Excellent, very knowledeable, Pedego shop owners. Jerry provided solid advice on changing tires on my trail rider and doing so not only improved the ride but increased range significantly. Five Stars +++++ Phil V. read more

Went by the store today to see what they had. There was lot of e-bikes to pick for but the gentleman there was helping another person came over to ask if I had any questions ask two questions and then he just left. Did not have price tag on all the bikes there there was still more questions to ask. read more

Recently, I purchased a used--like new--PEDEGO bike from a private party (with less than 50 miles on it.) My boyfriend is very caring and meticulous, and he adjusted the derailleur to fix the issue of the chain falling off whenever we shifted out of second gear--the only gear that was working. Still, because he wanted to make absolutely sure the bike was safe for me, we decided to take it to PEDEGO ELECTRIC BIKES UPLAND. That's where we met the owner, Jerry--an incredibly friendly and helpful guy. I mentioned to him that whenever I rode my bike, I felt like my legs couldn't fully extend on the downward cycle. It felt as if I was pedaling with my knees bent at 90 degrees. Without hesitation, Jerry grabbed one of his bikes, told me to get mine, and brought us out back for a quick riding lesson! So there I was, a grown woman, suddenly learning how to ride my bike from a complete stranger--and loving every second of it. By riding alongside me and explaining what to do, Jerry showed me how to mount the bike and how to properly extend my leg on each downward stroke. The difference was immediate. I felt so much more comfortable and confident. I honestly couldn't believe it: at my age, I was learning a totally new way to ride a bike. Jerry was patient, attentive, and made sure I really understood the right technique. This small lesson taught me more than just bike posture--it showed me how genuinely caring and patient he is. After the lesson, Jerry did a full inspection of my bike and made several adjustments. While he worked, he answered all of our questions. We also got to know him a bit, and he treated us like old friends. In fact, he even had a few of his buddies hanging out at the shop, just chatting and enjoying the day. The whole atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. His shop has an amazing inventory, and we ended up buying several accessories for my bike. I even returned the very next day to pick up a few more items! All in all, our experience at PedegoElectric Bikes was outstanding. Jerry gave us exceptional service, offered fair prices, and showed deep knowledge and genuine friendliness. He treated us like friends, not just customers. From now on, his shop will be our go-to place for all our biking needs. Kudos to you, Jerry! read more

Pedego Electric Bikes Upland - Picking up a special order for my customer - Bikes Near Me - Upland, California

Kudos to Jerry at Pedego Upland. I finally got to meet him as I rode the nearby Pacific Electric Trail and I wanted to see his shop. Unbeknownst my front brakes suddenly stopped working just as I was getting back on the trail and I was able to have him adjust it for me. He did a Quick Look over and tested and all good to get back on the trail. I had parked 8 miles away so it was great for him to do this and give me all kinds of good info about my Comfort Cruiser. Looking forward to taking my e-bike to him for my tuneups and what ever may be needed done. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! read more

Awesome bike shop that's located right off of the electric bike trail that runs from Claremont to Rialto. The owners name is Jerry and is an amazing family man / business owner. He offers competitive pricing and enforces a quality work with good morals. All three generations of his family work within the store with the grandpa at security, and Jerry as the main mechanic followed by his son as the cashier. They helped me with my electric bike and tuned it to perfection as well as polished and cleaned it. My bike works perfectly and it was all done at a fair price. Will definitely come back. read more

We bought a bike for my son for Christmas from Pedego Electric Bikes here in Upland, and have been blown away by how helpful and positive the folks here are, especially Jerry. He is extremely knowledgable about the products he sells, and stands behind them. His enthusiasm for cycling and for electric bikes is paired with an excellent ability to make connections and convey his knowledge. My son raves about the bike he got, and when I took an opportunity to rent a bike from the shop, I can say that the Pedego bikes are very intuitive to use. They work quite well from no pedal assist at all, up to allowing the electric motor to take over completely. I am definitely interested in getting my own bike, and whenever I do, this is definitely where I will go to get it. read more

We bought a used electric bike from someone (not this store) and it worked great for a while until the battery stopped charging after 6 months. We had no idea how to fix it so I started to call all the bike shops around. No one would even look at it if I didn't buy it from their shop or it wasn't a brand that they sold. Finally I called Pedego and they were willing to fix it even though it wasn't a brand they sold and we didn't buy it from them. And they fixed it for a very reasonable price. Well after about a week of riding it stopped charging again. Then in transporting it to the store the battery fell off (my fault not theirs). I took it back and they fixed it again. This time it was no charge because I guess the first time it wasn't done quite right since it stopped charging. It did take a couple of weeks to fix it both times but their guy was out sick so that's understandable. The whole staff was very nice and I'm so appreciative. They really do value their customers and if I ever can upgrade to a Pedego I will because service like this is hard to come by. Thank you! read more

Excellent service Jerry and his staff were amazing. I definitely recommend Pedego if you need E-Bike repairs!

I wanted to do something different for my husband's birthday this year and looked up "things to do in Upland." My husband has always been interested in mountain bike riding and used to ride a motorcycle so I thought this outdoor activity would be fun. We'll definitely be back to ride the opposite direction of the bike path we took today. read more

At the end of our visit, I felt lucky to have this shop nearby. My bike finally felt the way a bike ride should. I will be stopping by in the future just to say hello. Forever grateful. read more

With Covid, we decided to shop for E-bikes. We had searched Pedego Huntington Beach, Corona Del Mar, and the shops were low on inventory. We drove from Huntington Beach to Upland, and were very pleased on selection, and excellent customer service. Susie and her crew are very patient and allowed us to switch bikes during our order. They really teach you how to use the bikes, and were nice to deliver our 2 stretch bikes. We have continued to call Susie daily with questions, and she is always patient. Let me start with a thank you to Susie and Jerry at Pedego Electronic Bikes Upland. We started off the day knowing we wanted to get a Pedego bike, but did not know much about them. We spoke to Susie on the phone and she provided great information and invited us down to see what was in stock. Upon arrival we were greeted promptly with smiling faces. Susie showed us some of the bikes on the showroom and then introduced us to Jerry for a demo ride. Jerry took the time to explain the features and the benefits of the different models and let my wife ride as many and for as long as she needed. Once we decided on the bike for us, Jerry fitted it perfectly to my wife. He even personalized it with a basket she wanted before we left. Susie explain all of the benefits of purchasing Pedego and from Upland. It is obvious they are passionate about their business. We drove 30 minutes to get to the store, but I would drive hours to receive this type of service. read more

I purchased a very nice eBike from Pedago Upland nearly a year ago. I had an injury (not as a result of the bike!) and was unable to ride for six months. I then found my initial purchase bike to be too big for me to now handle. I went in and spoke with Susie. She was AMAZING! She suggested a couple different bikes, allowed me to "test drive" different models and sizes, (even allowing me to ride her personal bike!) before deciding on a bike which I know I will use more frequently and have a blast riding. She went over and beyond in locating that specific bike, changing over all my accessories, and making sure it was financially a great deal. I highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes in Upland. The entire staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to be around! read more
