What an amazing experience! Granted, towing reviews usually don't start like that, but I must. I scheduled All-Star through my insurance company. They arrived 45 minutes before their estimated arrival time. He was exceptionally careful and thorough. The funniest thing there is that you can't simply put my car in neutral and climb out. It's a safety feature. So, we had to spend about 10 minutes figuring it out. In the end, it was probably the best towing experience I've had. That made up for the fact that I was bummed about having to tow it in the first place. read more

This tow company needs to train people on Customer Service. The level of unpredictability is beyond what is expected when you dealing with people who patient is zero to none given the circumstances and i was expecting to get my car towed the inconvenience was definitely not necessary. I will definitely make sure to give my feedback on any and every platform that I can. Because the receptionist APRIL is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!! AlLSTAR TOW IS A NO FOR ME!!! at first April hung up on me and told me that my insurance won't cover me. I guess she got that sorted out. She proceeded to tell me a tow truck will be coming two hours later received a text stating that the tow truck was outside at my car, I called April told her the tow truck was not there. She quickly told me she's canceling my service call, the audacity, I would not recommend anyone to ALLSTAR" the entire company is incompetent except for the driver. He was very respectful and only doing what he was told. a waste of time and a rip off!!! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. We went through our Verizon road side assistance. So sadly we couldn't choose not to use All Star. My wife and 4 year old son were stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. We were quoted one hour for a wait time. My wife called after about 20 min of waiting asking politely if there was anyway to speed up the process due to the safety of our son and it being 30 degrees out. The dispatcher told her off saying everyone has problems and to deal with it. She apologized and continued waiting 2 MORE hours go by. So she calls again. He tells her, yelling, to stick her head out the window and notice it's a bad weather night for them. Turns out, they wanted to make more money on a long distance tow so they skipped my wife and took off to cottonwood. Shady business and to speak to anyone the way the dispatcher did is unacceptable. read more

My battery was dead and needed to pick my husband up from dental surgery. Used USAA coverage to request a service call. All Star came fairly quickly on an extremely hot day. Got my car started in minutes. The mechanic was very nice and provided friendly and efficient service. read more

These guys stole items from my car, told me it was the police, when the police were not involved with my tow, then proceeded to tell me everything was okay and the insurance company will handle it, then went and tried to put a lein on my car..... this is the worst and most shady tow company in town, i recommend you use another service. read more

This company is another example of how evil Humanity can be. When called upon to tell Vehicles Outside the Fire Zone. After people fled their community moments before it was consumed by fire, this a******compounded their tragedy by trying to profit off of their loss. When victims were notified that their vehicle was in this guy's tow a lot they attempted to retrieve it and were told they had to pay $600. Eventually he lowered it to 150. $150 that could have been used to feed their children for a week. $150 that could have been used to pay for two more nights of a motel. $150 that could have been put towards first month's rent in a new apartment. Could have been used to replace clothing. 42 people are dead 200 people are missing and this horrible person is trying to profit off the survivors. read more

The company arrived earlier than what they told us, then left right away. And said that we were not at our car when we were supposed to be. We had to go through Allstate and start the whole process again. When we got All Star Towing on the line again, the guy was acting very unprofessionally AKA douchebag! He had an attitude and try to defend himself instead of just solving our problem. read more

The WORST experience I've ever had with tow company.....EVER!!! Driving from Walnut Creek to Portland our rental car had a blowout in Chino (rental had no spare) so we called Avis and they contacted All Star to bring us a replacement car. We contacted Avis at 1:30pm and they said we would have a replacement car by 5:30pm. We contacted All Star at 5:45 and the owner said his driver would be there in 20 minutes. 6:15 nothing - we called again and the owner said the driver got a flat tire and he did not have a spare (tow truck does not have a spare on it)? He said is other drivers was bringing a spare and he would be there by 7:00. We called All Star and no answer (shocking). We called Avis and they contacted the owner and he said they are still working on changing the tire. It took them an hour to change a spare. After many useless phone calls and nothing but excuses the drivers finally show up at 9:30 with our replacement. They obviously took another job or 2 and left us "out to dry". When the driver arrived, he got out of the and instantly had an ATTITUDE???? NO sorry for the delay - no nothing. He was so rude. Are you kidding me - you have an attitude after you are 4 hours late and we have a 7 hour drive up to Portland. This is the first time I have ever written a review - this company is full of liars and they only care about making a buck - they don't care at all about you!!!!! read more

My insurance contacted them to come assist me with a flat. I was given a 2-3 hour window. I called the towing company to confirm this and dealt with the rudest customer service girl I EVER have encountered. I asked her, "is it really going to take 2-3 hours for you guys to get here?" She said "IF THAT'S WHAT THEY TOLD YOU THEN THAT'S HOW LONG IT'S GONNA TAKE".. I said "ok thank you" and hung up. Called back 20 minutes later because I was not going to be by my vehicle, ( It was over 100 outside)... I told her that it was too hot, and she completely went off on me and of course she got a little taste of her own medicine. Disgusting behavior. If she isn't related then she is a girlfriend or spouse. Too long of a story to go into all the rest of the boring details, however I will say I felt like I was dealing a with a 12 year old child. I was so upset by the experience I left messages on fb and their email. I did get a prompt response from the manager, however he was pretty dismissive about what just happened. Ended up going with another company and I will never consider their services again. I'm only one person, but you lost money that day because of the person you let answer your dispatch who doesn't have a clue about customer service. Do better. read more

My truck recently broke down on Hwy 99. I had my 2 daughters with me, stuck on the shoulder. Used my State Farm app for roadside assistance. Within 10 minutes they were on scene. Made sure my kids were safely in the truck the immediately loaded my truck and we were off. Great service read more

I had a great experience using All Star when I locked my keys.... And my spare key... Into my car along with my computer, purse, and every other necessary item. All Star was here within 15 minutes. I agree with your review. If it was possible to give this company no stars. I have worked with many different towing services over the years working in EMS and I have never witnessed such unethical behavior with a towing service in my years. We just recently had a vehicle towed and was not able to afford the fees he charged to get our vehicle back. The owner was going to charge us 1900.00 to get our vehicle back. When we stated we couldn't get that kind of money together especially during Christmas season, he then stated, well, you give me the pink slip, and I will knock off 600.00 and you will owe only 1400.00 in fees for me to keep your vehicle. I have to pay you to keep my vehicle!!!!! Are you kidding me?!!!! I spoke to many other tow services that do not practice this shady behavior. This man does not care about the people in his community. In fact, the other tow service I spoke to stated that he was looking to get some extra Christmas money, and I believe him. I know many people in this community, Chico, Ca, and I plan on making this my new hobby to inform people of this guys practice. DO NOT GO WITH ALL STAR RENTAL. THE GUY IS A SCAM!!!!! read more
