The cheese also didn't add to much flavor either, so it tasted pretty close to the original. There's also a decent amount of rice, so it at least somewhat fills you up. So keep that in mind if you're trying to have a lot of different dishes at a food truck event!

The cheese baby wrap was pretty good. It went well with the pork belly. The added siracha sauce was a plus.
