Does great fast work, oven if you have a super high prescription and want thinner lenses they can take care of you.

wonderful place to get your glasses repaired or replaced!! thank you for fixing my glasses in 45 minutes!!

The speed of this place is worth every single penny. Andy is very helpful and helped me choose my perfect glasses right away. Whole thing took an hour from the time I got there. 100% recommend this place over any chain eyeglasses store. read more

Our daughter was in a tough spot this week! She's at college, complaining that her eye sight was changing, and that her glasses were giving her migraines. We were lucky enough to get her an eye appointment with our optometrist BUT they couldn't get her glasses back to her any sooner than 3 to 4 weeks. This was an impossible situation for her. I Googled and called everywhere, trying to figure out how I could get these glasses sooner. This is when I found Same Day Glasses. They were patient, listening to my story, gave me advice, and described how they could get these glasses done in one day (depending on the prescription). We dropped off her frames. Got the exam and text the new prescription. They glasses were ready that evening. Wow! They don't take insurance but the prices are very very reasonable when considering the turn around time. We were so impressed with the quality of lenses!! They also touched up her glasses, so kind. We were happy to have the service, I highly recommend going here, whether your in a rush or not. read more

The lenses in my favorite frames were pretty scratched up and the coating coming off. I'm an inpatient person and don't like to wait. Found this shop and walked in without an appt, asked if he could help and Andy said yes! Told me he could have it done in less than an hour! I said sign me up! He took some measurements, then I headed off to grab a bite to eat and he called about 30 min later and said "They are ready" the new lenses were perfect and now I can continue wearing my favorite frames! Would go back and will recommend to others! Thank you! read more

Found this gem when I broke my glasses. I stopped by and was immediately greeted. I showed him the problem and he had me fixed up and out the door in minutes! They had a nice selection of frames on display. I will definitely be back here when it's time for new glasses. Absolutely fantastic customer service! read more

My daughter broke her glasses and we are going out of town next week. I stopped by America's Best and they could not work with us until next week. So I took her and her prescription to Same Day and they were so nice and super fast! We had her glasses in less than an hour and we are so impressed. Very nice, very helpful, very fast! read more

Great customer service. Andy is very helpful and courteous. I would recommend Same Day Glasses to everyone.

Wow, what an awesome find. My wife broke her glasses and we're headed out of town for Christmas in a few days. We drove 30 miles hoping to get glasses today. We found a little shop tucked away with a very friendly host. He advised Luxe Optix is a specialty shop for people who want quality glasses quickly. We were not disappointed. Within 30 minutes of entering the shop, we had new glasses in hand. They look and work great! We'll be back, I guarantee. read more

OK, if I'm wrong another review will follow, but I don't think I am. I'm so certain that I'm doing this review before I have my glasses. I went in today because Luxe is listed on Eye Bobs website as a dealer. I have a pair of Eye Bobs readers that I love and when I learned they were doing progressive readers I wanted a pair. But as of now they are available only on line. So I wanted to try on some of the frames they are doing the progressives in to see how they would look on my remarkably handsome 68 year old, ridden hard and put up wet face. In the store I told Andy (the proprietor Eldar Frolov goes by Andy) "You don't have what I am looking for here as they are not in stores yet, but I wonder if you would let me try on some of the Eye Bob frames that they are doing the progressives in to see how they look on me." He said, "Thank you for being honest, sure". But before I ever got to the Eye Bob's our conversation led very casually to what he could do for me in the Eye Bob frames that I have and love but in which Eye Bobs is not doing progressives. End result he is doing progressives that will be superior to the Eye Bobs progressives because of lens coating, etc., in the frames I have and love. Yeah, I will have just one pair of nice readers now instead of two, rather than one progressive and one not. But it will be in the frame I love and with a superior lens custom profiled to my line of vision. Andy is a remarkably gracious, knowledgable, and non-pressure professional who provides you with the information you need to make a buying choice. After shelling out more than I would have paid for a second pair of Eye Bobs I left feeling very, very good about my decision with Andy at Luxe. read more

Amazing customer service directly from the owner, hands down the best glasses purchase I've ever experienced. Owner of the place displayed allot of pride in his shop which was reflected in his knowledge of the industry and friendly approach to his customers. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes and had our glasses done and ready in less than 2 hours. My hat is off to this business on a job well done and I look forward d to coming back again. read more

I love my new glasses that come with the magnetized shades. After a bad experience at a well-known eyeglass place, I am now happy. Andy was super helpful. Definitely going back to him for my next pair. read more

Awesome and Professional a little pricy but all worth it . Worked after hours and met our needs 100% in a short notice! Thanks Lux Optrix

I was in and out fast. Helped make my frames choice simple. Had the glasses for me later that day and took my old frames that were 3 years old and made lenses for them. Super friendly. read more

By far the best experience that I've ever had with buying new frames. Andy the owner was very knowledgeable with his products and very understanding of what I wanted. Definitely recommend Luxe Optix to everyone!!! -Brittany read more

I've never had glasses before today. The owner, Eldar, helped me figure out what was best for me based on the shape of my head, style, color preferences, prescription, etc. He was patient, informative and polite. It is hard for me to put into words how much he helped me today. He was honest when a pair of glasses looked bad, which I appreciate greatly. There was no pressure to buy at all. The turnaround time for my glasses was less than an hour. I recommend him to anyone looking for a nice pair of glasses, simple as that. read more

I had a crack on an old frame and stopped in because they carried the brand I like. The owner was who I spoke with and he did a great job guiding me in a similar direction to what I had but with a slightly more modern twist. Super super nice guy who I will effort to do business with again. read more

Awesome customer service. Awesome prices. Fast and friendly. Owner personally handles all of your needs

I highly recommend Luxe Optix in Southlake. Ask for Eldar. He is very knowledgeable, very informative and very fair with his pricing. They have a great selection of frames, and they are happy to put lenses into frames you bring them (like I did). Friendly service, good prices, quick turnaround. read more

I'm so pleased with the price and service here! Personal service from the owner himself and a lab on site is unbeatable. The prices was half the cost of every other store I called. They have my business for life! read more

Luxe carries all the brands I love! They made perfect progressive lenses for a pair of Sama sunglasses I bought from them. The lenses are clear and crisp, made with of top of the line materials. Same with my second purchase from them, Dita frames for distance use. They have their own lab on the premises, and even filled a prescription for a pair of my own glasses one day while I waited! read more

I was shopping for my next pair of glasses there, trying them on and taking pictures of myself with the glasses on so I could see what they looked like, when I was told that I had taken enough pictures and to come back when I was ready to buy. I explained to him that I have my prescription and I'm shopping for glasses because I need new glasses and the only way I can see what they look like on is to take a picture. I had probably only been there for 20 minutes, I was quiet and polite when I was looking, he had one customer in there that he was already helping and I didn't want to interrupt but he told me that I was done shopping and blocked the drawers so I left. Very very rude, I won't be buying my glasses from there. Worst customer service ever. read more

I have worn eyeglasses for 35 years and work in healthcare. I serendipitously discovered Luxe Optix. Eldar, the owner, is very knowledgeable about optics. He has excellent instincts about what type of eyeglasses go well with face shapes. He has worked hard and with pleasure to get my 2 pairs of eyeglasses to be perfect. By far the best experience I have ever had with buying glasses. Eldar, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about what works and looks good. Eldar cares about his clients, and has personally spent hours working with me to find the perfect pair. The selection at Luxe Optix is truly top notch, and the prices are better then anywhere around. Honestly, I first went to Luxe because I needed a pair of glasses the same day. What I ended up with is an Optician I will use from now on! Andy is the owner, and he is extremely knowledgeable, courteous & patient. His customer service is genuine, the quality he offers is superior, and his pricing is very competitive & reasonable. As a result, my new glasses are perfect! Highly recommend visiting Luxe for all your eyewear needs! read more

I purchased a pair of J.F. Rey MGSV Eyewear online and they were extremely large on me. I was searching for boutiques in the DFW area that carried the brand and decided to take them here. Firstly I had no expectations; but I had the pleasure of meeting Eldar, who actually knew quite a bit about the frames I bought and the brand (which I thought was absolutely awesome). Anyhow, he helped me adjust the frames to fit and I've been wearing them since. I really appreciated his help and I'll definitely be back for my prescription frames. read more

I found Luxe Optix to be very helpful and friendly. The selection of frames was very impressive. The service I received was thorough and outstanding. I would definitely recommend Luxe Optix to anyone looking for stylish eyewear or eyeglass repair. read more

I went to Luxe Optix looking for something different than all the hundreds of other eyeglass places offer. I was so excited to find such a variety of designer frames to choose from and so many unusual designs from classy to funky. Eldar, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable of the types of lenses available for various prescriptions. This is important to me as I have an extremely complex prescription. He was very helpful in choosing the correct frames that fit my face. He was very patient and helped me to find the right glasses for me. Eldar also custom makes all the lenses in his office. I just picked up my new FACEAFACE brand glasses and am extremely satisfied with the frames, but even more so with the lenses. They are top of line quality and he made the lenses thin enough that you cant see them outside of the frames.....I have never had that anywhere else, even paying for the top of the line thin lenses available. I am also pretty confident I wont see many, if any, other people wearing the same frames...very unique. I am already planning my next purchase of prescription sunglasses! LOVE THIS PLACE!! read more

I've been to every eyeglasses place around Southlake/Grapevine and none come close to the selection and expertise that Luxe has. It wasn't on my radar at first because they only sell eyewear, no optometrists, but it's worth the trip. The owner, Eldar is extremely helpful and had better prices than every other high-end eyewear place in Southlake. read more

Headed back to see Eldar at Luxe for my next pair of glasses. This place is top flight and service is meticulous. The products are very high quality. Eldar can also repair glasses or get them repaired and he is always eager to help. I drive in from 50 miles to go here, but there is no reason to go elsewhere. Thanks! read more

My experience with Edgar was far different than other reviews. My wife and I went to look for glasses on a Saturday. I had just left Eyes Nouveau in Southlake, which was full of people looking for glasses being served by the nicest and most professional sales team I've experienced at a optical store. It was the complete opposite experience upon entering this small unattractive storefront staffed with 1 person and no customers. That should have been a clue. I was met by Edgar. Immediately, he launched into a tirade against the brand of frames, I had been considering, telling me they were all SH**. Without listening to what I was saying, he started pushing the more expensive brands and styles even though I was quite clear my price point and showed him pictures of the shape. Again, cuss words started flying with everything I suggested being labeled a SH**. By this point I had seen and heard enough of this man speaking like that in front of my wife. I told him we would be leaving due to his very unprofessional behavior and rudeness to which he said some smart ass comment while we walked out the store. No way would I ever walk back into this store. read more
