The New York steak itself was cooked nicely, but I found it to be lacking in seasoning and overall flavor. What was especially frustrating was the automatic 20% gratuity for a party of only two. Given the level of service we received, the 20% gratuity did not feel warranted. I understand automatic gratuity for larger parties, but for two people, I would have preferred to have the choice to tip based on the service we actually received. Overall, I really wanted to enjoy this place, but unfortunately the service overshadowed what could have been a much better dining experience.

Ahi Katsu Sandwich ($26): Pretty good, liked it better than madame pele. But it's also nothing to write home about either. For $26, I expected something better. Bottomless Mimosa: best part of the experience, it was truly bottomless. You can choose between 3 juices (I think it was 3). I got POG and another friend got orange juice. One of the waitresses comes around and refills your champagne glass every so often and you can mix in the juice to your liking. The vibes were immaculate, but ultimately, I would only come back for the bottomless mimosa for a birthday brunch or for a pau hana so I can get some pupus without committing to a full entree.
