Greenbush has quite a selection and we found out you can also place a specialty order within 24 hours of desired pickup. Longer business hours than most other bakeries / donut shops. Interior is spacious and inviting if you choose to sit down to enjoy your bakery goodies. They also have a small area set aside as a "gift shop". Staff is very friendly and helpful when trying to decide what you want from all the delicious choices. Highly recommend Greenbush Bakery!

There was a line when we arrived around 10:30am but there were just enough donuts left to create a yummy assortment half dozen. We picked out 6 different sour cream old fashioned cake donuts and they were each lovely cake donut perfection. From the original sour cream and blueberry to powdered... I was pleased. The other doughnut was something called Butter Nutter or something and looked like a Butterfinger was smashed and put over the top of the donut. See photo. I worried that the super thick glazed donut was going to be raw because it was so enormous, but it was cooked well enough where it was fine. It's sort of a skin on it like a bagel. Tasted really good. The other doughnut was super super sweet like sugar on top of sugar. I wouldn't have normally ordered it, but they were out of everything else that I normally would order. Good but too sweet for me. Again it was fried crispy, which is how I liked donuts. The ambience is what you would expect in an old donut shop... comfortably worn... I'll be back when I need a doughnut in this area.. Bonus: They also had fresh unsweet tea, which is great!
