I called ahead, and the team confirmed the vehicle was available. Since we were coming from far away, the sales team had everything ready when we arrived. The car was prepared for a test drive, and most of the paperwork was already set up. Best of all, the price was exactly what we had agreed on over the phone. No games, no surprises, and no hidden fees. The finance manager was a little persistent about the extended warranty, but that's pretty normal at most dealerships. As a car enthusiast, extended warranties just aren't my thing, and they respected my decision. While we were completing the paperwork, someone hand washed and cleaned the car for us. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, helped download and set up the app, connected everything to the car, and made sure all the features were working properly before we left. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process.
