Boy were we shocked at the bill! 980$ ! ! ! FOR A SERVICE! That's just oil filters lube and checking lug nuts. 225$ pre hour in labor which came to 675$. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. Shame on them for price gouging.

So ... I live over 170 mi from this business. I've been…read moreconsidering the purchase of a Kubota Tractor for my 1 acre mountain home for several years. I've used another brand for some time. I wanted a Kubota. The "local" Kubota dealer (40 mi away) was my 1st stop. I gave them my parameters and my budget. Over 2 months they gave me quotes that were too high and not close to what I wanted. They weren't truthful with me and tried to only sell me what THEY had in their stock. I was driving north on Inst 5 with my wife, discussing my frustration when she said, "... well, are they the only Kubota dealer?" On a whim, she Googled Kubota dealers near me. Up popped Nor Cal Tractor Sales ... (these guys are all part of the same company) ... in Redding CA and they were 10 mi ahead and right off the highway. We walked in, dressed for "Lake Time" and their sales rep (Kris B) was immediately accommodating. I told him my saga and what I had been looking for. Model numbers etc. That's where I learned I'd been misdirected. Kris pointed out the models I was asking about were older and no longer available. They didn't even have them in their rental fleet any longer. Then he showed me the new model ... the one the other guy told was so new they couldn't even get one for 6 mos. ... he had 4 of them. I had given him my budget already, remember? He came in $4k under!!! Then ... cherry on top ... he delivered it for $200!!!

Very responsive and answered many of my questions about my new trailer build. Unfortunately after…read morewe deciding to go with him he backed out on the deal that we made on the trailer he had built for me. All because he forgot to add something to the trailer build that I requested. After bring it to his attention he 1st said he would honor the price since it was his mistake that he forgot to add it to the second quote. But during finalizing the order he argued with me and backed out and said he wasn't doing that and I can take my business elsewhere. So I did, I purchased that custom build trailer from another Carson dealer in Fresno just the way I wanted it and for a better price point. Thank you for forcing me to go elsewhere!

Great people and a few good trailers from a few good manufactures. When looking at a 'CARRY ON'…read moreTrailer as it only has stickers all over it, nothing else like metal decals as you would see on a GMC or Ford vehicle from people who are proud of what they make. Carry On I am guessing is made in Mexico ... as I do not see an American making these kinds of welds, with this kind of poor steel along with the shoddy electrical wiring which is just enough to make it look good out the door. It is tight strung, with electrical tape and blue quick connectors that cut the wires. In a year you will strip out the electrical and replace it in whole. On my utility trailer that I purchased a year ago there are no rubber insulations where the wires enter into several steel tubes and angular steel uprights so they insulation rubs on the steel edges and cut through it. Keep a sharp eye and make a slow purchase to very carefully inspect the trailer in detail with a very close look as they try to hide what they did. If you see even one floor board that is ripped with a chuck missing but was treated with preservative after damage ... walk away from that one. When people discover in mass that Carry On Trailers are crap ... they will change the stickers they place on .. or even put a Highway 1 sticker on it to make it look like an American manufacture trailer out of Georgia but it is not. Muck like going into an Authorized Verizon dealer who steals your bank codes as they are not Verizon. Or going into a Wallmart Vision center that is not Wallmart but they have purchased the Wallmart NAME and are really Vision Centers of America franchise who purchased the name Wallmart to use in their con game. You have to ask the Wallmart Manager if they are really a Wallmart Vision center to get the truth, since asking Vision Center of America Wallmart Name buy .. they will lie to you.
