I simply did not feel welcomed, and the entire visit felt rushed from beginning to end. I was charged two separate fees during my initial visit because I had an exam for both contacts and glasses, even though I believed these services were covered by my insurance. When I later called to make a simple adjustment/addition to my prescription, I was told I needed to come back for another eye exam--and another fee--even though I had been seen less than four months ago. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with over the phone quoted me the wrong cost for the exam, which added even more frustration and confusion to an already disappointing experience. I've already called to express my concerns and file a complaint, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. Now I'm being charged again for an eye exam within four months of my previous appointment. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service, communication, pricing information, and way this entire situation has been handled. I expected much better from an eye care provider and will not be returning.

I have spent a hefty amount on office visits, contact fittings, 2 rounds of eye dilations and the lens and frame. It's been a non-stop process for about a month now. I went in on Thursday for an eye dilation to help my eyes "adjust to the prescription" and I have worn either the glasses or contacts religiously. I am still not adjusting. I am not driving since I don't feel comfortable. I just called and they can't see me until the 22nd (dr is going on vacation) and said they will check but I might have to pay another visit fee. Is this all normal or do they just suck? The contacts are a little better distance wise but it just doesn't feel "clear". Vision is worse than before and my bank account is down $700.

I don't recall her name, but she was very thorough and personable--asking the right questions before Dr. Patel met with me. Dr. Patel conducted full vision tests, reviewed my exams and asked what I was looking for from my glasses (seeing far/close, my line of work, hobbies that might require vision needs, etc.). During my frames and lense selection, Kendall was excellent. She had me select frames that I liked, then offered similar looking alternatives that actually ended up being the frames I selected. She then went thru the lenses options and offered input to ensure I was making the best decisions for my needs. I can't thank her enough! Overall, this is exactly how the process should work. My appointment took less than an hour, I was involved in the feedback and selection process from start to finish, and the staff were both friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

I received a letter stating that I owe an amount, when I call the clinic they told me to call my insurance. My insurance tells me they already paid one claim but have not received the 2nd one. When I called the eye clinic they were unaware of this told me they will get back to me but received no call. Almost a month have past and I still have no answer, I still have to wait fir the third party to figure out if I owe something from one year ago.

I don't need same day, same week appointments but need an office that can accommodate an appointment within the next month. My contact lenses fitting last year was to the point of comical. We had to go through several different brands and strengths to find one that worked. After each trial, I would have to wait 1-2 weeks for the doctor to be available to respond to a message and prescribe a different option. This lead to my fitting lasting nearly two months, which I find to be unacceptable.

They took me back to the exam room and did some preliminary testing, that girl was super nice, but sat in the room until 2:53 waiting for the optometrist, so I left. They send you a text warning about not being late to your appointment, I get it. But do NOT let a client sit in a room waiting for 50ish minutes or even 30 minutes.
