This is my go to delivery place. They are always friendly on the phone, always get the order right, and deliver faster than anywhere else. The menu is varied with something for every craving (except pizza). They have a bunch of yummy breakfast options but unfortunately they aren't on the menu so I called and they read them all to me, no problem. This place is awful. They tried scamming us out of our money. They made us pay 10$ more than the receipt said when we got it and then they didn't even give us all of our food. We called them and the lady said they would be delivering it right away to us since they messed up so bad... An hour and a half later we got our missed item AND it was cold and for 9$ it is not worth it at all they were absolutely awful and there was barely anything. Their specialty sandwiches are also good but I haven't been able to try them all yet. Good price and good service. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Upon delivery I received completely cold food. I ordered hot boneless wings. They were tossed in franks red hot and then someone proceeded to dump a whole container of Cajun seasoning on them. Had one bite and threw them out. However, the wait staff being attractive young females, are obviously more interested in assisting and flirting with the young male customers l, than assist a well educated, good looking, successful older male. Sadly I have had some terrible chili in my time. However the gastronomic horror at Pepper Jacks that they call chili is the worst. I'm a big Pepper Jack's fan. They deliver, it's not too expensive, and they make a damn good sandwich. Anything with their chicken salad on it is great, I'm particularly a fan of the Sante Fe Panini and the Chicken Salad Wrap with cranberry sauce (seems to be made from scratch, not from a can that's for sure!). It appears that all of the ingredients are top notch, or pretty good at least, something I had been starting to forget since beginning my college life in Albany. The bread they use for the paninis is really great, and they always have a really delicious crunchy pickle spear when you order one. Other than the great food the folks I talk to on the phone and the deliver guys are always pleasant. Extremely friendly delivery service, direct to my hotel room. I ordered the Falafel Wrap, Cajun Sampler and a Garden Salad with 2 waters (enough to meet their delivery minimum), and everything was delivered within 30-minutes. The Falafel Wrap was pretty good, though I needed the extra Ranch that I ordered to add a little flavor. However, the ingredients were crisp and fresh. The Cajun Sampler was like any other that I've had before as far as Onion Rings, Buffalo Tenders, Jalepeno Poppers and Fries are concerned. Nothing out of this world, but not bad and hit the spot. I only wished the Buffalo Tenders had more sauce on them. The Cajun Fries were good, but at times had an odd taste to them, which may have been due to being mixed with the rest of the Sampler items and getting soggy. We order here at least 3 to 4 times a month at work and everyone loves their food. They recently added a few new things on there menu but I haven't tried any. Nothing special. Stopped for dinner on a road trip. Got a chicken fajita wrap and a chicken gyro wrap. The gyro wrap had cold meat and a flavorless sauce. The fajita at least had hot meat, but the wrap itself was super chilled and the cheese totally cold/hard. Resembled cafeteria food overall. The fried ravioli is pretty good. The service is good, the girl that handled my order was pretty friendly (and really cute!). I also got the burrito bowl, which was good, but could be cheesier. That in itself would not warrant my 2-star rating except for the fact that the cheesesteak really was flavorless. Wonderful option for work lunch. I love that they deliver. When you're day is not going so well they have some great comfort food options, like cheese fries and gigantic chocolate chip cookies.
