I am so upset, they didn't tell me that they changed insurance and after I paid $147 for my initial exam, they charged me an additional $225 after my visit. I will never go back here and i don't recommend you do either. I have insurance I'm only required to pay $10 for eye exam but they keep building me for $114 on top of what insurance already paid, and I trenched out to upper management @eyecare-partners and they apologized and were supposed to fix the issue but I just got a call from collections requesting a payment of more then $150 Never going back. My insurance said not to pay and I'm going to listen to them since they already got my $10 co pay and what they billed insurance see picture. They are trying to scam me and I refuse to pay. I drove 1hr to this place, it was recommend by a colleague because this office has a test showing us what the inside of our eyeball looks like so I didn't mind the drive. The young lady did some test for my eyes and after we were done, she put the results on the big screen for me to see. Keep in mind that I usually go to a place who do not take a full picture of the inside of my eye. I was so mesmerized at the picture with all the red, green yellow colors trying to figure out what this all meant. The doctor came in and explained what we are seeing on the picture until he said there are some deterioration on the side of my eye and I freaked out! I was thinking that can't be right, and that's when I finally looked at the name and info for the results and it was someone else's result!! I let the doctor know and he immediately apologized. He quickly change the image to my actual eye results, but then the young lady opened the door and signaled something to the doctor. The doctor stopped the session right there after she opened the door and then left. Maybe that was the queue for the doctor to finish my session but she didn't know she messed up! I was because Dr spent about 10mins to explained the results of someone's else eyes and gave me about 2-3 mins for my own results. I still had questions! It wasn't the doctor's fault since it was the lady who put the wrong image up, but I hope the doctor talked to her about it. Could be a violation of HIPAA because I took a picture of the image thinking it was my eye. The image has the name and personal preference info of the person. I was already over it and disappointed I drove all this way for this. I will not be returning. read more

I have been bringing my daughter here since this location was called insight. I decided to stop after the last visit though. Arrived prior to my appointment time, not the 15 minutes prior that they requested. Thank god. Because an hour after we still had not been seen by the optometrist. This is not acceptable. I get 10-15 minutes but an hour. Not to mention the nickel and dime game they tried to pay. 1. I never told them to charge the insurance for my contact lenses since I have already used the benefits toward my glasses. I was under the assumption that I paid full price for them. A few months later I am being charged what the insurance did not pay. 2. When doing my wife evaluation the technician that measured the previous lenses made an error that ended up with the doctor doing a wrong prescription. My wife had to go back to have the situation fixed. It took almost 2 months to have a gods prescription for her 3. On the same visit (April) my wife tried on contact lenses. They did not work. She went back (June) and they said that they would order another brand for her to try. It is now December and no trials yet. 4. When asking for a supervisor or manager to discuss my issues they said that there where no one available to speak to me. 5. When talking to Courtney Ramsey she informed me that the doctor was going to put in the order of the trials lenses as soon as he would finish with a patient and it was going to be the same that where ordered in April. I told her that those were the ones that did not worked. read more

I visited the office on the Feb 21st, nice staff and specially Dr. Robert Li. I didn't bring my flex spending card with me and paid for the cost out of pocket and asked for the receipt and the Optos photo They said they would email to me by end of day today! I needed the receipt so I could file a claim and be reimbursed. Today March 1st, 10 days later, finally got my receipt and Optos photo after repeated attempts and my wife intervention :) I realize staff can get busy, cold weather closure and Covid and all.... but come on 10 days. read more

I am greatly disappointed in my experience with Insight Eye Associates. They were not fully honest with me upfront, and they showed no integrity to honor the quote they gave me on my contact lenses. I chose to come to Insight because they were on the website as a provider of a very specific type of contact lens that I wear. The past two optometrists I've been to also were, but had no idea how to work with these lenses,so I specifically asked if they are familiar and regularly work with that type of contact lens, and they said yes they do. At the first appointment I received the written quotes for the lenses and new glasses lenses, hand written by the office's staff on their customized quotes forms. A couple weeks later, when they gave me the trial lenses they requested payment. I told them I wanted a 1 year supply and gave my card. They ran it and then said they only charged for a 6mo supply, also neglecting to add my insurance benefit, but then stated that the price was significantly higher than was I was originally quoted at the first appointment. They said they'd look into it and call me back later. When they called, they said that they had given me the numbers from the last time they purchased those lenses, 5 years ago. (This shows me they were dishonest about regularly working with these lenses.) They said they know they quoted me the wrong price, but because it wouldn't provide any profit to them at that price, they refused to honor the written prices given by their staff. They said my options were to pay the new amount or bring back the trials and they would do a reversal of the insurance claim for my exam. So, instead of making no-profit on contact lenses after their mistake, they wasted both of our time and had to refund all my money. read more

I purchased a pair of prescription eye glasses from this business in September 2015. In October, the frame came loose. I took them to get repaired; and I was quickly greeted and upon the return of the employee, she infatically informed me that I did not purchase them from there. She informed me that my last visit according to her records was in 2014. I explained that I was just at this location last month and she continued to ensure me this was not the case. I immediately asked for the manager. The manager approached and called me someone else's name. EXCUSE ME??? The young lady did not even request my name to search her Funny how do you know I haven't been here since 2014 and you didn't even ask me my when I walked in. Insight is a great office. I've been going to optometrists since I was about 10 for glasses and contacts, and this was the fastest office I've ever encountered! Dr Lee took the time to explain to me exactly what was happening to my vision, the shape of my eyes, and what the photos meant in laymen's terms but with enough depth to understand. Very cool. They had me in and out in about 30 minutes as a new patient, even with filling out forms and setting up my insurance. The woman who helped me up front, her name escapes me but she has strawberry blonde hair, was so nice and patient when I was struggling with my insurance card, and she worked FAST, I almost wanted to tell her I wasn't in a hurry so she didn't feel rushed. They don't have a huge selection of frames, but I'm also very picky about my frames so take that for what it is. A++, I'll definitely be coming back again. I spent $600 for lenses only - I already had good frames. The correction on the new lenses is not much different than the previous prescription. They totally messed up my frames, which fit perfectly before. I've been back 4 times for adjustments and they haven't gotten it right yet. Terrible experience. I liked the office. It was a very nice office. Dr. Lee was very nice and the staff were friendly. The only thing I wasn't too happy with were the prices of the frames or the lens. For the cost of one set of lenses alone it would have been between $150-$300 and that wasn't including the frames plus I still needed to purchase a whole different set for my other daughter and the lenses were the exact same price. I would have spent a total of about $800 WITH insurance for 2 pairs of glasses. Not everyone can afford prices like this. read more

I had an appointment to have my prescription looked at. A few days before I began having some eye problems in my right eye. I have had a history of a viral infection in my eye so I pretty much knew what was going on. Without an appointment for that, I told the girl at the desk I needed to see the doctor. He saw me quickly and spent a lot of time with me looking at my eye and getting me the attention I needed. He set up a follow-up appointment for me in a week so I'm hopeful my eye will improve and I will regain the vision I had soon. I appreciate the attention I received on short notice. read more

Soo happy I decided to try this place out! I just moved here and was due for an updated prescription so I was searching for an Optometrist in the area. When I called I told them I no longer have vision insurance, they took the time to find out my medical benefits for an eye exam and even called me before my appointment to let me know what the total cost would be beforehand, which actually was a great price for not having vision insurance for a standard eye exam and a contact lens exam and fitting. I had another appointment before my appointment here which ended early but since I was already close by I figured I'd might as well head in. I told the staff I knew I was early and didn't mind waiting but they said that even though Dr. Lee was busy, Dr. Pierce was available. Even though I was well versed with contacts and my prescription Dr. Pierce took the time to make sure everything was okay and explain everything to me and was extremely helpful and patient. He even said I could sample as many lenses as I wanted. I received a copy of my prescription at the end and the staff went over with me my options for contacts and glasses. One of the biggest things that I appreciated was that they did not pressure me to make a decision right away and try to sell me on something. They gave me all the information I needed and told me to call if/when I wanted to place an order. They offer special deals if you combine purchases and their prices are extremely reasonable and dare I say even better to what you could find online for glasses/contacts. They also sent me an email of a detailed receipt of my visit, a second copy of my prescription, and exam findings. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend. read more
