I couldn't find anyone to re-paint my 1990s car. Nobody would do it for under 8K! It's still…read morerunning great, no payment, I want to keep it and it still looked good too - except it needed a paint job. Then I discovered the 'Wrap' alternative and boyy am I glad I did. ( I live in Redding and traveled to Chico 'cuz I couldn't find anyone to even do a 'Wrap' for me in Redding! wow ) For a quarter of the price of paint, I got a 'Wrap' that has fooled everyone, even Auto Dealer Service Managers. I took it in for a mechanical repair and when they remark on my car's appearance, I tell them ... and, "That's A Wrap?!" Guys at work have made the same admiring remark. It's revelatory to everyone how good a 'Wrap' can be. Of Course, who does it is important. Andrew and Devin did a wonderful job and explained the process to me, including maintenance care. The careful effort they made, including the extra work of wet-sanding to ensure a smooth surface, showed on delivery day. I am super-pleased and readily offer my praise to anyone who wishes to contact me as I told Andrew. As an old-school guy I can say, "Who Knew?" I am a convert and heartily recommend Andrew and Devin to do for you what they did for me.

Service like this is why I keep AAA Insurance. Truly after a stressful event of a car breakdown, having a tow truck driver make the process quick and easy, makes all the difference in the world. I know something went down back in 2020 with someone's groceries, but it appears that whoever was in charge then, isn't in charge now. I would absolutely trust their Towing department with any vehicle of mine.

It was found and is now being returned intact. At this point I have no reason to believe driver Greg had anything to do with this and I retract my statements regarding this in my previous review. I apologize for believing he was involved. While his mgr Dan certainly could have been more helpful in listening to my complaint, and how rudely I was treated on the phone. I'm happy with the resolution, and will call the AAA representative to inform them of the outcome. The actual towing service driver Greg provided was excellent. He knew what he was doing and did it quickly. Again, I apologize to driver Dan for believing he was involved.

He followed me to the VW shop to drop my car and then since they were closing and the shuttle wasn't there, he even drove me home. He went above and beyond and offered great savings as well. Top notch customer service from beginning to end. Highly recommend Ernie's Towing.

What an amazing experience!…read more Granted, towing reviews usually don't start like that, but I must. I scheduled All-Star through my insurance company. They arrived 45 minutes before their estimated arrival time. He was exceptionally careful and thorough. The funniest thing there is that you can't simply put my car in neutral and climb out. It's a safety feature. So, we had to spend about 10 minutes figuring it out. In the end, it was probably the best towing experience I've had. That made up for the fact that I was bummed about having to tow it in the first place.
