garrett was super nice, he informed me of his ETA and his delay (cause he was dropping off a different customer since they didn't know they had to leave the house, so nice of him). He came and sprayed my whole unit, figured out the different pests that I was having. He even found a leak in my sink, that was causing the issue and tightened all the pipes for me!! I would definitely recommend these guys- super friendly and very helpful! read more

Pest Fighter was excellent. We had mice issues in our crawlspace, and I had tried to fight them off myself for several years, but it seemed they kept coming back. We finally bit the bullet and hired Pest Fighter to come out to look for entry points, and I was so glad we did. Nassim found entry points I never would have found, and did prompt work sealing them up. They were well-priced, professional, prompt, and had great customer service. Would highly recommend! read more

I phoned up with some questions. It did not appear I needed their services, however, the person I spoke with was exceptional in providing me information about my situation. It is rare to find a company willing to give their time in this manner and it was greatly appreciated!! read more

Great service. Very professional and pest didn't come back after they performed. Very impressive.

We had a wasp nest infestation along the second story eaves of our house. We tried taking care of this ourselves and failed. Garrett Mugford came out asap when we reached out about the issue. He was so friendly, professional, and took care of everything. He even sprayed a preventative solution on the eaves to keep wasps and spiders away. This was weeks ago and our eaves have still never looked better. Garrett was the best and I highly recommend this service. It was worth every penny!!! read more

Warning, very long review ahead. In a nutshell, Adam is prompt, attentive, and truly loves what he does. He can't always answer his phone because he truly is in there doing his job. But he will always get back to you when he has a free moment. Give him a call and you will not regret anything. He worked hard at patching up the holes they chewed to come in, and was very discrete when taking them out. Nobody ever wants to hear, see or smell signs of unwanted, uninvited furry friends. But what do you do when you find evidence of them? Where do you start and how do you pick from one of the many companies advertising quick and meticulous detail to getting rid of them and keeping them out? Don't look any further, Adam and his company are amazing. I honestly have never dealt with anybody else other than Adam, but based off of his amazing service and dedication to his job , I see no other reason to have to entertain or deal with others! From the moment I called Adam, he has done nothing less than 200%. He offered to come out the same day, but due to scheduling issues I wasn't able to commit. He called the day of our scheduled appointment to apologize and say he would be running a little behind. Which I appreciated very much! When he arrived for the appointment, he took the time to ask me what I saw, where I saw the activity and what else I noticed. He asked questions that I thought were meaningless (to me at least) but apparently helped in finding where the problems were. He came prepped and ready to crawl through spaces, nooks and crannies to truly get all the spots. When he came back out to collect the traps, they were full and I was one happy camper. He did offer to show me what he caught, but I politely declined. I do appreciate how clean he was, and that the unwanted house guests leave bundled in a nice BLACK bag. That way, if too don't want to see them- you don't have to! He truly is an amazing man dedicated to his work, and I am eternally grateful to have found him. He patched up all the areas they were coming in, and while touching up the one entrance they worked hard at trying to open up again , he will be reinforcing it when he comes back for his 3 week follow up. Which i think is going above and beyond. That entrance I mentioned, is in a very secluded area of my home that I will never ever see, and he knew that, but was still completely honest with me. read more

I have a bird problem and these guys came out and did an inspection in my attic. After 10 minutes they couldn't see anything but based on a suspicion they then recommended over $1k worth of work. Needless to say, I decided to get a second opinion. The 10 minutes they spent in my attic cost me $195. To add insult to injury, they just sent me a follow up bill for the tax. First, they didn't tell me anything on the phone or at the time they collected $195. Second, they didn't actually "do" anything. Don't be desperate like me and ignore the high rate just to get help, find someone else. read more

We had a mole issue that seemed to overrun the yard and they responded to with 24 hours and two weeks later so far so good! No moles have returned. Everyone I interacted with were great and our technician was wearing a mask all while on site. Thanks for your help! read more

We've had great experiences with Pest Fighter! Garrett treated our home for spiders and ants and did a thorough job!

We had a good experience with Pest Fighter for a termite inspection (which we passed, woo hoo!). J was helpful in explaining why we were unlikely to have issues but still checked out the house to confirm we were in the clear and gave us some information on avoiding problems in the future. I don't see a problem with paying a service call charge - after all, they are spending time to come out and do an inspection, which is something only a professional can offer. (And the charge can be deducted from the cost of treatment if it's necessary -- seems fair to me.) read more

I've had Adam out to the house over the past several years to take care of my carpenter ants. He's always been very professional and very knowledgeable. This last year Eric came out to take care of my rodent problem by setting bait stations out around the house and woodpile. No more rodents! Thanks Adam! Wouldn't hesitate to refer Pest Fighter to my friends and/or customers to handle their Peats!! read more

Adam is awesome! Very friendly and reliable. Best of all, he gets the job done! No more pests! I would definitely recommend him to others and use his service again myself. read more

Super pleased with Jeremy over at Pest Fighter. We first used him for some flying ants in the summer at our Shoreline house, and then they've helped us close up space that critters could get into during the winter. They also do other repairs, such as vapor barriers. We have a racoon family that likes to get on our roof and make a lot of noise, and Jeremy suggested some great alternatives other than trapping or otherwise harming them. Lemon rinds, water sprinklers set on motion detectors. I love these guys! read more

I had Pest Fighter out for two of my neighbors houses because I was the one that noticed the hives on each of their homes. One was a yellow jacket and the other was a wasp. Jay, who was both knowledgable and friendly made quick work of both of them. And their price was $75 less than the first service I had called. I highly recommend them. read more

This company impressed me from the first call through the completion of service. I called and received a very professional response from Arianna on Friday morning within 10 minutes. The appointment was set on that same call with no hassle. Jay showed up to take care of our hornet problem and not only did he meet the appointment window, but called to ask if he could come by 2 hours early. YES Please! This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I typically don't write reviews, but with service this good, they deserved it. P.S. Jay even put together a small transport cage for our pet bird so we could get him to a safe place during fumigation. read more

This review is very overdue, as Adam assisted us back in November of 2016! Still, such was his efficacy that it behooves me to write this review despite its tardiness. It was a Sunday night that we discovered that our apartment had become victim to a nascent bed bug infestation. On Monday, we were able to get in touch with Adam, who on such short notice fit us in his schedule for Wednesday afternoon of that same week! A stroke of luck perhaps, as I imagine his services are in high demand. We only had to endure the bites for two more days. Adam told of his special concoction, which he assured us would take only one application to truly rid us of these blood drinking DEMONS. Toxic to these vermin, but perfectly safe for us humans. All this, for a price that beat the local competition by miles. I admit, I was skeptical at first. It sounded too good to be true. However, Adam seemed like an upstanding fellow, and we aren't exactly rolling in the cash, so we took him up on it. Lo and behold Adam's words proved true. We never experienced a single bite since he deployed his powerful potion. We even went through the trouble of purchasing bed post interceptors, but never saw a single bed bug trapped within. If a new generation of bedbugs had hatched since then, they died before tasting a single drop of blood. Such was the thoroughness of Adam's chemical warfare. I know that if we ever run into any infestation of any kind in the future, Adam will be the one we'll call. read more

Garrett came out and inspected our home and crawl space for concerns we were having in our new home. Very friendly, made some suggestions and put our minds at ease! Thank you Garrett! We will keep Pest Fighter as our "Go To" company for any Pest needs! read more

This was our first time using a pest control company and we got quotes from both Pest Fighter and Orkin. Pest Fighter was much more affordable and a lot easier to work with. With Orkin I got a US call center that couldn't provide local pricing over the phone. With Pest Fighter I got the owner Adam and he was more than willing to come quickly and provided a quote over the phone. He was easy to work with and very responsive. Unfortunately our pest issues popped up with my wife nine months pregnant and it turned out that my crawlspace door was built improperly which let rats in. On top of that we had a small sewer leak under the house that also brought in bugs. Adam and his crew has been a huge help in getting us through this nasty situation and I would highly recommend his company to others. read more

Adam and his team helped solve a pest problem for us that 2 other companies had not been able to solve. He found and closed and entry point and after years of on and off problems, it was all better. He is kind and puts thought into the particulars of the job. We've appreciated his attention to detail and desire to do the job right. read more

We hired Pest Finder (Jeremy) to re-inspect our home for signs of rats after we had spent good money with a separate company to clean and seal our large crawl space. I called on a Thursday and he was able to come Saturday morning. He was incredibly sweet and honest, saying the other company actually did a great job sealing up the house. He identified areas outside of the house to keep an eye on and set some sturdier traps inside the crawl space in the event rats get inside, but said overall we did not have a large problem which made us feel incredibly relieved. I also pointed out some spiders that were making their way into the ceiling of my kitchen and he said he wouldn't recommend taking any action. Jeremy gave us his cell if we wanted to call him up for any reason. Overall a great experience! read more

Adam was professional and accommodating. The service was thorough, affordable, and most importantly, successful!
