I usually come here to work with some of the staff members and Doctors and I usually don't take the time to look at their glasses because I'm working but Siobhaen out of the blue showed me some frames they just got in and that led to me trying on more and more. She took the time to show me so many items and she was also able to help other customers too which was impressive cuz she took a lot of time with me. Anyway, because she listened to what I liked, I ended up buying a pair of glasses that she recommended. Siobhaen educated me on many new things I can add to my lenses, and I was surprised on all that's out there for lenses. It took a little over a week for me to get my glasses and I'm glad she gave me a true expectation of when they would come in instead of overpromising. Even though I go in there to work with the office I am now a customer too! Love my glasses and the service! read more

My exam was ok. The dr. failed to dilate my eyes. She also informed me that she couldn't perform a comprehensive health assessment of my eye unless I paid for additional $80 for a picture to be taken of my eye. I thought this was bull sh*t bc I've been going to the UC Berkeley optometry school for years and no one's ever done this. She also didn't do several tests that optometrists usually do to check for eye health. I definitely won't be returning. read more

Cathy helped check me in and was so kind and patient. She did a great job explaining my coverage and all the different lens options so I felt confident in my choice and the cost. I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service here, and frankly, there "we don't give a damn" attitude. I ordered prescription lenses to be placed in my sunglasses last August, and when they returned, not only was the order wrong, but the original lenses were missing and the lab could not find them. Hmm. How convenient. Instead of reimbursing me for my lost property, they waited 2 months before ordering replacement lenses, which to this day are still on back order, with no apparent delivery or shipping date. Kathy even went as far as saying the order could be cancelled at any time. It's been 5 months. And my lost property is still not replaced. Who does this? What business acts like this? So much for customer service. Not to mention Eliot wouldn't even call me back to formally apologize and help to correct the situation. Nobody should be expected to wait this long. A reimbursement is what should have happened. The fact that you are hard up for $100 and would rather lose a customer is outrageous. I'm appalled. Disgusted. Beyond angry at this point. Their total lack of empathy is unreal. A sham of a business. My whole family will not be returning after being loyal for so many years. read more

I go here yearly for my eye exam and prescription needs. Staff is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean as well. I am grateful to have an eye doctor I can trust to take care of my prescription needs. Only thing I would like to see is a more diverse selection of frames to choose from. I am moving to TX but will continue to fly out yearly to CA to get my exam and prescription needs filled by them because they are that worth it. I absolutely recommend this place. read more

I have always had a really great experience at Pearle Vision. That staff is really helpful and always so friendly. Stacy is especially great with making sure I have everything I need! On my last visit I met with Dr. Wagner. I can't say enough great things about him. He did such a great job educating me on what changes have been happening with my eyes and helped me to get just the right prescription. It was such an insightful visit and I felt like he was really willing to take the time to answer any of my questions. Recently, after meeting with Dr. Wagner I switched over to some new contacts that have been life changing! They are called Pearle 1 Days and are so great. I can't feel them when they're in which is everything I've wanted from contacts! They last perfectly all day and I can even swim with them and have no problems with them moving around. These contacts truly are the best and if you haven't given them a try yet I highly recommend doing so. Thanks Pearle Vision for all your help. I'm glad I can rely on you guys. My wife and I both got new frames and lenses at Pearle Vision in Westminster. They have a great selection of frames and a very knowledgable and friendly staff. They are also very patient. My wife couldn't decide if she wanted new glasses or try contact lenses. They were very open to letting her try the different contact lens brands before she decided to stick with glasses. The optometrist there is very good. We both had a very thorough exam. All in all, it was a very good experience. read more

With so many options out there to get an eye exam, it is hard to find a place that is trustworthy, friendly, and well priced. this place really set itself apart from the others by covering all three of these important criteria that myself, and I'm sure many others, look for in a doctors office. The staff are so helpful, and welcoming, from scheduling the appointment on the phone, to the moment i left. They make you feel special, and that it is very important to them that your needs are taken care of. As far as pricing, they are extremely competitive. All frames are MSRP, and the lenses are all premium quality, something I quickly learned is not the case at Costco and Warby Parker. Yes you can expect to pay more, but the old saying you get what you pay for really does apply here. It's so nice to know this place is right around the corner, and can stop in any time for an adjustment or repair. Alyssa is simply the BEST. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. My bf called in to order contacts and she was just so happy to help, answer questions, go over pricing etc. You can tell she truly is someone who loves her job and genuinely wants to help patients. Since Pearle Vision is currently having promotional offers on a lot of their contacts, my bf ended up getting an annual supply for close to half off retail price (insurance refund included). Sam ended up helping me order contacts through them as well to benefit from the savings! In addition to the discounts and service which was already 5 stars at this point, a week later I had an issue with my eye and was really hoping they could help me. Not only did Alyssa help, but she went above and beyond and was just so very understanding and compassionate. After 10+ years of hating going to the optometrist.. I am so happy to have finally found a place that has changed my mind.
