I have been needing to get my eyeglass prescription filled and stopped by to see what glasses were offered. I was promptly greeted and assisted. I didn't have my prescription with me but was able to purchase glasses and later upload my prescription. I'm awaiting my shipment but am pleased with the friendliness and honesty of the staff. I would give zero stars for these glasses, I had an exam (which was fine) and I got my glasses, within a few months there was what appeared to be white smudging on both lenses and wouldn't come off, I quit wearing them and the lenses got even worse, when I took them in the store the staff basically told me I must have gotten some chemical splashed on them. I got the scratch/smudge resistant coating which apparently doesn't matter. I have had glasses for years and never had an issue like this, this was my first time getting glasses at Warby Parker and will never go back. read more

I don't necessarily need glasses. But every so often we come here to adjust, change or just to see the new styles in inventory. Definitely not the regular LensCrafters I'll tell ya that lol. Just to look from outside you can tell the difference. To me is just all in the details. Yes is esthetically pleasing with a nice ambiance. But the service is impeccable. The call you by your name making you feel like the only customer every single time. Plus their glasses designs are beautiful! Now it might be a bit pricey. But again you get what you pay. Warby Parker is my go to place for glasses. They selection is great and the price is always right. Unlike pretty much any other place you can go for glasses Warby Parker doesn't gouge. That's because they make their own instead of being part of the eyewear monopoly. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. This time around I brought in a few pairs to get new lenses in and ended up buying 3 new pairs for myself and one for my husband. One thing to note is that if you see something you like find out if it's limited because you don't want to miss out on it. Two of my frames were limited and one of those the staff had never seen before and they loved them. I just bought my first pair of Warby Parker glasses. I received them in the mail last week and they weren't properly fitted to my face(which was definitely expected since they were ordered online). So I went in to the store to get them adjusted. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! They were swift; it only took them about ten minutes to fix my glasses. I didn't read about this store (I know) or call (yes, again) but, just strolled right over. To be stopped at the door. It was done very professionally and friendly. All I had to do was show my legless glasses and explain that they had been at the wrong place, at the wrong time. Well, then. I could go inside and I met a young man who took a very fast look at my specs and told me that they had 2 frames that might work. Now, I'm to wait for the optometrist, who will determine if they will. They won't. Someone superglued one of the lenses that time she fainted while wearing these glasses and landed on tile. They also don't judge or put you to the side, like most places. They respect you and give you 100% attention when helping you. It's the smoothest process I've ever had buying glasses. There product is okay, but you can tell with the selection of frames they offer budget qualify. So if you don't prefer titanium frames, the plastic type should suite you. The big thing about this company is you can't get information on the status of your order. The store stated I'd have mine delivered in a week, but it's been over a week now and I may just have to go back to the store and get my status updated. Horrible set up regarding CDC guidelines. I called ahead to see what had changed regarding COVID and I was told there could be a wait and I could not create a shopping appointment nor be given a wait time estimate. So, I arrive and am told that I have to wait 45 minutes until the next available time to shop. There was nobody inside the store except 5 employees. We could have easily shopped until the next person arrived for their "shopping appointment." Needs improvement. read more

My family has gotten glasses here in the past and it was always a quick and easy experience. I purchased glasses on Jan 3rd and was told 7-10 days for pick up. Called a week later and a phone rep answered and let me know my order hadn't been processed and there seemed to be some issue; she would escalate to lab and get back to me. No one ever got back to me so I decided to use the chat feature. I was told by the chat agent their labs were overloaded and couldn't handle current volume and they are allocating to other labs. (Not warby parker labs I'm assuming?) And its causing delays and they can give me NO update on my glasses or when the order will be processed. And that they hadn't reached out to me because the labs are so inundated they can't get back with reps. How is all of this my problem? Not to be rude, but this is all very frustrating. And seems to be very unorganized. Ive ordered glasses and have no idea if my order is processed or when I'll even be recieving them! Not good customer service warby parker! Everytime I come into Warby Parker they have the BEST customer service. This morning I bent my glasses and I went into the store and was seen immediately. Chris was able to bend my glasses back into place and he also went ahead and replaced my nose pads for free because they were getting old. This place has phenomenal customer service. They are so much different from other places that I at first thought they were faking. I was so wrong. They go the extra mile to get you what you need. My glasses had a slight issue when delivered and they took them back, fixed the problem, and had them shipped to me 250 miles away in less than a week. I can't say enough about them. Oh yeah, they are considerably less expensive than most places--even Walmart. So glad my daughter-in-law turned us onto WP. read more

Needed a new pair of glasses after I broke my current pair. I was taken care of by Kelli (Kelly?--couldn't read the name tag since I was wearing a pair of glasses 2 prescriptions old). Kelli helped me decide on the frames. There's not much to choose about the lenses. The only option is transition. Otherwise, all the lenses are the same: anti-scratch & non-glare. Like all other places, your prescription controls a lot of the cost. WP has frames that start around $95. I opted for something a little more expensive. Kelli tried to sell me on frames that are nearly indestructible, but being old and sedentary, that was not an issue for me. I was disappointed that it was going to take 18 days to get my glasses. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived 10 days early. read more
