I kept it simple with a basic mani and pedi. While I was happy with how my manicure turned out, I noticed once I got home that my pedicure polish looked a bit uneven and clumpy. My niece's nails came out beautifully--very pretty and well done. The salon has been open for about a year. The ambiance was bright, vibrant, dainty, and elegant. Neutral white and gray walls were accented with colorful floral décor, and Eiffel Tower touches welcomed guests at the front check-in counter. In addition to nails, the salon also offers waxing, facials, massages, and eyelash extensions. Overall, it's one of the nicer salons I've been to, with reasonable prices. Unfortunately aside from my pedicure polish not being smooth, a nail from my manicure chipped two days later after my appointment. That said, I am unlikely to return. This was overall a decent experience. One thing I love is that they did an excellent job at the sides of my nails. One small thing that really bothers me is when the nail has some areas on the side where the acrylic on the nail bed doesn't completely connect with the acrylic on the tip, and these nails do NOT have that. In fact, it may be the best side work I've had done. The service was very quick. They have complimentary drinks. The place is clean. The design I got is similar enough to that requested. The prices are fair but a bit expensive for me. There's a small mistake on the design on one of my nails (2 circles overlap that shouldn't) but I personally don't care. read more

Overpriced! $25 for one nail to be fixed and over 2 hours for a polish change and the one nail fix. The lady who did the polish change was super friendly. But pricing and wait times alone will never return unfortunately. The quality of the nail fix was rushed and does not look anything like my original nail. Young lady with a grayish-blue hombre style was extremely rude to me and my daughter. She was rough with my hands. The quality of the nails were terrible. I've been following this salon on insta since I passed by their sign before they opened, and today I was finally able to stop in. My nail tech was Shelly, and she is hands down the most meticulous and detail oriented person I have ever had touch my hands and feet. Her work was exquisite, and I'm so grateful to have found her and Amore Nails. Thank you team, I'll definitely be returning. A note on atmosphere: this spa is very glam and gram worthy, but the music is really loud and highly repetitive, so if you have sound sensitivities please bring a pair of earplugs (I slipped mine in part of the way through my time there). I wouldn't call any salon sensory friendly, but somehow they do manage to keep the scents one would expect to a minimum. Just had the worst experience at this salon. My daughter and I arrived around 3pm for a pedicure and for her a mani and polish change on her toes. One of the nail techs (I suspect was the manager) greeted us and asked what we wanted done. I let her know and she told me to sign in. We waited a whole 40mins without anyone acknowledging us after the first exchange or to even to let us know how long the wait would be. We walked out. The worst customer service. DO NOT go here. They improperly cured my gel and gave me a severe allergic reaction. They also refused to refund me when I told them this even though I showed them the damage they caused to my nails and how I had to remove them less than 24 hours after application. I've never had a reaction from gel before coming here and have been getting it for years. Even after removing them after only having them on for 12 hours, I am still suffering. I went in for a mani and a full acrylic set and I left very disappointed. While getting the mani my fingers were cut so many times and I was bleeding quite a bit. I had asked for subtle white chrome nails for my prom and instead I left with bright silver chrome. The nail's themself were very lifted on the top and it looked as though they were being ripped off and the shape was quite messy. I do not recommend. read more

I just kept on being assured she could do it and exactly what the price was. When I went, I asked her if she understood exactly what was expected. And she said yes. Then she changed the price that was quoted to me by her co-worker after she told me that we were on the same page. She then chatted to take off sick on nails. And stormed off like a 2 year old and refused to finish the job. Thank goodness Helen finished the job and saved the day and did an amazing job. I didn't ask about washing my hands during my manicure because I thought it was a different, process, but when I inquired, I was told hands had to be washed. Yes I did come the next day to talk face to face. Yes it was very uncomfortable bad experience I had. In your response you did not mentioned about offering snacks and just plain water, for me. Other customers were offered snacks, drinks and I was not offered anything. What about that so that also he forgot? I don't need anything but when you are offering customers, snacks and drinks, you should treat everyone equally. when I came on Feb 13th 2025, there were less than 5 people doing manicure. When a person writes a review it's because they are hurt. Today is one week of my manicure and my Gel Nail Polish is already peeling peeling.
