Very nice and helpful staff! Prices are fair and they have quite a bit of stock and those "hard to find" things!

Every one was friendly, fun and gave my husband and I excellent service. We traveled from Nevada to Anderson with our trade and forgot the cashiers check for the deposit at home. Mike one of their techs volunteered to follow us 233 miles to retrieve the check so we could drive the new coach home. We found the coach online and Jessie was our very attentive sales rep who kept us in the loop. Stacy in finance worked very hard to get us the best deal in warranty in the business. We are very grateful to all of them looking our for us and our dog for the day while they serviced the coach and sent us on our way. This is our 5th and final RV purchase over a span of 35 years, and it was by far the best experience we have ever had.

Brittany in service was great several times they thought they had it fixed but did not. They did the routine maintenance on it and other things and then I was told they were not qualified to go further to work on carburetor. After I had paid almost 1,000. I was referred to Jeff's generator service in Chico. I took my RV to Chico and they diagnosed it immediately as plugged jets in the carburetor from sitting. During the fixing of the plugged jets Jeff's found washers missing for the carburetor bolts. Found ground connection bolt for the solenoid stripped and had to re-tap bolt hole for slightly larger bolts. I have never had anyone but Camping world work on my generator. I paid $320 for this wonderful quick inexpensive service Don't get work done at Camping world. Too costly and not done correctly. Camping World Anderson The best thing in the service department at camping world Anderson was Brittany. She is knowledgeable and helpful giving me true service in my many returns to them.

I did just that and loved the personality and efforts from the lovely Krista. She's learning the sales ropes and did a great job. She was eager to assist my level of energy and crazy and made me want to purchase from this company just to support her. Great customer service Krista! Now, let's move into the trailers...they had some decent trailers, I don't know about the pricing though. I hope Danielle and Kevin are able to earn that fifth review star from me, by getting me into a trailer from them. I also shot out to their other location in Anderson, and met up with Walley, Wayne... something like that - I know it started with a "W". Wayne was great and he helped me at this location. I recommend this Tally Tally place, for the personalized service they offer and their willingness to assist. Great job everyone; now let's see if we can close a deal and let me give you a hearty 5 star review.

No pressure, which we really liked. All the rvs had prices and details clearly marked. We shopped a couple other places in Anderson that have some bad reviews, and the salesman was high pressure. After LOTS of looking we finally found our trailer at the Anderson TowTally camping. Christa helped us when we were ready. It was a smooth process, and they did negotiate down some in the price. The RV tech Dan was helpful going over everything with us, and he said the owners were good to their employees. It's our first RV and so far we are quite happy with our Rock wood mini lite.

Ended up locally in Chico, and I sure am glad. While I was focused on PJ, Chico Truck and RV owner Dan suggested I consider LoadTrail in the 6' x 12' size. (They sell both PJ and LoadTrail). Checked prices at several NorCal dealers; Dan's initial quote was the lowest. Bought the 6x12 LoadTrail with high side extensions and couldn't be happier. Handles both debris loads and my Kubota BX 23S very well. I like the way the multi-function tail gate allows me to spread chipped rock on my ldriveway. Since the Camp Fire, I've really put the dump trailer to work removing fire-related tree debris. I've had two minor issues with the trailer (both self inflicted). Chico Truck and Trailer's Service department handled both immediately, even though I went there without an appointment. They didn't charge me either time. Great family run local business. Dan is no nonsense. He stands behind his sales.

Disappointed. Not with the Mercury Motor we bought but…read morewith some of the personnel. Let me explain: We met their sales manager Bill Tobias last August with a plan to purchase a new 115hp Mercury outboard. Seemed like a nice guy. Responsive and enthusiastic. Decided to postpone till early in 2026. Called in early February. All good. We put down a deposit ($2k ... not small) to get the process moving. We gave specific timelines and, though earlier than expected, it worked OK. Still good. Did all the financing with Marisa Frank. She was excellent all the way through even apologized for some little things the finance company called for late. She was very professional. Motor installed. Seemed great. When we left the boat, I asked them to "please charge both my batteries AND grease my trailer wheel bearings!" (Common procedure with boats). I was told no problem and Marisa even noted it on our service chart. After a couple days we were notified the boat was ready. We drove up (200 miles) to pick it up. Stayed the night to be there in the morning. Got there and boat was ready. Then we learned of some options no one mentioned earlier and expressed our interest. They were able to add the option curbside and we took the boat. As we mentioned to them prior to giving them the boat FOR the install, we weren't ready to put the boat in our slip at the lake, so it was going back into our storage facility. No problems were anticipated. 2 weeks later we went back to get the boat. We picked it up from storage, prepped it, hauled it to the lake, and went down the ramp. Dipped her in ... turned the key ... nothing. Tried all the tricks. Nada!! Batteries both dead. Called Harrison's and spoke to Bill Tobias. Guess what the first thing he asked? "How old are your batteries?!" Not ... OMG, I'm sorry. Bring it in and we'll take care of it. Nope! "YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG!!!" "IT'S NOT OUR FAULT!!!" We'd just spent well over $15,000 with them. That may not be a lot to them but it is to us!!! Now, the icing on the cake!!! We pull the boat up the ramp. Haul it back to their shop. I walk in the door. No, I'm not happy but I'm not screaming or cursing. Marisa AND Mr. T are both at the counter and both on the phone with different customers. Marisa acknowledges me. Be right with you. Bill ... nothing. No eye contact. No head nod. Nothing ... kinda like the batteries. Marisa finishes first. How can I help you she asks. (Now, remember, we called in from the lake 15 min earlier and talked to Bill Tobias. The Bill Tobias, still on the phone, 5ft away from me and now ignoring me). I tell Marissa what happened. Guess what's the first thing she says, "I'm sorry this happened and I remember you asking us to do that!" At about this moment, Mr. Tobias finishes his call. Gets up. Walks by me and ... absolutely nothing. Am I crazy to be absolutely pissed at this? I'm not even angry about the inconvenience we were caused ... just this miserable failure at basic, common courtesy!! So unprofessional. I highly commend Harrison Marine's Marissa Frank for her exceptional customer service AND using her talents immediately!! for Marisa. I tried to find an owner or GM or ??? but apparently one doesn't exist so, bo where to voice me displeasure in house. Just a suggestion from someone who spent a great deal of their working life in customer service ... always lead with "I'm so sorry this happened to you and the inconvenience caused! Let's see what I can do to solve this problem!" Everyone backs off to that statement. Anything less and the fight is on. Too bad ... I was hopeful!!
