We've had deliveries to our address many times before. Well the fools delivered our order to the…read morewrong address. We even left the lights on for them, and we have a lighted porch. There was no excuse unless they were blind or drunk, neither of which should have been driving. Do you think they made up for it with a coupon, free napkins, or anything? Nothing ,nada, zero, zilch! if you mess up a customer's order in any way you make it up to them, or risk losing that customer. Instead, we just waited, and waited, and waited some more for a delivery that went somewhere else to a person that got 5 subs for free. This is how you lose customer's for life! If you're a manager you give your customers something to make up for it. Instead, we waisted out time waiting for a delivery that never came. We then had to call them to get a refund. I didn't get the name of the manager on duty but he should demoted to bread boy after a call to their corporate offices. This stuff, is why people get so angry today. For freaking sakes Jimmy Johns own up, take responsibility, and eat your losses by making it up to the customer! I do not recommend unless they get an owner and manager with a heart and common sense. I really should stop by and let them know how incompetent they are. Unless you're desperate folks, go somewhere else unless you enjoy being treated like you're worthless and aren't valued.

The place is small and loud with bright colors and art work all over the walls. The menu isn't huge with starters, bbq, burgers, sandwiches, entrees etc with specials that change. I personally didn't like any of the bbq sauces on the table which is ok because I like naked smoked meats. The brisket sandwich was very good on a fresh roll with melty cheddar cheese and if a couple onion rings were topped this would be next level for the sandwich. The brisket was tender but not melt in your with a nice pink smoke ring but way too lean, see my pictures because I would have like to have a little more fat for flavor. The frys looked house cut and and pretty good. The rib platter at the other looked pretty F'n good by the way. Overall this was a nice place to get some bbq in downtown Monroe but be prepared to wait for a table at peak times because it's very popular.
