This is my first time coming to this salon. I got a gel pedicure and am pleased with the result. I would have liked a bit more callous taken off as I did pay the up charge (not just the basic pedicure). It was fairly empty and we didn't have a wait when showing up for our appointment. Friendly staff. It is well vented and did not smell strongly of polish fumes- always a plus. Tips are cash or Venmo only - not added on to your bill. read more

Elle was patient with me because of my indecision to stick with the usual solid color or step out of my comfort zone. I ended up with gel x with freestyle squiggly lines and I'm so glad I did. Elle did a great job cleaning my well utilized hands and adding a cute design. The owner also did a final quality check before I left and gave me a breakdown of the charges--something I don't see from other nail salons I've been to. The young lady who did my pedicure was gentle with her hands but she also did a good job. I unfortunately could not remember her name but she asked me if the temperature of the hot towel was tolerable before laying it on my legs! Appreciate that they squeezed me in. The nail tech was friendly in the beginning. The massage at the end was nice. But the experience was clearly rushed and about getting me in and out. The water was FREEZING. Never asked how i liked it or if anything needed to be changed. My nails could have used a filing once the color was put on as in most shops, but that was skipped there was a nail that wasnt painted all the way he elected to file it versus painting it. You cant convince me this was a $37 quality service. Needless to say i wont be returning read more

It's so hard to find a good nail place in this area but MINI IS GREAT! This is my second time going to get my nails done here and this time I requested Mini herself. I always like to do something spicy with my nails and it's hard finding a nail tech who can make my vision a reality. Mini is sweet and had no problem doing what I requested. To be completely honest I used to hate getting my nails done. the process always felt so long, it wasn't really enjoyable just something I had to do as far as upkeep for myself. I like this place a lot. It's not cheap, but they're really friendly and do a nice job. I'd give them a 5, but appointments mean nothing to them. I'll call and ask if a time is available, get the green light and then show up at that time and I end up sitting around for 30 minutes. read more

I've visited Mini Nail Salon 3 times now, each time has been great! Service is quick/efficient but doesn't feel rushed. On my list visit I saw Jasmine, and she did a perfect gel manicure (no pics cause it's a little grown out). I always have trouble with gel manicures starting to peel during week 2, but so far so good each time! This is now my go to spot, highly recommend. read more

Do not get powder-dip nails. They don't know what they are doing. I have half of them falling off from doing ordinary things. Went back after 3 days, fixed 3, but now the others (obviously wrongly applied), have fallen off. Ridiculous after only 1 week today. The acrylic nails must be their speciality because many in there we're having those done, and those look great. Just don't get the powder! read more

Staff was very friendly and kind to my daughter but the nail technician who did my manicure caused me to bleed on half of my fingers. When I showed her she kept saying it was because my cuticles were dry and that I was making it worse because I kept dabbing the blood away. Never apologized. Went to get a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. Mini was sweet but seemed to be the only checking people out and answering the phone. Which is fine. She did a cuticle remove and then did my dip powder. My dissatisfaction came when the edges weren't smoothed out. I asked twice to smooth them out. So then we move to the pedicure. I am in the chair and she's doing her stuff. An older couple come in and sit in each side of her and they have. Full conversation during my pedicure. I am trying to really and de compress and they are laughing and having a good solid 20-25 min conversation in the middle of my service. As I am sitting I am noticing some excess dip and gel around the cuticle area that wasn't filed after the dip was completed. So I asked her to file the sides off to rid of the excess. She did it quickly ( and looked annoyed). Someone came to fix a. Nail ( someone she knew she hugged and was happy to see this lady). I still was in the pedicure chair. Stuff in the pedicure tub and the excess around the nails from dip wasn't really taken care of. She says " tell me if there's more". Leaves me at the chair with everything in the pedicure tub and walks away to fix this ladies nail. I felt really sad cause buy the end she was annoyed with me. Left me in the chair and just sort of was done with me even though I still had the excess stuff. I was to irritated to ask and she was already on the other ladies one broken nail. I paid and left. Felt rushed. Little attention to detail and was not a relaxing pedicure with the three of them having this long conversation. read more

Nails came out great! The French tip pedicure was not as great though, wouldn't recommend getting french tips here unless they are done by mini. She is great!! The man who did a great job in the actual pedicure, just the painting of the French tip was a bit off. read more

This was my first time visiting this place. I came for a gel manicure. She removed my dip on my fingernails and cleaned the cuticle. She proceeded to gel my nails. I thought it was strange that she did not file my fingernails. In the middle of her doing my nails I ask would she be filing my nails. She said no they didn't need it. I couldn't believe she said this. I asked her to file them. She had an attitude and filed them. Once she finished my nails she charged me more than the lady who's nails she completed before mines. She had gel as well. Maybe it was because I was black. I would not recommend this place. My first visit was not good at all. read more
