I have been going here for over 2 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Dat is my absolute favorite, he is SO kind and AMAZING at his job. Really good basic pedi and was able to pay using Apple Pay! They prefer tips to be in cash. Walk ins are accepted.

Today 9/12/2025 I requested that my nails be cut DOWN, not OFF. The woman doing my nails completely did what she wanted to do without any regard to my request, then at the end asked for a tip. She did a good job on shaping the no nail length I now have. The tip is, you give the customer the service they request. If you cannot provide that service then communicate that with the customer. I am so disappointed in the service I received today and I have been going here for MONTHS without any complaints until today: so pissed off I didn't even get her name but I will remember her face. To say that I love my nails(cue Netta Barzilai) would be a serious understatement. I faithless get them done because that is my self moment. My nail technician, Denise, is the absolute best. However, all of the technicians are phenomenal. They take the time to talk to you to figure out exactly what you need and their best to provide it. I will also add, they are very patient. I tend to pick pictures off the internet and tell them this is what I want. It's usually close or better. My little sister was just here for a Chris Brown concert and I had absolutely no problem with sending her here to get pampered. read more

I was in town for a friend's wedding and wanted to get my nails done. Looked around for a salon and this was the closest to my hotel. I didn't make an appointment so I had to wait a bit. They weren't super busy and they seemed to be prioritizing pedicures (vs my simple manicure). Either way, the woman did a great job with my nails, they came out very smooth and precise. Got my nails done here on Friday and it's now Tuesday. The lady made me bleed in two of my nails and they still hurt. Currently applying bacitracin on one because it's swollen and painful to touch. The whole manicure was just rushed. I don't get my nails done often so I'm pretty annoyed. read more

Yea yk i really wanted to like this nail spa but nah im never coming back. Been about 7 or 8 times now and it just gets worse every time. They constantly and hurting me, my nails look like trash every time i leave, like im literally better without getting my nails done at all. I wouldnt recommend coming here. Ive been nice and they were good the first time i went but ever since then its bad. The pink nails are the most recent and the white were from the first time. Fast manicure! Decided to drop by and get a manicure done their location is convenient. Sunday afternoon and there was just 2 customers in store- which should've been a red flag. I grab some polish and just asked for a manicure. Within 20 minutes I'm under the dryer! The service was kind they sanitizer their tools in front of you and everyone has a great personality. Just when I thought I was finished, there's a paragon hand wax that's included in the basic manicure (fancy!). Nancy was great! She did great with my nails. However I didn't have the same experience with my toe nails, I asked for a pedicure and a guy with little to no experience did it. I went there for manicure and I was extremely disappointed with their hygiene & professionalism. In summary,: 1) Lady did my nails straight out asked for $5 tip for a $20some regular manicure. She asked me to pay before the work and when she brought back the change, she took $5 from me and put it in her pocket. Ultimately, I asked her to give it back and break it down. 2) The towels used on my hands looked dirty. She didn't wash hands after cleaning my nails. She was rough, rushed and got up from my bowl in the middle of my pedi to go argue with another customer about their issue with a previous experience. When she came back to me, her attitude reflected in her work on MY service. This place is fairly busy on Fridays and Saturdays for a reason. Plan to be here early during the week so you won't have to wait. There is one main reason for the popularity of this place - Nancy. She is amazing! She knows everyone, keeps her staff working, and does a wicked gel manicure. I've been here a few times and usually I will take whoever. I don't usually request any one person in particular. I do however ask if Nancy is available. If she is not available she always speaks to me and tells me about who will be doing my nails. Today I had a younger guy and he was very friendly and quick. I have to say, I'm not a fan of people speaking other languages while ignoring me, but I'm used to it from other nail salons. There isn't any cheesy busy or fancy distractions to be seen. The few times I've been here, I've gotten a good manicure or pedicure. Nancy does great eyebrows!! Best part was the massage chair. Pedi was fast and as soon as I didn't pick anything but the standard pedi, all care was thrown by the wayside. Just got my mani and pedi here because this place is only a couple minutes away from me. Very unprofessional staff. It was extremely loud in there, the staff was talking and laughing VERY LOUDLY with each other while during my pedicure. There was a guy doing someone's pedicure and he was on the phone THE ENTIRE TIME. I have never been to a salon this unprofessional. The girl who did my pedicure (Helen) was about to use unsanitized tools on me!! She literally picked them out of her drawer. I was like umm what the heck are you doing with those rusty tools?? She apologized profusely and went to get a clean pack. Are you kidding me??While doing my pedicure, Nancy came to do my mani and she was very rude. Rushed me to pick my color, tried to be sleek and get to have a $50 pedicure...umm I'm not a rookie! Have been going to Pearl nails and spa for over two years now and the service is progressively declining!! They rush through your nails and you find yourself returning in a few days for either touchups or complete redos (at your own expense of course!) Many of the technicians there are not qualified to do all of the services, so you are limited in who you work with depending on which services you require. Sometimes when they don't have a technician there that is qualified to do the service, they put you with someone just to get your money. The result is horrible!! This shop is not worth your time or money. I went for a pedicure the lady Tina did my pedicure. She didn't polish the side of some of my nails and one big toe has a clump on it. The pedicure was rush and sloppy. I asked her to fix it, which she didn't seem to have a problem with, but the guy at the counter (who I'm assuming is the owner) automatically assumed I nicked it. The dramatically varied reviews for Pearl really weird me out, because my experience there was AMAZING. I'd spent the morning working at the nearby Starbucks, and decided to pop into Pearl for a pedicure at lunchtime. The place was practically empty, and they seated me right away. My pedicurist seemed to be in training, but she was phenomenally thorough. I literally had the most incredible leg and foot massage of my entire life. I spent well over an hour in that chair getting a pedicure that should have cost me 3x what I paid. My feet and nails looked and felt incredible afterward! Bonus: instead of awful daytime talk TV, the television was on AMC and I got to watch Willy Wonka (the Gene Wilder version) while getting my feet pampered. **Note: This is a review solely of their Brazilian waxes. I have not had my nails done here, nor have I had any other services. But the Brazilian was horrifying enough that I had to write a review. I just had the worst Brazilian wax of my LIFE, and it was at Pearl Nails and Spa. 1. The waxing technician didn't wear gloves. - Gross. There needs to be at least a thin layer of protection between you and my precious parts. 2. She spent the first 10 minutes trimming my pubic hair with scissors. -I could have done that in my bathroom at home. 3. I shouldn't have to say "please stop touching my clitoris." - I just shouldn't. 4. Extremely painful. - I have been to waxing places before where they know the exact right places to put the strips, and you get out of there with about six yanks. This lady just screwed around and put the strips all over the place. 5. She didn't do a good job. -There is random hair all over the place down there. 6. She really hurt me when she tweezed me. -Using tweezers to get errant hairs that were missed by the waxing strips is pretty common, but this lady pinched my skin to the point where I bled. 7. When she wiped me off, she wiped me BACK TO FRONT... -It will be a miracle if I don't get a yeast infection. I told her several times to stop, but the language barrier was such that she just kept going. Eventually I physically pushed her hands away, got up and put my clothes back on. I will NEVER, EVER go back. I am 100 percent traumatized. read more

I've been to my fair share of nail salons, but Pearl is by far the BEST one I've ever been to! Normal pedicures are 25$, but they give you the option of upgrading to two other deluxe ones. It IS pricey, but I think it was totally worth the 40$. They scrubbed my feet and legs down with an OPI tropical scrub and an OPI tropical mask. The massage, which was given TWICE, was heavenly (and lengthy, might i add)!!!
