The staff there was extremely courteous, and made my 6 year old daughter feel at home. They were so nice to here, and Oliver the dog is so sweet. They set my daughter up with a great package that's cute and cost effective. I came in a day later and love my set up. They also saved me from buying an overpriced set of goggles that fogs up! What really sticks out though, is when I came in to get my ski-boots refitted. I'm new to this all, but they took great care of me and now my boots fit like a comfortable glove. Ski Haus is awesome. They aren't pushy and won't try to talk you into buying gear you don't need, but they aren't the cheapest. You pay a bit extra here for service and expertise, but it can be with it unless you know exactly what you want. One thing that I found was nice was when I finally decided on the skis I wanted, they helped me get them set up with bindings and got me out the door in 15 minutes. I had called a few other shops out in the suburbs that said their turnaround time was a week to install bindings on new skis and they were farther away too. You can't beat these guys for convenience, expertise, and speed and a generally great shopping experience. On the downside, you need to book an appointment in advance. You can't just walk in. Somebody told me they plan to stay appointment only, even after COVID.

For myself I'm looking to cross country ski for maybe a couple of hours at most and I don't go that fast so Weston Ski Track is perfect for me. They offer a range of lessons for both kids and adults and for classic touring and skating styles. I took a classic touring class recently and had a fun time. The day passes are only $13 and you can purchase them ahead online. They also offer rentals. Plenty of parking, very friendly staff, and helpful signs on where to pick up passes and rentals.

The demo program let me try all types of rackets and then the demo program's fee was applied to the purchase price of the new racket! The employee advised that the bat was valued over $200 and that $165 was a steal. When we got home, we checked the bat online on the Rawlings website- the same brand new bat was $119. We called the location to let them know of the difference and they advised that there is nothing they can do unless we return the bat entirely since play it again is able to price their own merchandise.

In addition to adjusting my cleats and bike…read moreso everything fits correctly and I'm using the right muscles, he explained a lot about the relevant biomechanics, which was both interesting and helped me know what to keep an eye out for in the future. The bike fit also included in-depth pedaling instruction and Ed picked up some bad habits I had and helped me learn what it feels like to have my center of mass in the right place. I came in experiencing shoulder pain during long rides and after the fit session that's almost completely gone away from the combination of adjustments and instruction. Definitely recommend getting a bike fit with Ed for cyclists of any level.
