One time "John" answered and I told him I was interested in an HVAC maintenance and service contract. He rattled off some numbers and promised to email them to me that night. Never got anything. I then called that number over and over, leaving messages that again were never returned. Finally, a woman answered and explained that she was in a front office and could give me no info (??) about service contracts, but she said if I called 800-921-0392 an answering service would take a message and forward to someone who would call back. She also promised me that John would send me the promised info that day. Not. So I called the 800 number and left a message for someone to please call me. Nothing. I give up. Too many other HVAC companies that care. I wonder how if they respond to customers needing emergency service.

I encountered a clogged bathroom sink and needed to call for professional assistance. Employee ZACH was dispatched to my location. Note: ZACHS mannerism, professionalism and character were exemplary throughout this service call, at that time. BUT you can look a person in the eyes and tell something isn't right-that's the vibe I gathered from him. The primary concern I encountered was an unexpectedly HIGH COST of the service provided for the limited workload. Due to MY back injury I was unable to resolve the problem myself, so I had to call someone ( SERVICE TODAY ). I did research the process online to understand what needed to be done. Ultimately, the job ZACH did required just 22 minutes of minor work, yet the final bill amounted to an astonishing $413 of doing basically nothing. Again just 22 minutes. He knew he was getting over! This seemed excessive and felt particularly unreasonable considering my circumstances as a Black Disabled Veteran! NO BREAK DOWN OF THIS UNREASONABLE BILL AT ALL! Though ZACH conducted himself as a seemingly capable committed professional, I could look in his eyes and note the company's pricing structure appears exorbitant and I was left feeling taken advantage off!
