Ill try and keep this brief because I feel as if I've already wasted enough time with this business. I had an appointment July 2nd which was completed on that same date. On that date I paid for my exam for lenses which included a pair of designer frames and contacts as well. Three weeks pass and I hear nothing so I call to check in. The person who is spoke to did not provide an update on when I could expect to come and pick up the glasses but advised me to call back in two weeks. I wait 3 weeks and reach back out to them August 25th or 26th regarding the matter. On this date the representative placed me on a hold advised that she needed to speak with her manager and someone would call me back. I give them a business day and do not hear anything so I call back on Friday 8/28/26. Then the rep tells me the frames arrived. So then they send out to me the automated texts that my eye wear is ready for pick up. I take time out of my work day to go to clarckson eye care on 8/31/26. I'm greeted by the two reps at the front desk which who at least one of the young ladies I corresponded with on the phone. I neglected to mention she was very rude. She asked to place me on hold and before I could say anything I heard the hold music. Her customer service skills were awful. So awful in fact normally I let things like this slide and move forward but I feel the only way to be heard is to take more time to leave this review of the atrocious service. Now when I arrived on 8/31/26 the young lady sitting to the right asked me to take a seat. Where I waited. She then comes out and asks me did I order lenses only? Who orders lenses only. Secondly no the receipt which I had which no one cared to look at shows at the bottom I ordered frames as well. She goes back into the back office. Mind you when all this is happening the girl is continually laughing at what seems to be my visible frustration with the situation. She showed no empathy only amused that I was dissatisfied. She herself or someone from the back room comes back and pulls frames from the wall. These were the frames that I did order. I think asked the woman if these frames were from the wall and she goes she thinks so she will get her co worker. Another woman comes from the back and tells me they did not have my frames so they are giving me the display frames from the wall. I hesitantly tried them on and they did appear to fit so instead of causing a stir I took the frames home with me. But here are my issues. How come I ordered those frames 7/2/26 but I was not notified by anyone until 8/31/26 when I went to pick up my eyewear the frames I ordered were not carried. That was the whole point of spending the time on 7/2/26 picked out the frames I wanted so they could be ordered from wherever they were stored. If I would have been told the frames were not being carried anymore at the time of sale I would have chose different frames or at least known what is was getting. On that note if the frames were already there on the wall? When did the lenses arrive and how come you couldn't have the decency to have them installed upon my arrival? They removed the option for me to choose if I wanted display frames before running the transaction billing my insurance. That in my opinion is not right. This whole process could have been remedied with simple communications like cause for the delay in handling .I know from experience and per the clarckson themselves most frames do not take this long. All they had to do is call and explain the delay and set some expectations which is not unreasonable for a repeat or any paying customer. In addition I was never contacted by a manger never advised of the delay never advised of when the lenses came in. They left me in the dark about everything. I will never come back to this place, it's a perfect example of once they get your money that's all they care about once that's complete you become an after thought. If I could rate them lower I would. Buyer beware make sure to asked them details prior to your purchase read more

I am so upset, they didn't tell me that they changed insurance and after I paid $147 for my initial exam, they charged me an additional $225 after my visit. I will never go back here and i don't recommend you do either. I did call and talk to the billing department and they said they would take care of it, so they sent it to a collections company to get their money. Totally uncool! read more

I have insurance I'm only required to pay $10 for eye exam but they keep building me for $114 on top of what insurance already paid, and I trenched out to upper management @eyecare-partners and they apologized and were supposed to fix the issue but I just got a call from collections requesting a payment of more then $150 Never going back. My insurance said not to pay and I'm going to listen to them since they already got my $10 co pay and what they billed insurance see picture. They are trying to scam me and I refuse to pay. This is going back almost 1 year. read more

Clarkson Eyecare Keller - Email correspondence - Optometrists Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I drove 1hr to this place, it was recommend by a colleague because this office has a test showing us what the inside of our eyeball looks like so I didn't mind the drive. The young lady did some test for my eyes and after we were done, she put the results on the big screen for me to see. Keep in mind that I usually go to a place who do not take a full picture of the inside of my eye. I was so mesmerized at the picture with all the red, green yellow colors trying to figure out what this all meant. The doctor came in and explained what we are seeing on the picture until he said there are some deterioration on the side of my eye and I freaked out! I was thinking that can't be right, and that's when I finally looked at the name and info for the results and it was someone else's result!! I let the doctor know and he immediately apologized. He quickly change the image to my actual eye results, but then the young lady opened the door and signaled something to the doctor. The doctor stopped the session right there after she opened the door and then left. Maybe that was the queue for the doctor to finish my session but she didn't know she messed up! I was because Dr spent about 10mins to explained the results of someone's else eyes and gave me about 2-3 mins for my own results. I still had questions! It wasn't the doctor's fault since it was the lady who put the wrong image up, but I hope the doctor talked to her about it. Could be a violation of HIPAA because I took a picture of the image thinking it was my eye. The image has the name and personal preference info of the person. I was already over it and disappointed I drove all this way for this. I will not be returning. read more

Go somewhere else. I was a patient when they initially opened, and they were wonderful. I moved and came back a few years later, and everything has changed for the worse. I've been waiting six months for trial contacts. I get called that they're available and after waiting thirty minutes, I'm told they aren't. The service is terrible. With as many optometrists as there are in the area, choose somewhere else. I KNOW I will. read more

I have been bringing my daughter here since this location was called insight. I decided to stop after the last visit though. Arrived prior to my appointment time, not the 15 minutes prior that they requested. Thank god. Because an hour after we still had not been seen by the optometrist. This is not acceptable. I get 10-15 minutes but an hour. Not to mention the nickel and dime game they tried to pay. Stating the contact fitting was not covered (not accurate according to my benefits page) and an extra charge. read more

1. I never told them to charge the insurance for my contact lenses since I have already used the benefits toward my glasses. I was under the assumption that I paid full price for them. A few months later I am being charged what the insurance did not pay. 2. When doing my wife evaluation the technician that measured the previous lenses made an error that ended up with the doctor doing a wrong prescription. My wife had to go back to have the situation fixed. It took almost 2 months to have a gods prescription for her 3. On the same visit (April) my wife tried on contact lenses. They did not work. She went back (June) and they said that they would order another brand for her to try. It is now December and no trials yet. 4. When asking for a supervisor or manager to discuss my issues they said that there where no one available to speak to me. 5. When talking to Courtney Ramsey she informed me that the doctor was going to put in the order of the trials lenses as soon as he would finish with a patient and it was going to be the same that where ordered in April. I told her that those were the ones that did not worked. read more

Friendly as heck but pricey as heck! Got glasses elsewhere for half the price and just as nice. If you want to pay $$$ go here

I visited the office on the Feb 21st, nice staff and specially Dr. Robert Li. I didn't bring my flex spending card with me and paid for the cost out of pocket and asked for the receipt and the Optos photo They said they would email to me by end of day today! I needed the receipt so I could file a claim and be reimbursed. Today March 1st, 10 days later, finally got my receipt and Optos photo after repeated attempts and my wife intervention :) I realize staff can get busy, cold weather closure and Covid and all.... but come on 10 days. read more

Needed a new eye dr in town and saw Dr Robert. He was so nice and really listened to me. There was a concern on my exam and he didn't hesitate to be honest that he wanted to refer me to a specialist. Highly recommend Dr. Robert and his staff! read more

I wanted to follow up my review with a review on the back have of the process and overall thoughts on my eyeglasses experience here. 1st I was able to pick up my glasses today and it was inside the 7 to 10 days that I was told and they are amazing! I can see so I am very pleased. The glasses make a huge difference for me as far as overall distance and reading. I didn't realize how much I needed them until I had them and I love them. They were so nice to me! Gave me a nice hard case and 2 Oakley bags to hold my glasses as well as cleaning products. They made sure I understood my warranty and I feel good about my new glasses. Thank you insight and I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs glasses, contacts and or an eye exam. read more

I am greatly disappointed in my experience with Insight Eye Associates. They were not fully honest with me upfront, and they showed no integrity to honor the quote they gave me on my contact lenses. I chose to come to Insight because they were on the website as a provider of a very specific type of contact lens that I wear. The past two optometrists I've been to also were, but had no idea how to work with these lenses,so I specifically asked if they are familiar and regularly work with that type of contact lens, and they said yes they do. At the first appointment I received the written quotes for the lenses and new glasses lenses, hand written by the office's staff on their customized quotes forms. A couple weeks later, when they gave me the trial lenses they requested payment. I told them I wanted a 1 year supply and gave my card. They ran it and then said they only charged for a 6mo supply, also neglecting to add my insurance benefit, but then stated that the price was significantly higher than was I was originally quoted at the first appointment. They said they'd look into it and call me back later. When they called, they said that they had given me the numbers from the last time they purchased those lenses, 5 years ago. (This shows me they were dishonest about regularly working with these lenses.) They said they know they quoted me the wrong price, but because it wouldn't provide any profit to them at that price, they refused to honor the written prices given by their staff. They said my options were to pay the new amount or bring back the trials and they would do a reversal of the insurance claim for my exam. So, instead of making no-profit on contact lenses after their mistake, they wasted both of our time and had to refund all my money. read more

I purchased a pair of prescription eye glasses from this business in September 2015. In October, the frame came loose. I took them to get repaired; and I was quickly greeted and upon the return of the employee, she infatically informed me that I did not purchase them from there. She informed me that my last visit according to her records was in 2014. I explained that I was just at this location last month and she continued to ensure me this was not the case. I immediately asked for the manager. The manager approached and called me someone else's name. EXCUSE ME??? The young lady did not even request my name to search her Funny how do you know I haven't been here since 2014 and you didn't even ask me my when I walked in. So I present my insurance card with my name and the apologies flow. First to be called a liar without even knowing who I am is just wrong. Long story short. Effective customer service starts with may I ask you your name. ... read more

Insight is a great office. I've been going to optometrists since I was about 10 for glasses and contacts, and this was the fastest office I've ever encountered! Dr Lee took the time to explain to me exactly what was happening to my vision, the shape of my eyes, and what the photos meant in laymen's terms but with enough depth to understand. Very cool. They had me in and out in about 30 minutes as a new patient, even with filling out forms and setting up my insurance. The woman who helped me up front, her name escapes me but she has strawberry blonde hair, was so nice and patient when I was struggling with my insurance card, and she worked FAST, I almost wanted to tell her I wasn't in a hurry so she didn't feel rushed. They don't have a huge selection of frames, but I'm also very picky about my frames so take that for what it is. A++, I'll definitely be coming back again. I'm glad I found a great office so close to my home. read more

Love this place! Easy in and out. I was there less than an hour and got a complete eye exam and picked out new frames and lenses. Very friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Pierce is the best! I spent $600 for lenses only - I already had good frames. The correction on the new lenses is not much different than the previous prescription. They totally messed up my frames, which fit perfectly before. I've been back 4 times for adjustments and they haven't gotten it right yet. Terrible experience. I went to this office based on referral - but no recommendations here. read more

Dr Pierce is awesome & his staff is great! Their office is beautiful & spacious..loved it!

Very nice office. Everyone was super friendly. Dr. Pierce was thorough and prompt. I didn't even a minute wait to see him. Shows they value your time! The prices of the frames were a little higher than some places but I'd pay more just to have the courtesy of the staff. They we so helpful in helping me pick them out and what was right for my face. I liked the office. It was a very nice office. Dr. Lee was very nice and the staff were friendly. The only thing I wasn't too happy with were the prices of the frames or the lens. For the cost of one set of lenses alone it would have been between $150-$300 and that wasn't including the frames plus I still needed to purchase a whole different set for my other daughter and the lenses were the exact same price. I would have spent a total of about $800 WITH insurance for 2 pairs of glasses. Not everyone can afford prices like this. read more

I had an appointment to have my prescription looked at. A few days before I began having some eye problems in my right eye. I have had a history of a viral infection in my eye so I pretty much knew what was going on. Without an appointment for that, I told the girl at the desk I needed to see the doctor. He saw me quickly and spent a lot of time with me looking at my eye and getting me the attention I needed. He set up a follow-up appointment for me in a week so I'm hopeful my eye will improve and I will regain the vision I had soon. I appreciate the attention I received on short notice. read more

First time having vision insurance through an employer. Insight is a preferred vendor for the insurance company. I had a vision issue that could have been a potential emergency. Just to be sure it was not the beginning of a detached retina, I wanted to see a specialist right away. Dr. Pierce was thorough, personable, and professional and explained in great detail all he observed with my vision/eyes. The entire staff was welcoming, pleasant and very professional.
