Turning fifty is only a few short months away. Ever since I was a young girl, I have had freckles that I always tried to hide with makeup. Over the years I developed some dark blemishes to go along with my freckles. I have seen many commercials that promise to do miracles to my skin, but I always felt that they promised much but delivered very little results. But then I met Naghmeh and she told me of some products and techniques that she uses and showed me some actual before and after pictures. At first, I didn't really think that her products would work for me as nothing ever did before, but I took her word for it and let her work on my face. I had a facial done by Naghmeh about a month ago. Her business is located in a residential area and she works out of a condo that she has transformed into a work studio. I had some difficulty locating her place but that was no fault of hers, but rather misinterpretation of the directions on my part. When you walk into her studio, you're immediately greeted by peaceful music and the smell of incense in the air. This was very therapeutic, as music and smell are two key factors in relaxation for me. I was transported to my memories of a clean house with incense burning during my childhood. I allowed her to assess my skin and preform whatever treatments she recommended for me. She used a device to analyze my skin for sun and other environmental damage, and then she set to work. She throughly cleaned my skin and prepped it for treatment, stopping in between each step to keep me informed about what she was doing. I don't buy expensive bags or clothes, but I figured I should invest in myself and decided to find ways to improve my acne scars. I chose Nagmeh because I had gotten a facial once before the pandemic and had a great experience. Nagmeh recommended eight sessions of RF needling, and I started seeing her every two weeks, then three weeks. I've been diligently using her products as well. Naghmeh was a life saver for my skin. I initially went to her because I had issues with tretinoin. After being on tretinoin for 3 months, my skin started to get worse and worse. I had a lot of inflammation, more pimples than I ever had in my life, bumpy skin texture, and constant redness. I went to 3 different dermatologists and they all prescribed more and more exfoliants/tretinoin that did nothing for my skin. I finally went to Naghmeh and within 2 minutes of looking at my skin she said that my skin was extremely thin and dehydrated and needed to heal. In my first session Neghmeh spent 2 hours doing multiple treatments to heal my skin and educating me on the damage to my skin/what she was doing to heal it. She then gave me samples for an entire skincare routine that lasted me about 2 weeks. She said if I saw improvements in my skin in those 2 weeks, I could buy the products from her.
