The service and ambiance are perfect. We stopped in for drinks and appetizers. We got the calamari which was very tasty. The bartender was top notch. AMAZING bar selection!

Great spot in downtown Albany for happy hour. Loved their craft cocktails. Bartenders ate friendly and make great drinks. We tried the Cubano sandwich with fingerling potatoes. It was delicious! Loved the sesame seeded hoagie. Craft cocktails were great and only $10 during happy hour 4-6pm. The place has a very nice vibe and airy feeling.

First they are very nice folks here so understand it's not a personality issue but our server checked on us once well after our meals arrived. We both ordered the Pan seared filet medium rare and it came out medium well. Not even sure it was a Filet. It was thin for a filet. The mashed potatoes arrived cold and had some large undercooked not mashed not fully cooked bits in them. I would not dine in again. No apologies for the bad cooked meals. They did take off one of them the bill. Perhaps it was just an off night. We have lots of other choices so we can amicably part ways :-) Hope you do better for others and wish you success.

What a great place (one of the few that were open on a Monday.) good bartenders, friendly server who gave wonderful recommendations, the street corn pasta was amazing, the Rangoon dip was a cool variation but not my fav. And the schnitzel was a little dry and over fried but the construction of the dish was good. The decor and couch area give it a really cool vibe, and the manager or owner was helping out at the bar and attending to guests.

Really enjoy the happy hour at this spot, great drink specials and we usually share some delicious appetizers as well. Plus the added convenience of having a dedicated parking lot downtown is a huge plus! The ambiance is perfect for a date night or friendly cocktails. We usually split a bottle of wine or do some of the happy hour special cocktails plus a couple appetizers to share. We love the calamari and if it's on special you have to order the crab Rangoon dip! The bartenders are always super friendly and helpful!

Came here for dinner and drinks with a couple of friends and enjoyed ourselves! We had some glasses of wine and they had a nice selection. The espresso martini here is also really good. I also had the Duck Banh Mi which was very yummy and there were a lot of cool food choices that I want to come back and try. It was a little pricey but we all enjoyed our meals. The interior was really cool and we were sat quickly as well.

Nice place, feels upscale but still comfortable. Lots of beer choice (LOTS) and cocktails were interesting. All drinks were good, no doubt. Food choices were nice, very different, NOT 'standard bar food'. Nothing greasy to order, which was nice as I look for healthier options. Tried the cauliflower, had Asian type of sauce that was spicy ~ I liked it. Everyone did, so get 2 if you have to share. Lol. I wanted a salad, and it was good but large! I loved the pork belly bao buns, nice sauce on that. I was not sure if this place is supposed to be Asian or Southwest or what, not really a theme. I like that, but makes it harder to explain. Just try it for yourself. Try more than one beer, and for was DELICIOUS

The prices are reasonable and the service is amazing!! I went recently and had Rachel and Nash taking care of me and they were amazing. Rachel is so bubbly and radiates happiness! Their drink menu is pretty big, they are an "open" bar but the liquor they use is made locally so they only use one brand so in that way you are limited BUT the drinks are still delicious. I had the Lady's Limoncello which is featured in the little boomerang I posted. They do give you complementary trail mix (not sure what to call it - can also be seen in the background on the video) and I think that's amazing. They don't have a food menu so it's nice to have a little snack while you drink. I came from out of state and I would love to go back. Loved the experience and the staff! Also Rachel makes an amazing pina colada shot!!! It was my friend's birthday and she made us a couple of shots and they were so yummy!!

The building itself is impressive, although maybe not quite as impressive as the castle-looking building next door. Our party of seven settled in at the bar as there otherwise did not seem to be a large enough table for all of us to gather around in either the main lounge area or a small room off to the side. The dark wood paneled walls, large fireplace, assortment of easy chairs, couches, and high desktop table gave off a feeling of warmth and welcoming. The friendly bartender introduced herself (sorry I've forgotten her name) and informed us that spirit-wise, the bar was capable of preparing the standard, traditional drinks like Manhattans, martinis, etc. All beers were poured from cans, and at my request, she recited the names of about six that were available. I don't believe anyone in our party inquired about the wines that were available. The building simply calls out for an explanation of its history. Upon our request, the bartender offered to provide either the "brief" or "full" option. We requested the full history. She was obviously well up to the task. You would be amazed at the variety of things you could learn here. Just to touch on a few key topics that were mentioned, consider Alexander Hamilton's wife, puffed rice, Bab-o cleanser (cue up the jingle), Bishop Gibbons, and an orthopedic surgeon. I don't know what the normal food arrangements are in the Lounge. I'm guessing that our out-of-town hosts requested some snacks for us as a few bowls appeared with mixed nuts, crackers and cheese, fresh grapes, humus, and warm pretzel/croissant rolls, and a plate of prosciutto wrapped cream cheese. Overall, the atmosphere here is simply friendly and inviting. I think it will become an occasional gathering place for our local friends when looking for a place that is quiet and relaxing.
