The worst is the managers/owners are completely absentee and make the waxers do double duty at the front desk and take on the brunt of frustrated customers. i really try not to leave one star reviews. But this, was BAD.... It's a long one, so here goes…read more this location isn't far from me, and my normal person that I normally go to at a different location didn't have the time that I needed. So I decided to go to a different location, which is this one, which is a little bit closer to my house. and I click any "Sugarista"- and the time I needed didn't pop up. Then I proceeded to click the individual to see the time that I needed. I finally clicked on Liv (I think that was her name) for 525pm. I made an appointment at 5:25pm, because that is when I can make it after work. A couple minutes later I get an email saying my appointment has been rescheduled to 5:20 PM. OK... so I leave work and I rushed there from Timonium to Ellicott city, in traffic. I called the store to let them know that I'm gonna be five minutes late... Which would be 525, my original booking appointment... and a man answers the phone. He tells me no problem, but I can be taken whenever. I actually get there at exactly 5:20 PM. I get into the store and I don't hear or see anybody. I decided to wait a couple minutes and nothing. I decided to call out into the store for somebody, and I finally got an answer. This is 530pm. The owner of the store calls me, Toshi, telling me that my Sugarista is on her way. I go to the bathroom, I come out, and another Sugarista is at the front desk, who I thought was my Sugarista. But it wasn't. It was somebody else. I was informed that my Sugarista was not coming. This is 540ish-pm at this point. I'm still waiting. I've been waiting for 20mins. Then the Sugarista tells me that she's completely booked and she can take me at 6:30pm if I don't mind waiting. So I drove 45 minutes from Timonium in traffic, waited 25 minutes, and then I would've had to wait another 45 minutes to get serviced?!? Heck no. I walked out. On top of that, the owner, Toshi, calls me from the store phone, apologizing. In that message, she gives me her personal phone number. She proceeds to tell me how sorry she is for the inconvenience, and that she will give me a gift card for the full balance of the service. I tell her I normally go to the location in Perry Hall, but the girl I normally go to didn't have the time that I needed. She said that's totally understandable and Once she figures out how to send me a gift card, she would. She sent me a gift card for $25. My service costs $65. When I spoke to her today, she said that she wasn't going to send me the full amount for the service for another store, but cover the cost if I decided to come to her store.. after this experience, I don't think so. Even though Ellicott city is closer to me, I will be going to the one in Perry Hall, which is roughly 45 minutes away. I do think it is a little untrustworthy that she would tell me all of this on her personal phone and not the work phone so that it doesn't show up on my account. 0/10, will not be going back. But will 1000% be going to Perry Hall which is 40 mins away from me.

So what the Healing Waters entails are six water therapies that relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore the body, mind + soul through a series of thoughtfully curated water therapies. and you can add a session in the crystal salt room and enhance your immune system, purge toxins, and soothe and repair skin concerns. Right now the healing waters for 90 mins is going for $50 and if you want to get the robe an slippers it is an additional $10. You can also bring your own robe and pool slides if you like. My favorites out the session were the relaxing hot tub, cold plunge and the steam room. The steam room really pulls out the toxins in your body. They have really nice locker room area is really nice they have secure lockers for your belongings, a sauna and nice showers. Their wellness lounge offers clients time to relax before or after spa services or mindful movement classes. A wonderful place to share a cup of our signature tea with friends. Within the spa, a serene quiet lounge is available for use for those who prefer to relax in solitude. And if the spa is not your thing, they do offer mindful movement classes that are centered around self-care and are offered in a supportive group environment. Very relaxing atmosphere in the quiet lounge. Enjoyed my massage, Luke was great and very professional (he asked about avoidance areas, focus areas etc the usual). I asked for some reflexology which he accommodated. Foot massage was great. Body felt so relaxed the rest of the day. I've been to several different luxury spas and this is deff my new fave local spot. LOVED the massage room ambience- spacious, nice aesthetic that's almost salt cave like yet still modern, and loved that they have a robe warmer you can use if you wish! After your massage you can stay and hangout in the lounge or sauna as long as you wish. Sauna was pretty hot, around 170F if I recall. Definitely makes you feel pampered.
