My girlfriend ordered the Fiorentina - Egg White with Spinach, Mushroom & Garlic and I got the Piemontese - Spicy Ground Beef, Mushroom, Spinach & Gorgonzola Cheese. We both throughly enjoyed our meals! The ground beef was not spicy at all though. We were hoping we had left room for a sweet treat, but we were stuffed!! I was left waiting about 45 minutes with no update--no notice of a delay, no mention that there might not be a driver available, nothing. What made it worse was calling the restaurant for help. The response I received felt dismissive, and I was simply told the order was canceled. There was no effort to assist or provide any explanation. Yes, I received a refund, but that's not the point. Good customer service is about communication and respect for your customers' time. A quick update could have made a big difference. I hope the restaurant improves how they handle situations like this and works more closely with Grubhub to keep customers informed.
