Medium matcha latte ($5.85) - made consistently well.

My new favorite place to stop by for matcha lattes, as the baristas are professionals and much more consistent than other coffee shops in the area. Service is friendly and quick, they remember how to pronounce my name correctly, and the restaurant is clean, with solid outdoor seating. I usually take my drink to go and pay with the app, which works smoothly. Will be back!

It took me a very long time to find this location. I've gone to us affair, and I wanted a hot chocolate before going home. Unfortunately, this place is hard to find. It was in Hopyard Village. However, there weren't signs pointing to it or anything, and I actually found it when I was on my way out of the parking lot. But that's not the problem. The problem is that I was ignored from the time I walked in there until I left. The woman was at the front was helping two people and that was fine. She was very chatty. I had no problem with that. Clearly I was searching to look for a snack and they didn't have any but I was going to get in line for my chocolate, and there were only two people in front of me and as you can see for my pictures, there was no one in the store other than the three of us. Not did she say hello or did she acknowledge my existence. She didn't say that she would be with me soon or to wait patiently or anything like that. And then a friend of the couple who were came in and walked up them and the cashier served him immediately and didn't say oh would you like something or ma'am or first or anything like that. So I left. I decided I did not want to work that hard for a hot chocolate And I don't know what they need to do because it was an empty place. They had plenty of employees and someone should've said something. I'm basing this not on being treated special, but on how I'm treated in every other Pete that I've ever walked into. It was jarring because this is the first time I wasn't even greeted upon walking in and when I waited, no one said anything. That was just rude and I just didn't want them making my food so I left but I didn't want you to see the emptiness of the place because it wasn't full so there wasn't really an excuse.

I like getting my coffee at this location. It's usually not busy and I get my order pretty quick. Hardly any wait time. There's some patio seating on either side with umbrellas for shade. Few tables inside as well. Nice quiet place to get some work done while sipping your cuppa coffee. Their sandwiches are pretty good for a quick bite. Love their Mighty Leaf teas. Strong and refreshing. Friendly staff. Few parking spots near the entrance and lots of parking around since it's located in a corner of a shopping center.

Real mugs! You have to ask.

I was looking for a tiny cafe/coffee shop with specific items for my temporary special diet and ChaiAum had it here. Lots of public parking spaces on the huge lot conveniently located. It's nothing fancy, but very casual, cozy, soothing with a good music soundtrack, and it had two good sized public restrooms available. Nepali Himalayan flavors/East Asian Indian owner Rani. We sparked each other with common topics and she was very inviting and polite as we chatted. I knew I had to try them out. Good service as needed. Toss your own trash. For this type low key casual tiny cafe/small business, it's actually legit and good quality here. Good menu options. I had the delicious avocado toast on sourdough. 5/5 outstanding. It turned out very fresh and perfect for my tastebuds. Simple and good in presentation. I ordered a hot cup 12oz. Organic Golden Tumeric Ginger Tea and ended up with a large teapot to enjoy. Perfect taste. Loved it. I purchased a bag of organic chamomile flower herbal tea leaves from the gift shelf with my order. Soothing. Inexpensive. All beverages/pastries/teas/coffees/boba drinks looked good and I'm sure they taste very good too. Overall experience was very good. Again, not fancy and not luxury here. Plenty of seats and tables indoors and outdoors. All positive. Himalayan food items are worth trying. Amazing. Looks like a place worth stopping when convenient in Pleasanton, CA. Nice. Thanks to Rani.

The decor is super cute and there is plenty of seating. The staff were kind and welcoming. The menu is a bit limited and their items are a bit pricey. Their drink menu is short and sweet, with basic espresso drinks and a matcha offered. I landed on a simple oat milk latte. The latte was ready before I finished paying, as the barista listened to my order as I gave it to the cashier. It was nothing special. I did appreciate that they used Califia farms barista oatmilk. I tried a medialuna pasty. It is a sweet , moist version of a crossaint. The inside was almost caramelized. I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did. This place is very aesthetically pleasing and a good place to sit and enjoy, without feeling rushed. If you don't mind the prices, it's a good option for a quick snack or caffeine boost!

Normally I'm used to seeing mango coconut. But this place had banana coconut and it was delicious. You could taste both banana and the coconut. The sago is cooked perfectly and same with the boba. The sweetness was perfect to my liking too! My only suggestion would be to use more ripe bananas since some banana pieces were clearly not ripe ones.
