I just went into the Dunkin in Monroe, we go through drive and we order we ask the lady taking our order if she can tell us what was in a drink she told us and we didn't want that so we said we do not want that, then we ordered our other items we got up to the window and immediately was greeted with HEAVY attitude we got charged for the drink we didn't want and didn't get one of our items so we went back inside and told her calmly hey we didn't order this and we're missing a donut, so she throws a 5$ gift card at me and then throws the other donut on the counter... that was BS I get sometimes we have bad days and it can get busy but that was ridiculous absolutely horrible customer service... DO BETTER everytime I come in here there always in a sh!t mood. read more

A female voice I didn't recognize said in the most patronizing voice I have ever heard said " We don't have bacon" I asked if the were out? I stopped in this morning and ordered the "Charlie" it's been discontinued... fine but what gets me is I then revert to my usual Carmel macchiato and asked for cinnamon to be added to the top.. and you'd think I was asking for them to give me their first child... apparently cinnamon is ONLY for specialty drinks. Such an odd rule to have as I just enjoy the extra flavor from it and would have paid extra for the damn sprinkle of cinnamon... absolutely asinine and ridiculous... read more

Decided to stop here before my shift today, I ordered a couple food items and 2 drinks. When we ordered we got terrible attitude!! We got our snacking bacon and it looked like they dumped the whole bottle of seasoning on our bacon!! Terrible, we called the store and the lady that answered had terrible attitude. Its good to see that Monroe has this donut hole as an option! They seem to be busy too, even the drive thru. This was my first ever stop inside of an actual Dunkin Donuts that I could recall. I have had their donuts and coffee. But usually from someplace that sells their stuff. This place has sandwiches available. And delicious coffees. Oh and of course the diabolical and delicous donuts! It was a hard decision, should I get a breakfast sandwich or a donut. I decided to lean towards the sandwich..it was a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. The portion size was pretty big and easily could have been split between two people. I also optioned for a dozen donuts to take with me to give to my family. And they were easily gobble up. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. And plenty of parking. read more

I have been to this location of Dunkin' many times before and have had good service and great drinks, but today I was very disappointed in my coffee experience. I ordered an oat milk latte via drive-thru. When I received the beverage and drank it, it was cold, it tasted burnt, and it was not drinkable. They were rude and lazy. All the food we got was half ass made. Gross. I asked for a donut with strawberry frosting and they made a big deal about how they didn't have that. I ordered an Oreo dirt blizzard and it was immaculate. I have never, IN MY LIFE, had a better ice cream dessert. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion. They also gave me a nice glass of milk with a lid. That blizzard will be hard to beat!!!! read more

Out and about as usual and decided to swing by this Wisconsin based Dunkin' Donuts location. All in all it was a good experience. My Mint Hot Chocolate was great and service was responsive. I asked the cashier a couple of questions and she responded with informative answers. The tables and seating areas at this location were very clean. Overall an above average Dunkin' Donuts location to grab your drink or sugary/carb based treat and run. This rating is based on the fact that Dunkin' Donuts is a casual coffee/doughnut chain. If you haven't been to a Dunkin' Donuts before realize that they are nothing fancy. It's a quick and easy chain that has some good selections and sates the caffeine or sugar palette. Good drinks, good service, and a clean location. A positive experience from my perspective. read more

Dunkin' Donuts serves up decent hole-in-the-middle pastries (aka: donuts). They're as good as I've tasted among big chain donut shops, but still nowhere as delicious as a donut that's made from-scratch without dough extenders and other stuff that shouldn't be in a donut. But to my knowledge, no one in Monroe makes small-batch, from-scratch donuts so... Dunkin' Donuts it is. I stopped by this particular Dunkin' Donuts location while visiting my parents in Monroe and in need of non-watery coffee (because I swear my parents' coffee makes me sleepier than before I drank it). I ordered an iced dirty chai for myself and my mom. They were good, though I'm not one for gobs of flavorings so I wished they had a straight masala chai instead of vanilla chai. Chai in itself is delicious and complex enough, no need to add fake vanilla. But what I was most impressed with, was the service. I had low standards after reading the other reviews, but was totally blown away. I used the drive-through; the gal who helped me was very friendly and had my drinks ready lickety-split. read more

My husband and I truly love Dunkin' Donuts coffee and their breakfast is quite tasty. However, Monroe is really struggling to grasp the morning coffee and breakfast rush. More often than not, we place our orders ahead of time using their On-the-Go app. We've learned from experience that it is faster to walk-in to pick it up than to go through the drive-thru (they don't even start making your drinks or food ahead of time if you select the drive-thru option). Normally, when we order On-the-Go for walk-in pick up, our drinks are ready; however, nine times out of ten, our food is not. The last three times, they hadn't even started our food. Twice they completely forgot about our food! The woman at the cash register is very unhelpful with this process--she often stares and act as if it's not her problem. She doesn't even tell people that we've asked about our missing food, instead, we have to wait for someone working in the drive-thru lane to pass by us to inquire about our breakfast. Finally this past time we were offered complimentary donuts for our incredibly long wait (about ten minutes). It's a disappointment to see a chain we greatly enjoy being poorly operated. Whenever we use a Madison location, it is never more than two minutes of waiting, from the moment we place our order to the time we get our drinks and food. In Monroe, we consider it a win if we're on the road under eight minutes. The coffee is great and the food is too, but if you're expecting promptness--you'll leave disappointed. read more

It's ehhh... After one month of being open, it looked like it had been open 10 years, it was so dirty inside. Since then, it hasn't improved much. The donuts are always greasy. Half the time you ask for a certain type they are out of it once it's past 10 am. I had a couple wrong orders. The only redeeming quality this location has is their coffee drinks. read more

Dunkin Donuts usually is a great experience. The young man at the counter who took our order didn't smile when we walked in, didn't say anything to us, just stared at us until we decided to order. There were two girls working the drive thru who were giggling so hard is was annoying. In fact, we were going to go through the drive thru but decided to go in because one of the girls was giggling so hard it was impossible to order. My sister just got a plain iced coffee with vanilla in it, and she said the coffee tastes bitter and gross like it had been sitting for a while. She didn't want to ask for a new one though because those two girls were giggling and telling jokes to each other and were extremely annoying. So if you really love dunkin donuts coffee maybe just run in and out with as little interaction as possible. read more
