So we went looking for tile. Great guy Juan Carlos helped us. We told him exactly what the project was, we needed to do a walk in shower for my mother who is severely handicapped. We explained the fall risks etc. he helped us pick out beautiful product. When the contractors came, they said if your mother slips, this rock is three d and jagged. We didn't think about it, but thank God for my contractor! So I contacted Juan. He said they don't allow exchanges even with a restocking fee. Which I was happy to pay. Even though, their paperwork says they do, but then they add a stamp that says all sales final. Now it's important to know we ordered another $6k in flooring, yet they still won't reply or respond. DO NOT buy from these people. They don't reply, they don't honor their paperwork, they are straight up shady. I have contacted my American Express and they said they will refund my money so we will be dropping off the tile! read more

Ordered several items salespeople told me that the tile I ordered had seashells in it. This tile was very expensive along with other items and also purchased two slabs last month. My installer installs and then we notice something is not right. We take a look at the sample and this is not the same tile. I let JC know and spoke with Irma. So because we installed we cant return,they stamp this on their invoices now, didnt put this on the invoice for the slab I just bought last month. So they sold us one tile based on a beautiful sample and delivered another. I went in with the two showing the difference and JC agreed it was different. Irma said she went to the supplier and they say it is the same tile well it is not. We feel this was a bait and switch and they sold us a less expensive tile. The tile is hideous with splotches, no seashells, it is not the same material and chips easy, the patterns are also different and the finish and color are not the same. I had two sales guys tell me how cool the tile is because of the seashells and that is why I bought it. I asked to speak with the owner so we will see if she will reach out based on this review. Met with Irma for countertops, she sounded great and professional, she said she would provide a "contractor" price for the slab I liked and quote me on fabrication. Sent me to a warehouse where I found the countertops I liked and asked her to put on hold so her fabricator guy can come measure my kitchen, she said she did. Took her 4 days to send me a quote that was triple what anyone else gave me for fabrication. I told her let's just go with countertops, but they now they were sold out LOL! This place was such a blessing. We rolled in right before they were trying to close and they happily assisted us and let us take our time to browse around even after their closing time. We eventually found the tiles we wanted and lined up the installation on the spot. Juan was the installer and his crew were super helpful and guiding us how to layout the tiles and gave us great advice. The installation went faster than expected, they even came back out to fix some things that we wanted immediately. Great guys from the sales experience to the installation. We have done tiles many times before and never had such a smooth process. We didn't even have a ton of excess tiles left which meant that they did a great job estimating and not leaving us with a lot of excess materials. juan Carlos Rosas is the sales who helps me for my order Firstly, when I order I said I need 24times 24 and juan said they have it, after that he doesn't have it he just order the wrong one that what I don't want. But he said someone in my company proved it but he can not prove what he said and no one in my company proved it! Also I am the one who order it so he need to tell me if he doesn't have the right size instead just place the wrong order! Second, when we purchase he didn't tell is clearance and can not return. Thirdly, when we found out he order the wrong size three people in our company trying to call him and text and email him for exchange to right size or something different but in right size. So we can not wait him anymore because our contractor already scheduled today for installation and I need purchase somewhere else! We wait for him lots of days already ! So now we need to call our credit company to dispute his order because he refuse to return money and lie for this is clearance and they don't do return for clearance. Bought all of our renovation materials from Stone Dock! 3 bathrooms, kitchen backsplash, and porcelain corner top. They have a wonderful selection and are able to work with you for a great price. Irma and Jc are friendly and nice and spend the time to help. If you need to reach them it's always easier to go in person since they're busy and may not have time to answer the phones. We got our kitchen backsplash tiles here and dealt with James. He was awesome and true to his words. We got a great deal! They gave the best prices as compared to other stores. Good selection of tiles as well. Smooth transaction other than a small hiccup. We had to return some excess tiles but James was not there and this other guy was so not helpful. We called ahead if we go can go on a sunday, the guy said yes but when we got there, he won't accept our tiles. Seriously after we drove 20 miles. I barely write a bad review about any businesses or employees but this time I had to share my experience with everyone else, we just got our new place and got the material we needed from Stone dock & design I have to say we got a great deal from this place and the manager has been very nice but unfortunately the employee name " Milad" was so unprofessional and rude that change the whole experience to the level that I'll never do any business with this place as long as he works there, my fiancé had to re order some of the materials and Milad send us the wrong size which can happen in any business transaction but when She called him to tell him he made a mistake he told her it was her fault and she should have look at the invoice and directly told her that She was lying!!! Are you serious? Is this how you are going to run a business and deal with your clients after spending several thousands of dollars?! To make the matter worst when She asked him that She need to talk to his manager he told her he won't do it and she has to call back the main line and hung up the phone on her!!! We used Stone Dock to purchase porcelain counter tops for our outdoor BBQ. A couple days after the install we noticed one portion of the countertop had dropped on one side leaving a noticeable dip. We contacted Irma who had their installers come out right away to fix the problem. The material had to be broken in order to remedy. Again, Irma and her team replaced the countertop within the week and now looks great. Very disappointed with this place. I came in with my father who was wanting to buy some granite. We found one that we liked but no one came to help us. There was three employees there. One of them was busy attending a customer. On the other hand, the other two employees were on their phone and didn't seem very interested in helping. Custom service here is a joke. My client chose a tile from this place and brought me the samples. When I went to order, I was assured by the sales rep that he would call me back with he price and we can execute the transaction over the phone. I called and texted the representative over and over again no response. When he finally did respond he said he was going to do it right away and be able to send me the price so we can place the order. Another week went by no response. I looked for this product elsewhere but no one carried it so I was forced to buy from a Stone Dock. The only way to get some response was to drive there all the way from Burbank to place the order. Very very poor customer service. I would not go there again and my clients ever get any product from this store, I will have them procure their product directly. I have been through multiple transactions with Stone Dock on various jobs (I am an Interior Designer), and I only ever receive the absolute best customer service. James goes above and beyond to help me find the exact products I need and want for my projects. I gladly bring my clients in and they even gave my super pregnant (at the time) client an ice cream cone on a hot day! Their product is the best, great customer service, and they always follow up. Start: We were finally ready to search for a granite counter top to replace one that was destroyed during kitchen leak repairs. We started our search on Sunday and quickly learned that most places are closed on Sunday. Stone & Dock was open so we called and they were able to send someone out THAT DAY to survey what we needed. The new granite needed to match our existing countertops which is a common granite but ours was about 15 years old. Syed searched multiple places and finally found one that matched. Install: They had to make beveled cuts, which turned out great. Mario and Sebastian came out to install and did a great job. They cut the sink hole and got everything to fit perfectly. The seam between to prefab slabs is near invisible (which is better than before). They also cleaned up well afterward. We are very happy with the results and they were very accommodating to our schedule. Thanks! read more

Very disappointed with Carlos. We liked the material they have and, for a very small job, we needed only 6 tiles of a 12" x 24 sample they showed. Carlos said that they came in boxes of 4 and that we had to buy 2 boxes, 8 tiles. So we did, or thought we did. The bill came to more than we thought, but it was not much anyhow and we were glad to pay and go. My son collected the tiles and came home with 3 boxes of 5 tiles each...I called Carlos saying saying I was happy to keep 2 boxes, but I did not need the third. He said the tiles were special order, aren't they all?,, and could not really accept a return, but, as soon as he finished the meeting he was in, he was going to call me and help me out...still waiting for his call. We need to buy stacked stones for an outdoor fireplace we are building, but will not go to this shop ever again. read more
