Was in the mood for Indian food and this was the closest place. For fast food it wasn't bad and the price to portion ratios were good. Overall a solid place for quick eat Indian food.

Trying something new and everything was full of flavor! The Tandoor Mix Grill was excellent! We couldn't believe how tender and juicy the chicken was. The seasoning was tasty and it didn't need extra flavor but it did come with a yummy dipping sauce. They have a wide variety of veggie sides. Everything was fresh and so healthy. You can choose from cabbage to lentils to eggplant to garbanzo beans. A few veggie options are spicy if you like a little kick. We also had their garlic naan and veggie samosa. Not pictured, but their hot chai tea was the perfect way to finish our delicious meal. Great combination of black tea, spices, milk, and sugar. Would totally order this again! Food is delicious, service is outstanding, tables are clean, and they offer military discount of 10% off. We are certainly going to return!
Couldn't decide what to eat at pearlridge the other day and finally settled with Lasoon, and boy was I pleasantly surprised. They are Indian food restaurant located on the bottom of downtown across from Hot topic in the spot of the old Burger King. I know they've been here a while but I didn't really give them a try till now, And I must say they're a pretty good hidden gem for Indian food in the Aiea/Pearl City area. They are a small pretty much to go restaurant where you pick and choose what you want for your one or two choice, It can also get things à la carte. I went with the lamb curry with The butter chicken, they also offer sides with every plate which all look pretty delicious, I went with the spicy eggplant which was quite spicy, and the chickpea dal. They were both perfect accoutrements to the currys and the nicely cooked basmati rice. The plate was a pretty decent size for 18 bucks considering the price of Indian food nowadays lol. The service was pretty quick as there was no line at the time and since everything is already pre-made the line goes pretty quick even if there is one. They also have some options that you can choose from the grill which will take an additional amount of time. They are in the spot of the old Burger King so it's a tiny place but the flavors speak for themselves, as with all other Indian restaurants they use a unique amount of spices and you can really tell they know what they're doing here. They do have some daily specials from time to time that look pretty good too, so if you're in the area just give em a go.
I was searching for something quick to pick up, after working out at the gym in Pearl Ridge. I decided on Lasoon, after reading a few reviews. The restaurant is a few doors in from the entrance; it appeared well lit and clean. The employee greeted me as I approached and asked if I had been there before. The man explained what the items in the warmer in front of me were; and went over the different sizes of their plates. I decided on the lamb curry and butter chicken, with the butter vegetables and spicy eggplant. I also got a samosa. Everything was good. It wasn't terrible, nor was it the best. I do want to try the mixed grill, the next time I decide to pick up food from here. It is very convenient and reasonably priced.
Came by Lasoon in Aiea around 2:30pm on a Saturday. It wasn't busy at all--we were actually the only couple in the store, so we were excited to have a relaxed meal. We ordered the mango lassi, butter chicken plate with palak paneer and chana masala, garlic naan, a side of saag paneer, and chicken momos. Unfortunately, the food was just okay. We had high expectations after seeing the good reviews, but overall it wasn't as flavorful as other Indian spots we've tried. The chicken was on the dry side, and the garlic naan wasn't very garlicky. We left feeling pretty disappointed. The highlights of the meal were the mango lassi and the chicken momos. Speaking of the momos--since they're made to order, we were told they would take about 7-10 minutes and that they'd be brought out to us. We ended up finishing our entire meal and waited a total of about 30 minutes before having to remind the staff that we were still waiting. This was especially surprising since we were the only table there. The staff were friendly, which we appreciated, but between the food and the long wait, we don't plan to come back again.

Finally got to try out lasoon and I'm so glad I did. It's conveniently located inside Pearlridge mall and many of the items are premade so you can pick and choose what you want really quickly. I got the lamb curry, the Chana masala, and the cabbage. Everything was so flavorful and the lamb was really tender. I saw that they have tandoori chicken that's made to order so I'm excited to try that next time.
Went back for more and it's still amazing!! We decided to dine in again, and the constant flow of DoorDash and Uber Eats pickups showed just how popular this place really is. Even with all that traffic, the service and quality never slipped. The food is absolutely delicious and leaves you feeling satisfied--not greasy, heavy, or bloated. Everything is clean and organized, which I always pay attention to. From the counters to the trash area, even the back of the room and how the chef and staff handle the food--everything was spotless and professional. You can really tell they take pride in their work. Definitely going back next week!
We got hungry walking around the mall and decided to stop in here and try it. I'm so glad we did. First the people working were incredibly nice. We explained that it was our first time and they explained the flavors to us, let us try things before purchasing and really helped us picked flavors that matched what we liked. My husband and I genuinely loved everything! Each item had its own flavor profile. If it said spicy, it was definitely spicy. All the meats were cooked perfectly and I feel like they gave you the perfect amount of meat to sauce ratio. I personally think the price was worth it. You get a ton of food and the quality matches the price. I will 100% be eating here again and honestly I'll be bringing our family who comes to visit too. DELICIOUS!
Sunday late dinner for some really ONOLICIOUS grinds! Here we are again to enjoy Nepali and Indian cuisine, the food here is flavorable delightful and comforting, If you didn't try the food here, I recommend that it's a must..Also the portions here are perfect and not too scimppy like the other places. Service always so excellent!
We ordered food to be delivered. Unfortunately the earliest delivery time is 12:50 pm but they didn't deliver it until after 1 pm. The portion sizes are very generous despite it not appearing to be as the wells are pretty deep. I had the combo plate with butter chicken, lamb masala, spicy eggplant and Chana masala. The food is pretty good but the meats were a little dry. The eggplant was nice and spicy and Chana masala standard. Overall, it's a good place for a quick meal.

The service is really good here. We were quoted 7-8 minutes for the Tandoori chicken - it came out in exactly 7 minutes and was packed and handed to us in 8 (wow). We wanted to try the spicy fish but the lady said it was a spice level of 11 on a scale of 10... so we opted for the spicy pork which she said was a medium spicy. She was spot on. The spicy pork was delicious and tender. It was a "mini" which consists of one entree, one veggie, and rice. Opted for the butter vegetables which were good but not as good as the chana masala. The tandoori chicken had a nice herb flavor and the meat was moist. It comes with rice, one veggie, lemon and a yummy green sauce. Admittedly, I really wish the tandoori was charred more - I've had tandoori chicken from other places and the slight char helps a lot for the bbq effect. I loved the chana masala I chose for my side - a rich, curry-type flavor with a slight spice that left me wanting more. The samosas were okay - it was fried well but I thought they were a little dry, and probably not worth the $3 each. The butter naan, though - definitely worth getting. Moist, flavorful, and perfect for soaking up the sauces. We were able to share one naan and still have some leftover. You can definitely find better places for Indian food, BUT this is a really good fast food option, and I believe it is currently the only Indian spot on this side of the island. Plus (again) their service is great! And the prices are reasonable. We've had a couple places come and go in this exact location, so let's hope Lasoon stays longer. read more

Lasoon is a fast, casual Nepali and Indian restaurant with huge, flavorful portions and friendly, courteous service. It's my go-to, favorite restaurant in Pearlridge at the moment. The perfect place to fuel up after a long day of shopping. I normally get a combo plate, which comes with 2 meat entrees and 2 veggie entrees. My favorite dishes include: - Butter chicken: A mild chicken dish with rich and creamy sauce. A must order! 5/5 - Saag Paneer: Yummy chunks of soft paneer in a pureed spinach sauce. 4/5 - Spicy eggplant: Big chunks of tangy sautéed eggplant with a tomato puree. Very spicy! 5/5 - Peero spicy pork: Savory salty, fatty pork in a coconut based sauce. Medium spice. 4/5 - Mango lassi: Thick, sweet and refreshing mango yogurt drink. 5/5 - Samosa: Delicious deep fried pastry with peas and potatoes, served with a sweet chutney sauce. 5/5 The cafeteria-style restaurant also has alternating specials so stop by often to check out their new dishes. They have a few high top tables for dine in but there's also plenty of room to eat upstairs in the food court. read more

Nepalese. Curry alright except not because we're Kupuna certain curry was salty! I had two combination plates to go. It was recently opened to cater to the locals of their Indian usually different spices (?) cuisine depending on their locale. The saffron rice was alright light and a bit fluffy. I choose palak paneer side dishes server said: string beans chicken, lamb, and chicken Marsala, all were mild in their Indian spices but one of the two items was salty. Which one I can't quite remember. We love ethnic Indian Curry at times I make it myself. I'll be back for their take outs soon hopefully not as salty as the last time. read more

Lady up front was nice. She made a mistake and gave us an entree for free. They give plenty and, if you don't think it's enough, once you get halfway you start to feel full. The food all looks the same but they taste great! Naan is large and filling, too. It's a small room in Pearlridge so they have a few tables that can sit maybe three max. We took our food and brought it home to eat. Side note: fry up a sunny side egg and put it on top of the spicy pork. Bangahzzzzzzzz. read more

I have only been here twice and that's honestly a shame because it's too good to not visit more often. They are located on the CPK side of the mall and have a few tables inside to sit and enjoy your meal. Okay, when I say I want spice. I mean that, wholeheartedly. I LOVE spice. I want to almost cry with how spicy food is and their spicy eggplant and spicy fish were it! Now I may have over done my spice this time and probably should have gotten just one spicy dish instead of two. But, yolo? You can even sample before making a choice so do that to try and to make sure you can handle the heat. This is a mini plate! It's huge. For the price it's really unbeatable. You get one entree and one side in the mini and rice. I also ordered naan but forgot to snap a pic because I dove right in. These containers are also great to take home your leftovers. The staff is always so so kind and the food is amazing? Yeah, customer for life. read more
My first time trying Indian food and it was an amazing experience! Customer service is great My favorite dish was the butter chicken. Omg yum!!!! And I believe everything comes with vegetables. So I love that it has that. Their nan was ok. I wanted the cheese but they ran out so I opted for garlic. It was a great first experience that I think I'm ready to try more dishes, like the made to order dishes. Because the dishes in the window are already made and you just kinda pick and choose. Kinda like a Panda Express but with Indian food. It's right inside the mall, with plenty of seats to sit and eat. Or you can find a spot somewhere in the mall. The location is close to the parking lot so you can find parking but it get packed. read more
As I always say about Indian cuisine, I need more eating in this area. Today I came here for a lunch run. My daughter is a frequent visitor here. Food is very affordable and portions are generous here considering they're inside Pearlridge next to Aloha Salad. Lasoon is like Panda Express for Indian cuisine. This place is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. All of their dishes are in display with labels so you know exactly what you're getting. They have Samosa so I had to get one. It is like Indian, crispy Gau Gee with slight spicy kick to it. I love anything that's in a dumpling form. Also, their Samosa is big as your fist. Biggest dumpling I've encountered. I was pretty filled after that. We all have to include Indian cuisine to our diet because you know that they use variety of spices that are good for our body. read more
3.5 stars This is the first Indian food place to open in this area that I'm aware of and they're pretty good, They're located in Pearlridge Center and their prices are similar to a plate lunch in my opinion. It's more of a take out place than a sit down place however they do have some tables and chairs if you would like to dine in. I like that they have a takeout plate type of menu so you can choose a couple of dishes to try. They also have a lot of vegetable options and some spicy options for those who like it hot. First off.... The owner is so sweet. Me and my brother love Indian food and went there trusting the reviews on here. And it did not disappoint. As i was ordering i was stuck on which veggies i wanted, he let me choose 3 My entrees were the spicy fish and butter chicken and wow, it was SO ONO. If you love spicy the fish and the eggplant is so so yummy. His customer service was awesome, food was amazing, overall an awesome experience! read more

Service was especially great, was greeted with offered samples so you could make sure you like what you get. Personally, I enjoyed everything but the Butter Naan. It was lukewarm. Portions were great for the price. Definitely recommended if craving Indian food that's not in Town. read more

My son's been wanting to try Butter Chicken for the longest time so my husband and I did our research and agreed to try out Lasoon with him. It was hard not to indulge because the aromas alone were enticing! We ordered: Tandoori Chicken 2X Butter Chicken plate with chana masala, palak paneer, daal 4 Samosas Everything was delicious but our most favorite were the samosas. The spice level was perfect and if only the food was just as spicy, 5 stars for sure! read more
