SERIOUS WARNING - UNACCEPTABLE EYE CLINIC EXPERIENCE I have never written a review like this before, but parents need to be aware. A year ago, I took my 12-year-old child to this clinic for an eye exam. After the exam, the doctor insisted that my child needed glasses to support their learning. Trusting their professional judgment, I agreed and had the glasses made there. After one year: My child's vision got noticeably worse Every time they wore the glasses, they felt dizzy and extremely uncomfortable I recently took my child to another clinic, and what I was told was shocking: My child does NOT have farsightedness (hyperopia) They only have nearsightedness (myopia) and astigmatism Yet this clinic prescribed farsighted lenses -- completely wrong, like for an older adult This is NOT a minor mistake -- this is a serious misdiagnosis that affected a child's vision for an entire year. What's even worse is how they handled it: When I called to address the issue: The doctor were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional They refused to take responsibility And had the audacity to demand $150 for a re-exam So they make a mistake, and I have to PAY to fix it? I'm so happy I found Dr. Leinah as my eye doctor! She's not only super knowledgeable but also so kind and patient. It was my first visit. Stepping in I was very impressed with the squeaky clean and spacious office. All the medical equipments are very modern and new. Most of all, Dr. Leinah Nguyen is an expert in what she does. She was very thoughtful of informing me of what she was about to do. She even took pictures of my retinas and showed me the nerves, blood vessels and macula. It was super cool and reassuring.
