One of the baristas told us to drive around the drive thru twice because we ordered it on line and they told us they couldn't make it at the moment. When we finally got to the window for the second time, we received our food and drinks and I didn't receive my cream cheese with the bagel even though the label said "plain bagel with cream cheese" I then went inside, I told the same barista that I didn't receive the cream cheese, she seemed really annoyed but I tried to be nice about it. So she went to the fridge and grabbed Sweet cream frosting and just handed it to me with no plastic knife. It was frosting that you put on a cinnamon roll, it was not cream cheese. I honestly was scared to go back inside so I just ate the plain bagel. This truly was an upsetting experience but it's not excuse for the baristas to act the way they do. If there was an option to put no stars I would.

I wish I had stopped by later in the day for cocktails - but for now, we were here with a desperate need for coffee. There were so many cool options in the menu like the Red Bean Matcha Latte, the Fig Apple Chaider or the Ca Phe Sua Da. But of course, I had to order the Pandan Iced Latte. I absolutely loved the nuttiness of the Pandan in a latte - I'm just surprised more coffee shops don't offer it. And the perfect offset to it was the Ca Phe Sua Da, or Vietnamese Iced Coffee. It wasn't as mind blowing, but still tasty. Next time I'm in Madison, I'm definitely stopping through for some cocktails!

There were a couple of cars ahead of us and it took a bit of time for their orders. We each ordered a cappuccino, Mr. R went for the double shot because he thought the coffee might not be very flavorful. The girl who took our order asked if we'd like a treat for our dog, which I'm sure she appreciated since she's a ham for drive-thru staff, always working to be noticed. My cappuccino was very good, but Mr. R ended up regretting adding the extra shot to his. It ended up making the drink too bitter for his liking. The coffee shed is small, and looking at the pictures of the inside I have no idea if it's slightly roomy or if the photo was just taken at an angle that makes it appear that way, but it looks nice.
