She is also very time efficient without rushing the eye exam process at all, which has typically been the case for me with other doctors that want to get you in and out. I received a letter stating that I owe an amount, when I call the clinic they told me to call my insurance. My insurance tells me they already paid one claim but have not received the 2nd one. After each trial, I would have to wait 1-2 weeks for the doctor to be available to respond to a message and prescribe a different option. This lead to my fitting lasting nearly two months, which I find to be unacceptable.
