I came here years ago, I recently moved back to the area and decided to make an appt. My appt was at 11am. I have a seat and watch a cpl walk ins come in, they took them first while my feet soaked for 51 mins. I notified the tech working on the WALK IN sitting next to me that I had an 11 am appt and I had a tight schedule and needed to be there by 2, she told me the tech was coming now, 10 mins later, I'm still sitting, at 11:55 I just walked out. I did get a simple - "sorry" from the tech next me. So it's back to searching for a new "home" salon. At $150 a pop for nails/ pedi and a tip, I expect a little more. 20 mins travel time one way. Time wasted I can't get back. Not cool. read more

I drive a little ways to visit this salon.. I have been about 7 times . Most times The work is amazing, you just cannot say the same for the staff.. However, because nail salons can get tricky and hard to find a good tech. I'm willing to improvise. Today was a letdown. I do know that the owner and his wife we're not in the shop and it seems like his employees took advantage of that situation.. My niece was with a girl that appeared to be about 12, and did a 12 year old job on her nails. Horrible would be nice to say. The man that did mine just barely knew how to shape and almond shaped nail.. he was rough he had a bad attitude, and they continuously speak in Vietnamese the entire time you were there and it's also blaring off of there television. We spent a lot of money, and I highly considered walking out. When we made a complaint about her nails, he still could not correct the horrible job. I will either edit or remove this review.. once the management or owner takes responsibility for this. I've been in the shop before and literally have seen these people get cussed out by clientele. And then they cater to this type of person. I do not recommend it. They need to clean the place up on top of it. The lady Amy used to be pretty good at pedicures, she pointed something out on my leg to her pedicure partner.. all around unhappy people. Went here because it was close to the hotels...they are just OK. Went in for a french gel manicure with eyebrow wax cost me $50. Wasn't too quality work (sloppy on the paint and crooked filing) and the gal was juggling a pedicure the same time as me. They were nice enough, but would probably take a gamble somewhere else next time. read more

The reviews here are bad but on Facebook they're good. So I took a gamble. I really wish I hadn't. The place is disgusting- not only have the tools not been properly cleaned (the cuticle cutters have RUST) but there's papers and boxed piled up in the corners like it's someone's home or they're still moving in. The whole place is a haphazard mess, with totally mismatching decor and tables. The chairs are worn and cheap. I made an appointment and really, really didn't need one. I was the only one in the entire place. The guy who "helped" me and did my nails spoke little English- which generally I wouldn't mind if there was someone else there to translate or let me know what to do. He was very abrasive. On top of that, someone else came in for a fill in while he was doing my nails. He stopped, put his phone on speaker and began an argument with someone else, presumably about needing someone to come in and do this woman's nails. I very carefully watched my nails the next week to make sure I hadn't ended up with an infection. This place needs a major overhaul. read more

I am super excited to have found this place. First, I walk in to an overwhelming smell of cleaner. I'm not immediately turned off because if anybody knows me they know I enjoy a clean place. Plus, I also believe that this is indicative to how well a spa cleans any items used on their customers. I then encounter Tom who I must say was the best nail technician I have ever experienced here in Maryland. He was knowledgeable, meticulous, professional,And friendly. I had the best nail experience. I initially felt bad for time because he had to clean up another salons mess... But he did it! After my nails were done I am mediately made an appointment for the next two weeks. My mother and I had an amazing experience here! We were looking for a place that wasn't packed on a Saturday, and after traveling to three different places with long waits and packed salons, we called & they had availability for us. Once we went in, we were greeted and they kept to their timing: they took us right in! They helped my mother & I find matches for our mani/pedi for gel services. They offered us water & wine, let us change the tv channel during our pedicure and treated our hands and feet really well. The place is big, clean & not too crowded. The staff is amazingly well diverse and knows what they are doing. I can't wait to come back for my regular services moving forward! read more

Most of the reviews on here are pretty bad, however the most recent one b4 mine is over a year old. When I walked in a sign on the door says they are Under New Management so this could be the reason 4 the tremendous change my first time going and I had a very awesome experience I didn't have an appointment but they were able to see me as soon as I walked in the door I only came for a pedicure and eyebrow wax my pedicure was great and so was the eyebrow wax the lady even massage my neck for me I will plan on going here again read more

This was my first time coming here . I have seen all the beautiful pictures on Facebook so I decided to try it out . Very dissatisfied with my experience. The gentleman I had was rude and rough . He didn't polish my nails correctly so I had to ask someone else to do it . I spent over 2 hours in the nail salon for something that usually takes 40 minutes . I really don't understand all the bad reviews for this place, I thought it was the best nail salon I had been to in a long time (and I have been to a bunch). I wish I had known about this place sooner!! In my experience every upscale nail establishment I have been to has literally no idea what they are doing, and I am basically just paying obscene amounts for the experience. Hard pass. The people who work here are well trained and use techniques and artistry only available to those who have trained abroad. They did absolutely amazing work! I got a full set gel with a design, as well as a pedicure. The pedicure was heaven, the women who worked on my feet did a wonderful job and really took her time which is something that is hard to find in Maryland. First time here , walked out so disappointed. I called to make an appointment, full set and pedi . Got there I was so excited they seemed friendly . The young guy told me to get a pedi first which is separate area in back. By the time I was done with my pedi there was no spots left unfortunately they forgot they had me back there ... every tech had just started with a new client! That was so upsetting I had an appointment, and I was left sitting there with only my toes done and all he can say is "sit her by the fan I'm almost done"...... uhmm excuse me you just started with other client . Kept telling me his wife was almost finished but she couldn't even confirm that . Worst customer service and so disorientated:( I was supper excited to get my nails done and left so unsatisfied they didn't even offer to make me another appointment . Or seat me where I'd at least think I'm next , other ppl kept walking in and it just looked like I wouldn't make it on there schedule they started on someone who just walked in 2 min after they sat me at dry table.... I was on a hour break today..working offsite. I am never in this area, but really needed a quick/basic pedicure. The chairs are tattered and torn and the entire place looks unkept and dingy. Maybe I am spoiled with my Ellicott City choices, but for goodness sake...this was yuck. I tried not to look during my pedicure. I am the third person i know who's finger(s) got badly infected from here. They obviously don't care, or take the time to clean their tools between clients. The tech nicked my cuticle with the drill, and poured some blue liquid in it, a week later the whole in my cuticle got bigger, my finger began to swell. I went to the dr and am on antibiotics and had to get my finger drained. They are pricey as well. Don't recommend! read more

With family converging in Baltimore from upstate & East End NY for a Wedding cruise, arranging for group mani/pedis for the Bride & family from afar, with no familiarity with the area, was challenging. This salon and the owner were terrific. With an appointment for 3 guests, then 4, then 5, they were ready for our group arriving late afternoon, and gave us each and all wonderful attention, even to the 6th guest added as a walk in. The new owner, Jason, was so very attentive with very helpful color selection for the bride and gamily. The salon was bright, clean & cheerful, and the staff were terrific. But I basically looked the place up and they got decent reviews, I had just gotten off of work and really needed a pedicure. They said on the door that they closed at 8 and I will admit I did show up at like 7:40 because I got off at at 7:00. I walked into the door and before they even greeted me, the lady said "we take our last customer at 7:00" I informed her that the door and online said they shop closed at 8:00. This is your typical nail salon - nothing great, but nothing too terrible either. Expect to wait a bit even if you have an appointment, just because I'm seated in the pedicure chair at my appointment time, if all the other techs are doing other customers and I'm just sitting (10+ minutes), I don't consider this starting on time I've been going there since they opened; however, I haven't been going as often recently because I found the new nail techs they have in there aren't nearly as good as the ones who were originally in there. I still have friends that go more regularly and they say somedays you can still find the good original people in there. I would go back, but I'm still looking for a new salon to call my own. read more

I'm completely satisfied. Made an appoint and welcomed immediately. Jason (Tien Vo) greeted me promptly and reviewed what I wanted to accomplish. I am a chronic nail biter, however I stopped biting for 63 days as a New Years resolution and wanted a full set/French manicure to make it better. (look pro, clean, and evade biting.) Jason understood immediately. Jason's attention to detail was incredible, given what he had to work with. Also wanted a Pedi. Basically, between my fingers and feet I had let myself go. They healed me. The experience was seamless, relaxing and cathartic. I had let myself go and these folks brought me back. Shout out to Martha (pedicure.) Martha is "Magic!!" Top notch! I'm pleased with my pedicure, and the pedicurist was pleasant; however, she told me she'd give me a "second" before she applied the top coat and was gone for 5-10 minutes.
