They have a GREAT color selection and they do acrylics, gel, dip powder manicures, regular polish, and they have waxing services. I highly recommend Elegant Nails. I understand I got gel on my toes, but the manicure was literally just paint and a quick cuticle trim, in my opinion that is way too much money for that service. How wrong was I! My index finger was full on bleeding and I had to tell her to stop so I could clean it. I didn't even let her do my other hand or apply polish. I just wanted to pay and get out of there to apply Neosporin. Now my fingers and toes hurt so bad and I wish I wasn't so patient. I believe it was the owner who had done my nails and she was very kind and sweet. I asked for pointy acrylics painted white and with silver diamonds embedded at the base of my nails. The process seemed fine at first until I noticed I had acquired multiple cuts on my fingers. I didn't want to make a big deal since it seems common for me. The shape of my nails were off and I had to ask her to reshape them even after the paint job... I think I just had my last straw when I realized the paint job was terrible. It was so messy, I could have easily done a better job painting my nails myself. When the diamonds were placed on they weren't even in the middle! I'm not gonna lie I was pretty pissed and didn't want to yell and act like a total diva but once I had gotten home and went through my day I realized I couldn't do anything without cringing or crying. It turns out she had filed the sides of my nails way too much exposing my skin! I can't even do simple tasks like opening a door. Here's one star for the customer service.

Presuming four stars. Unfortunately, my experience was really dismal. There were two women working, and no one else in the salon, so one took my toes and one my fingers. The woman working on my toes was meticulous and thorough - everything my sister had said made her like going there, too. Five stars! However, the woman working on my fingers was apathetic at best - she was aggressive trimming my cuticles (not over-trimming what should be trimmed, but slap-dash cutting at the actual skin around my nail bed) and when she applied the polish, she wasn't even looking at my nails most of the time! It showed in the output. The salon was too dim for me to notice at the time, but when I got home and my nails had properly dried, I realized that one of them had a complete gap in the second layer of color. Maybe three stars at this point. I went back in the next day to have it fixed -- the woman who'd done the color wouldn't even make eye contact with me. The woman who'd done my toes was eating her lunch and when I showed her the nail, sighed audibly, clearly agitated, and told me to go pick out my color. 2.5 stars? I couldn't tell from the bottles which was right between two of them and brought them to her. I told her I wasn't sure, so would appreciate if she could verify which was right and then repaint the nail. I got the regular polish mani/pedi at 230pm and by 9am the next day, my manicure had already chipped. I understand regular polish doesn't last long but not lasting even 24 hours is a huge let down. As far as my pedicure goes, I thought it was great until my left big toenail started aching while I was at work the next morning after getting the pedicure. Upon coming home and examining it, I realized I had a pretty big cut from the cuticle cutters. Considering I paid $120 ($100 price with a $20 tip), Im very disappointed.
