Service like this is why I keep AAA Insurance. Truly after a stressful event of a car breakdown, having a tow truck driver make the process quick and easy, makes all the difference in the world. I know something went down back in 2020 with someone's groceries, but it appears that whoever was in charge then, isn't in charge now. What an amazing experience!…read more Granted, towing reviews usually don't start like that, but I must. I scheduled All-Star through my insurance company. They arrived 45 minutes before their estimated arrival time. He was exceptionally careful and thorough. The funniest thing there is that you can't simply put my car in neutral and climb out. It's a safety feature. So, we had to spend about 10 minutes figuring it out. In the end, it was probably the best towing experience I've had. That made up for the fact that I was bummed about having to tow it in the first place.

I had never gotten into an accident before, and they took full advantage of that. I went through insurance, insurance didn't want to cover everything, and knockout refused to budge. They already had my car and wouldn't let me take it back without paying over $2,000 in storage fees. In all, I ended up paying knockout about $1,500 out of my own pocket to finally get my car back. It was an awful situation and they felt nothing trying to get as much money out of me as possible. It was a terrible experience and I will warn everyone I possibly can about this place. Stay away.
