The hamburger patties had the taste and consistency of the cheap, frozen patties you buy in a store. The mozzarella sticks were similar. The French fries were unsalted and tasted stale. The boneless wings were spicy, as I ordered. But the sauce tasted like it had BBQ sauce added and the meat wasn't delicious. I won't even discuss the "Melba" sauce I ordered with my mozz sticks. While we were there, a customer came in upset about having to place her special-order request in person. Cory remained calm, courteous, and professional as she tried to explain the policy and even stepped away briefly to help another guest and diffuse the situation. Unfortunately, the customer became verbally abusive and called Cory an insulting name before storming out. I just want to recognize Cory for handling a difficult situation with grace and professionalism. No one in the service industry should have to endure verbal abuse simply for doing their job. Kindness and respect cost nothing, and Cory deserved both tonight.
