As usual, excellent care during the exam and afterwards. There is a reason why we have been going here for years.

Worst Eye Exam Experience This was by far the worst eye exam experience I've ever had, starting with the front office. I simply did not feel welcomed, and the entire visit felt rushed from beginning to end. I was charged two separate fees during my initial visit because I had an exam for both contacts and glasses, even though I believed these services were covered by my insurance. When I later called to make a simple adjustment/addition to my prescription, I was told I needed to come back for another eye exam--and another fee--even though I had been seen less than four months ago. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with over the phone quoted me the wrong cost for the exam, which added even more frustration and confusion to an already disappointing experience. I've already called to express my concerns and file a complaint, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. Now I'm being charged again for an eye exam within four months of my previous appointment. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service, communication, pricing information, and way this entire situation has been handled. I expected much better from an eye care provider and will not be returning. read more

I need new glasses, this place had good reviews so I thought I'd call and make an appointment. 27 minutes on hold . Finally gave up . read more

Eagle Ranch Vision - 25 minutes on hold , at 27.50 I gave up . - Optometrists Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Friendly service and lots of frames to choose from. On time appointments and was able to get me husband and son in at the same time.

I've been seen here before about a year ago and it was a nice experience. The optometrist and staff were professional and got me in and out in no time but I now need another exam and unable to reach anyone to book an appointment. I've called and left messages as following their phone instructions, no callbacks received. Unable to use their website to book an appointment either. I gave up and just found another place. read more

Be careful when you buy the guarantee because they won't replace your glasses. Will go to another place to get my glasses re-done.

Eagle Ranch Vision Source has me seeing clearly on so many levels! From their customer service (on the phone and front desk) to their tech's and Dr's this is my go to for vision needs. They are prompt on return phone calls and up front with any concerns you have. They want to ensure that you leave more knowledgeable and happy EVERY visit so any questions you may have WILL be answered. I appreciate the time and effort they take in selecting the best products and getting to know me as a customer to help support my needs (even if I don't know what they are yet). They are quick and concise and do not waste your time in the lobby or in the rooms. I was in and out in 40 minutes for my contact fitting and Rx. I am beyond happy with this group and would challenge anyone to find a better office. read more

REVIEW DESCRIPTION Dr. Aston is so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, patient, and knows his business! I highly recommend him 200%!!! He never rushes you and explains everything in words that are understandable. read more

I've been coming here for about 5 years and have been seen by Drs. Russo, Vandiver, and W. Aston. Everyone from the doctors to the staff are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I like the option on their website that allows you to tentatively schedule your appointment with which doctor, date, and time you prefer. The appointment is finalized when they call you to confirm. The office is nicely decorated and has a welcoming vibe. There is not as many choices for eyeglasses as other places, but I love the last pair I got here! It's nice to have a regular optometrist that monitors changes in your vision and has your history to refer to. I highly recommend this office for quality vision healthcare! read more

This has been a great place to get my eye exams done! Their office is SUPER clean, friendly staff, quick turnaround times on glasses, and they have a very wide selection of frames. I was able to book my appointment online and it was done in less than 30 minutes after I scheduled it. Overall, this will be our lifetime vision center. This is my third time interacting with Eagle Ranch Vision and each time they have helped me out and I have walked away very satisfied! Thank you Eagle Ranch Vision!! read more

I have been wearing contacts and glasses for 50 years. Of that 50, this has been the worst I have been treated ever. 20 years ago I had lasik so I have a hard time with my left eye focusing. After the computer analysis the dr had me in the chair making adjustments to the prescription but I could tell he was getting irritated for it taking too long. I told him that the prescription wasnt right and.he says well thats what the computer says. I pay nearly $600 cash for the contacts, eyeglasses and visit. I go back the following week to pick up my glasses and I swear I can't see anything with them. I see better without them. I was really agitated the waste of my time. I will spend my money elsewhere, maybe a doctor that will take their time to do it the right way instead of trying to herd you through like cattle. Thank you but no thank you. read more

Dr. Giammarco is one of the best ophthalmologist in Fort Worth. My sister Shirley Garcia had the experience have going there for her eyes and he gave her a very good treatment. His staff have very good customer service skills. I'd definitely recommend vision source to anyone. read more

I have several very good things to report about this office. First, let me state that it was so nice to walk in this office and hear Christian music playing. I wouldn't necessarily let this be a deciding factor in choosing an eye care professional, but it was nice to hear! I was initially helped by Mindy when I visited the practice late in the day. She took the time to sit down with me and talk to me about the previous negative experiences I have had with other ECP's and my inability to get a comfortable frame with a lens that provides exceptional vision. I have been wearing no line progressive glasses for 3 years. I have ordered and purchased 3 different frames with 3 different lens manufactures in the last 12 months. All frames were comfortable in the store, but uncomfortable after 6-8 hrs of use. All three lenses did not perform well, so they were returned. I met Lisa, the Practice Manager, on my next visit and explained my frustrations. Immediately she advised me why my glasses usually slip off my face. She began selecting a few frames for me and even put them on my face each time. I've never had anyone do that! She explained what kind of frame we needed to order and even ordered me 4 different frame options! Most places won't even order 1 frame, let alone 4! We chose a frame and selected the Varilux X Design lens with Transitions Xtra Active and Crizal Sapphire AR coating. 2 weeks later I have the best performing set of glasses I have ever had. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I cannot say how grateful I am for Lisa's help, especially since I am so particular about my glasses. As long as I wear glasses, this will be my ECP! I will always recommend this practice to anyone I can. Thank you so much Lisa. Sincerely. John Etheredge read more

We are so happy we decided to go to this optometrist... there are lots of offices out there but the people at Eagle Ranch are great. We were seen by Dr. William Aston and Richard helped us pick our glasses! It was a nice location and staff was great. Very pleased so far! read more

Everybody who works at this office is so kind and knowledgeable. They explained things to me in a way that I could understand. They also have a large selection of frames! read more

Someone told me recently about a place I could get cheap glasses. I told them I love my eye doctors too much to switch. I've always been able to get in for an appointment quickly. I'm also seen right on time, if not a little early. That is enough reason to keep coming back. I love all the doctors, so I never have a preference when I come in. They're all awesome. read more

Our whole family has been coming here for several years. We always get in quickly, they are efficient and friendly! They are great with my children, too. One of my sons wanted contact lenses but had some trouble getting them in. The contact lens tech sat with him for AN HOUR helping him until he had success! And this last time, my 11 year old was really nervous about the "puff of air" test and the woman helping him was so sweet about offering him an alternative. read more

I would highly recommend Dr. Wm. Aston for all eye care needs. I had an eye emergency and walked in and was treated immediately. The staff is great and Dr. Aston is very personable. I had also been in earlier in the week for my annual diabetic eye exam. He is fully equipped to handle all my eye needs without having to drive downtown. read more

They sell second rate contact lens. I have been going back and forth for months now, I give up. The Doctor is okay, but the contacts are garbage. Worst experience ever, never will go back once I get these refunded. read more

Every time I call your secretaries are rude and short. I came to pick up and order of contacts and the girl nearly tossed me the bag and just walked away. I wasn't greeted or thanked when leaving. I would really appreciate a little more hospitality considering I CHOSE to spend my hard earned money at this facility. Please attempt to train the people at the desk to have some courtesy to those who come into this business. read more

I've been to see both Dr. Aston's over the years. Both are excellent doctors and are genuinely interested in my eye health. They ask lots of questions about past medical history to help give the best vision treatments. The office is very clean and pleasant with virtually no wait time. Very highly recommended! read more

my vision was worse after getting my prescription filled, went back twice, and each time was told that "axis" was not correct, I disagreed , told them that perhaps my exam was done incorrectly, perhaps ,from not taking the time to throughly perform my exam, BUT, was never offerred a second exam, to check if,indeed the prescription was incorrect, SO, I had to go to another facility to get this corrected ,(@my expense) "Each patient is allotted 30 minutes for an exam," was explained by the manager, In my case, the whole exam merely took 10 minutes, hardly enough time in comparison., In conclusion, I am out 200.00 ,including the second exam, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU VALUE YOUR VISION. read more

I have always really liked coming here. The doctors are all really nice. Tjey have lots of appointments and are very accommodating to schedules, even if you have to change your time. Big selection of glasses. Would give 5 except the glasses can be bought other places cheaper- but you get what you pay for! read more

These may be the worst group of optometrist I have ever been to. They struggled with even getting me the proper prescription and the arrogance of this office was in unbearable. They are over priced, rude and there service is awful. Example I called to express dissatisfaction and was told that my opinion does not matter I'm just a patient and if did not like it to bad. Example 2: I took my daughter for an appointment that my wife had made earlier in the day and the person said no appointment was made and my wife was mistaken. I called my wife she gave me the name of the person she scheduled appointment with and this person said my wife was lying. Great customer service. I would suggest trying somewhere else. You will be happier in the long run. There was no choice for no stars. read more

I had a routine eye exam and eyeglass prescription. Staff was very courteous and professional. Dr. Vandiver was excellent and explained everything very well. As with most vision places, the prices for glasses were a little on the high side. Other than that, this is an excellent place for eye care. read more
