Rescheduled for this week, they then canceled that appointment due to ice on the roads, ok fine. BTW, the roads in our area were fine, I ran several other errands that day and experienced zero ice / snow on the roads. Made it to the new 2:00 appointment time 5 minutes early, receptionist was snippy. They took me back to the exam room and did some preliminary testing, that girl was super nice, but sat in the room until 2:53 waiting for the optometrist, so I left. They send you a text warning about not being late to your appointment, I get it. But do NOT let a client sit in a room waiting for 50ish minutes or even 30 minutes.

I have spent a hefty amount on office visits, contact fittings, 2 rounds of eye dilations and the lens and frame. It's been a non-stop process for about a month now. I went in on Thursday for an eye dilation to help my eyes "adjust to the prescription" and I have worn either the glasses or contacts religiously. I am still not adjusting. I am not driving since I don't feel comfortable. I just called and they can't see me until the 22nd (dr is going on vacation) and said they will check but I might have to pay another visit fee. Is this all normal or do they just suck? The contacts are a little better distance wise but it just doesn't feel "clear". Vision is worse than before and my bank account is down $700.

I expected a clinic to stand behind the accuracy of its exam, especially within such a short time frame. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. The whole situation came across as more about collecting fees than providing patient care. I regret going here and I would not return. There are many optometrists in the Fort Worth / Keller / Timberland / Heritage area who are far more compassionate and supportive. If you value customer care and accuracy, I recommend looking elsewhere before choosing Vista Eye.

I received a letter stating that I owe an amount, when I call the clinic they told me to call my insurance. My insurance tells me they already paid one claim but have not received the 2nd one. Almost a month have past and I still have no answer, I still have to wait fir the third party to figure out if I owe something from one year ago.

I don't need same day, same week appointments but need an office that can accommodate an appointment within the next month. My contact lenses fitting last year was to the point of comical. We had to go through several different brands and strengths to find one that worked. After each trial, I would have to wait 1-2 weeks for the doctor to be available to respond to a message and prescribe a different option. This lead to my fitting lasting nearly two months, which I find to be unacceptable.

I really enjoyed their snack corner where they have a keurig so you can make yourself a cup of coffee and they had snacks and even fresh cookies at times too. It was a nice added touch. The doctor is very quick and you mainly deal with the nurses and office staff. For follow up they're pretty straight to the point and make sure you are healing well. From start to finish we had the consult, the surgery, the day after surgery check up, the other eye surgery, the other eye day after check up, and a week after that the last post surgery check up. I really liked the office and my mom has has no issues. There are a lot of negative reviews and I think if they went over the documents in more detail about the hazards of eye surgery they would have less bad reviews... but for us, knowing what this was going to entail?
