Eric, our project manager, was great at coordinating the job in a timely manner while keeping us apprised of when and who was scheduled. With over 30 years of experience, he ran the job like a well oiled machine while helping us with design issues along the way. A second Eric, the tile pro, and his assistant were phenomenal and essential to our project. We were amazed at how they were able to cut these extremely large tiles with such precision. They even consulted us when making certain cuts based on the patterns in the tiles which made us all the happier with the end result. We also have to acknowledge Dave's Shower Doors for the custom shower door and mirror. They took the time to custom fit to our exact dimensions and were able to install the large mirror into the tile which is not easy. Long story short, Perry Mason-ry uses professionals that are specialists in their fields; they are extremely clean, polite and do exceptional work in a timely fashion. I was recommended Perry Mason-ry by a couple of friends that had used them in putting in Granite. I utilized them for a new sink, granite countertops, and backsplash for my kitchen. I really could not be happier with my experience with Perry Mason-ry. The reason I wanted to share this experience with Yelpers is because I believe that in the service industry sometimes its almost more important and telling in how you handle problems and resolve them. There seem to be less and less companies out there that want to 'do the right thing', rather than just take your money and shrug their shoulders. Allow me to explain: in designing my backsplash for my (small job) kitchen, my wife and I had chosen to utilize a glass tile for a look that we were going for. After the first day of install, I had some concerns with the way the cut edge was looking in implementation. This was a very specialized (and expensive tile)and Tom, the owner made it absolutely clear that he was willing to do whatever was needed for us to be 100% happy. Perry Mason-ry tried many, many things to make it look better and ultimately I was extremely happy with the look and execution of my kitchen. I know that the changes cost them a LOT more money and about 3-4x the man-hours they were expecting. However, they did not ask me to cover it; they just wanted me to be happy with my experience. SO many other contractors would have blamed the tile, shrugged their shoulders, or walked off the job due to the small size and it 'not being worth it.' I'm glad to know that there are honest, reputable shops still around and I want the world to know Perry Mason-ry is one of them. read more

Perry masonary is very professional. Eric helped us design and plan our two bathrooms. Eric ran the installation and is a pro. He has great design ideas and very professional installers, ceramic, electrical, and slab fabrication. They do all the fabrication at their facility. Al the tile and counters are fabricated with rounded edges. No trim anywhere!!! We continue to complete our house. I would highly recommend Perry Masonary and Eric. Tom and his crew just completed a repair to our shower tile that they installed five years ago. The crack in our grout was likely due to recent earthquake shifting, but Perry Masonry honored their work by sending a crew out to correct the problem. We had a great experience when they did our initial bathroom remodel, but it was amazing to have a contractor return your call, and remedy a problem years later. We recommend Perry Masonry for their beautiful tile work, but also highly recommend them for their professionalism and honesty! read more

This company did a fantastic job on my granite countertop. Although I have been in a "kitchen nightmare" for 5 months, the one thing that turned out better than my expectations is the granite. The contractors that are coming to give me bids to finish my cabinets, all comment on how great the granite looks and what a great job they did on it. Tom is the nicest contractor that I have ever dealt with. I even called Tom 4 months later to ask his advice on the problem I am having with my cabinets, and he took the time to talk to me and was very helpful. read more

I had a pipe leak and the plumber had to go through the shower stall to repair it. All other tilers wanted to redo the entire shower! Tom's people created a new waterproof barrier and replaced the ONE tile! . The others said it wasn't possible. Great work. The crew was very nice, cleaned up well. I highly recommend them. read more
