    Large Pistachio rose coffee 1/7/25

Clean, nice ambience with background music, easy online ordering. Delicious new bakes right out of the oven. Plenty of seating inside and a couple of tables outside. Coffee was ready in less than 5 mins. Great to have Peet's at Stonestown.

Peet's Coffee domination of the San Francisco coffee scene continues to expand to every corner of the city! With its location in the Stonestown Galleria, Peet's Coffee has made it clear: they're ready to serve the masses. Taking over a small section that was once a Chevy's Mexican Restaurant, Peet's Coffee faces the open-air parking lot that in turn faces the main entrance to the Galleria that resides on 19th Avenue, the main thoroughfare that bisects the entire part of the city. The fact that the Peet's Coffee empire chose to open this location despite having nearby locations along Sloat Boulevard and West Portal Avenue proves how dedicated Peet's Coffee is in growing their brand throughout the city of San Francisco. What brought me here recently to this location was the fact that I was taking my automobile to a nearby mechanic for a service and needed a place to do some work, and of course knowing that Peet's Coffee had a strong WiFi signal for working and this location was nearby, made it a destination for me. Upon arrival, I was surprised how crowded it was inside, and I was actually surprised how crowded it was, as it was on a weekday afternoon and post lunch hour. People clearly love their Peet's Coffee in this city, and it's easy to see why. Their brews are bolder, richer, and pack a stronger punch than most. I also love that Peet's Coffee thinks outside of the box when thinking of their seasonal menu, as when I visited this location, they were in the midst of their summer menu promotion with a number of new creations that I have personally never seen before at a Peet's Coffee location. With this menu they had drinks such as Peet's on the Beach, which was their play on a Sex on the Beach cocktail with tea and pineapple juice; and their Sparkling Peach Matcha, which is your traditional iced matcha mixed with peach syrup and tea over ice. Since this was my first time being introduced to their summer menu, I asked our cashier if the two mules, the Hula or Baridi Mules, were top sellers, and they replied with their Baridi Mule, and so I ordered a medium size. The Baridi Mule, which Peet's Coffee markets as "a strong and uplifting drink inspired by a classic, of course being a Moscow Mule, which featured a healthy pour of their juicy Baridi Cold Brew over ice and then a layer of Owen's Ginger Beer mixed in with a touch of mint-lime flavor. Paying with my trusty Peet's Coffee app, my total bill was $6.15, which was rather pricey considering the drink was a 16 ounce drink, but I thought this new creation tasted unique enough, thanks to the zesty zing with every sip that it made me want to order it again. As I said it was a smaller Peet's Coffee location so all of the tables were filled, but I was lucky to get one of the few tables that were directly outside, as thankfully their WiFi remains strong, as long as you are directly in front of their coffee shop. Fair warning: there was zero visible effort to clean or bus tables at this location, which was disappointing, especially given how busy it was with customers from all walks of life. Still, the crowd speaks volumes. Peet's Coffee is clearly in demand here, and its presence at Stonestown Galleria is ultimately a welcome addition.

Got a cold brew with almond milk and hazelnut syrup! Out of the places I have tried a cold brew in sf, this was by far my favorite! Peet's Coffee reminds me of a better Starbucks. They are super friendly and are quick to give you your order! I am used to coffee shops having more flavor options than vanilla or hazelnut, but that was all I was told they had, could have been miscommunication.

Yesterday went into the Peets coffee shop in Stonestown to pick up my birthday drink. It was bustling with excitement as well as clean. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Wished me a Happy Birthday and I was able to order any drink I wanted. This was my first time at Peets. Thank you!

It's super clean inside and they even have a private bathroom. The cashier was super patient with taking my order, which I appreciated since I don't come to Peet's often. I ordered the matcha latte and it was delicious. It was subtly sweet, but super rich and creamy.

Have not been here since they remodeled the interior and the way customers enter the store. They now have high top tables in the middle area but depending on the time of the day there are customers waiting in a queue right next to you while you are eating or drinking your coffee. Gender restroom which I did not use today. Came here on a Sunday at 0930 when classes are getting out from City Sport. There were 3 people working and one of them was the cashier who also took care of the oven items. Overall no complaints other than I'm not a fan of the seating setup and prefer the Serramonte location which has the same setup but is much larger and one does not feel so claustrophobic.

The horchata cold brew oat latte is delicious! Note: there's a passcode to get into the restroom & they weren't the cleanest

I had the meanest cashier I have ever met at a Pete's coffee shop. We are never ever coming back again.

The staff here are really friendly and they told me they have ube and sesame flavors too. My friends and I came from Texas and were recommended to try this location at Stonestown. I actually tried it when I visited SF back in 2024, so I was excited to come back again after two years. Unfortunately, I feel like the quality has gone down a little. The matcha was really astringent and didn't taste that good this time, and the banana flavor tasted very artificial. The service was definitely the best part though. The guy working there was really nice, and the Asian girl with red hair was super friendly and helpful. She explained the different lattes to us and recommended the black sesame latte, which was actually really good very nutty and not too sweet. She also gave us FIVE ice cream samples, like yo my friends were still downstairs and I just asked if they could try some too, and she happily gave us a bunch to bring to them. Such nice service! Overall: ambience 3/5, food/drinks 2/5, but service 5/5. The staff really saved the experience for us.
