If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would this is the email that I sent to them: I'm writing this letter in regards to the horrible experience that I have had dealing particularly with the office manager recently. I have been coming to your facility for a while now without any issues and loving the results I have gotten so far. I wanted to come in to get another treatment recently I booked for a particular the day of I tried calling with no success. Upon me finally reaching someone when I called later I was made aware that they would be charging me the $50 no-show or cancellation fee to which I let them know that I shouldn't have to pay because I did attempt to contact you all. I work for the government and I work from home so all of my phone calls come to my cell and as everyone knows after so many phone calls you cannot see them in your call history. I was made aware that I would have to talk to the office manager and when I was finally in contact with her she completely lied and said that I was rude to the first young lady I had spoken to and that was never the case and thing as you all supposedly have recorded conversations you would know that that never happened. She didn't ask me what happened she got on the phone and told me what happened and was very rude and condescending I do not want to deal with her in any manner ever again. I own a government contracting and no one at my facility would ever talk to a customer that way nor would they blatantly lie on them. I have never disrespected anyone nor did I have a reason to. I am completely upset with how things were handled. I have been a loyal client since I've starting coming to you all, referring my mother as well as others who are current clients. Not to mention, when The office manager finally decided to contact me which I in fact had a birthday coupon that I cannot use because she would not except my appointment, I was told that she made the final decisions and she didn't have a boss until I called the next day and a young lady at the front desk gave me this contact to send this email. I've been going here for over a year to get a tattoo on my inner bicep removed, and I definitely recommend it! My provider is Neil, and he's great at what he does; he was able to give thorough answers to all the questions I had about tattoo removal (both during my initial consultation and over the course of the 8 sessions I've had so far), I never had any adverse reactions (like blistering, bleeding, etc.) after any of my treatments, and he gave me stress balls to squeeze during my sessions (which I think helped a lot for redirecting tension). Let me begin by saying, I was really skeptical of laser hair removal places, hearing from friends it's not worth the money or that the service does not work. Spending a ridiculous amount of money on something that I'm not sure will work, I'm sure will stress anyone out a great deal. Safe to say, I'm a convert and I vouch for Nina and the entire staff at Comprehensive Laser. I have been going for almost a year now and have seen amazing results thus far (looking forward to seeing more). Nina, is the nurse practitioner (NP) that performed my laser hair removal with the Motus machine and let me tell you, it works wonders. I was scared that the machine was going to hurt me, but Nina always makes sure it's at a comfortable setting and consistently asks through the service that you're comfortable. The staff, Daniella, Ashley & Lexy are also so welcoming. They always greet me and always ask about things we've talked about a month ago. It surprises me that they see so many people and they remember me, which honestly goes to show you how intimate this little facility is. So, I'll begin this review by stating that I have not yet completed all of my laser appointments. In the past two years or so, I've developed a bit of upper lip hair, also known as a mustache. I found myself searching on the Groupon website to see if I could do something about it. I have a darker skin complexion, so my major focal points while researching facilities were price, laser compatibility, and legitimacy. After scouring the Groupon app and doing some internet research, I was able to find a Groupon for Comprehensive Laser. The Groupon covered six sessions on a small area and only cost $140. I read on the internet that most areas require anywhere from five to seven sessions to effectively remove the hair. I called Comprehensive Laser to confirm that my upper lip would be considered a small area, that they use lasers that are compatible with darker skin tones, and that the consultation fee is $50. They were very nice about answering all of my questions, so I proceeded with the purchase of the Groupon. I saw in the fine details that the Groupon would expire after four months, so I inquired about how that would work. I knew from my research that sessions are recommended to be spaced out in four to six-week increments, and that would make fitting in six appointments over the course of four months mathematically impossible. The receptionist explained that the Groupon only expires after four months of zero use (no consultation or appointment), and that the Groupon would indeed remain active for a year as long as I used it at least once within the first four months after purchase. I scheduled an appointment for that Saturday, and I was given instructions over the phone. They also sent some forms via email for me to fill out-nothing too extensive, just my name, date of birth, occupation, a brief medical history, initials, signature etc. The email included directions to the facility as well as instructions for pre-treatment and post-treatment care. Comprehensive Laser is located in a medical park and has a suite in a building with several other offices. It was very easy to find the office using my GPS and the address that they included in their email to me. When I arrived at the office, I checked in at the front desk and paid my $50 consultation fee. I was taken back for my consultation exactly at my appointment time. Neil, the Physician Assistant, conducted my consultation and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was approved for laser treatment and taken back to the laser room. The Physician Assistant that did the laser treatment was very friendly, and she demonstrated the sound that I would hear from the machine before starting. The entire process was very quick, and I experienced no real symptoms after the treatment, though I've made sure to apply aloe vera gel every few hours or so. I've scheduled my second appointment for four weeks from now, and I'm excited to see some improvement. Overall, this has been a great experience thus far, and I think it's worth noting that when using a Groupon for anything it's important to read the fine details, ask questions, and do thorough research to make certain that it will be a good decision for your specific situation. read more

It's really unfortunate to see someone blast this location with such bad reviews, as I have only ever had stellar service here. I never have to wait a long time for treatments, the staff is professional, and the results have been amazing. I have had laser treatments for both hair removal and stretch marks, and I love knowing that I have medically trained professionals taking care of me. I even used a Groupon for one my services. Like the other reviewer, I called in advance to make sure I knew what to expect going in, and what was covered, and I didn't receive any additional or unexpected charges at the end. The facility is clean and we'll upkept. And on the occasions I have had to take my daughter with me, the staff has watched her and played with her while I received my treatment. Summer, If you read my review, you would see that I clearly mentioned the area I needed work on prior to purchasing the Groupon, and called ahead to make sure it was covered before purchasing said Groupon. I paid $25 for her to shave the area, $50 for a consultation fee that was supposed to be included as part of the package I purchased on Groupon, and an additional $75 because the area that was supposed to be covered (which, again, is why I called before purchasing) wasn't. So, please do not accuse me of writing false reviews, but rather train your employees to answer questions properly when people call beforehand. I called, spoke to someone who said everything was covered, and arrived only to find some extra charges applied. I didn't try to get your nurse to perform a "free service" seeing as how it was supposed to be included as part of the package I purchased. At least, that's what your employee said to me over the phone before I purchased it. I'm happy to read that you removed your services from Groupon, since I wouldn't want anyone else to experience what I did! Oh, and I also have my credit card purchases on file, as well as a record of which Groupon was purchased. The only thing I don't have is a recording of the conversation I had with one of your employees before purchasing the Groupon. I also find it funny how you're accusing me of writing a false review when the woman who works for you tells potential clients that "We will do as much or as little as you need on the selected area, don't worry about surprise charges." I know this because I had several friends call and inquire about pricing, and she repeated the same thing to them. So again, please don't accuse me of writing false reviews. If you took the time to actually read them, you'd see that they're fair, precise, and well received by the Yelp community. I initially booked my appointment at this location based off of the reviews on Yelp and I am extremely disappointed at how unaccommodating this company is. In order to make your first visit you need to pay a $50 non refundable payment for a consultation that they say can be applied to your laser hair removal package, which I had no issue paying because my intention was to purchase a package. However, when I got to my consultation I was informed that packages are at a minimum of 8 sessions and that they don't do anything smaller than that. Due to being a military spouse and plans to have another baby in a few months I could not commit to 8 sessions and was advised by PA Harris that it would not be in my best interest to even purchase a package. Then during my consultation I was also informed that despite having previous laser hair removal sessions done in those areas and not having as much hair there that there is a set price for those areas and that I will have to pay full price for those areas(which they did not even laser the full area because of there not being hair in certain parts). What is the point of a consultation appointment if they aren't even going to look at your hair growth and recommend what's the best package/pricing based off of your needs and instead just give you a blanketed price? Lastly, I found out that I would only qualify for touch up prices after you completed the 8 sessions with them for those areas. Therefore if you are someone who is trying to do a touch up or if for whatever reason you cannot commit to an 8 session package THIS IS NOT the place to go. They are simply trying to get as much money from you as possible and will not adjust or work with you based off of your circumstances. They refused to apply the $50 charge to my follow up session and just kept saying I signed a form and that they were clear on their terms. In fact the person I spoke to today kept cutting me off while I was talking and did not seem to care to understand what I was saying. Therefore I hope this post will help someone else from wasting their time and losing $50 for no reason. Before beginning laser, I researched many places in the area and finally chose Comprehensive Laser based on their qualifications and experienced medical staff. They are not kidding when they say they have completed thousands of laser procedures. Their office is busy because they are so popular but they always make sure my appointments are quick and that I am never waiting for more than a few minutes. I made sure to look up their credentials and areas of expertise before deciding to go with them. I am so glad I chose them because they really know what they are doing and are honest about the whole process. I was very nervous about the whole process but The PA removing my tattoo was gentle, and made sure I felt ok the whole time! They have experienced medical staff and I feel safe being treated by people that actually know how to treat my skin tone! This was the WORST laser hair removal establishment that I have ever been too and trust me I have been to plenty. I purchased a groupon for 6 treatments and had the consultation done which was free of charge for me and they gave me the OK for treatment. Before I started treatment I referred my sister in law to buy the groupon as well so she did and they told her she had to pay 50 dollars for a consultation. WTF? She ended up having to revoke the groupon because who in their right mind would pay 50 dollars for a laser hair removal consultation. On top of that they never did that for me and later claimed it was all a mistake. Anyway - I moved on with the process and my laser hair removal tech was probably one of the nastiest women I have ever had a do a procedure for me. I believe she was indian or pakistani - not sure. She was SO rude and SO full of herself. She had the absolute worst attitude and treated my sis in law very badly. Throughout the treatments they messed up one of my appointment times - I never got any reminder emails and they forced ME to have to pay the no show fee when it was their mistake. I refuted all the charges with my credit card company - in the end they wouldnt let me do my 6th treatment so I called groupon and they gave me back groupon bucks. On top of all of that - all the hair came back so clearly their machine is garbage. Also after the whole problem my sister in law had they told me they were removing their services from groupon -funny enough I found them again on there a few months later. I had my first treatment for laser hair removal today for a small area. I was a little nervous because I had heard how much it hurts, but the staff was super sweet and comforting about my fears. They explained the procedure and how I would feel during and after. The procedure itself was super quick and I have to admit it didn't really hurt, my skin felt really hot for a little bit and then she applied a soothing lotion that took the discomfort away. After a few minutes I felt a little itchy (she said I would) but nothing I couldn't ignore. It has been a few hours since my treatment and I feel nothing. Overall my experience was phenomenal and the staff made me feel safe and comfortable. They made me laugh and moved me in an out really quickly, was able to go back to work same day. For the past two years I've looked for ways to get rid of my acne scars. As much as possible I wanted to avoid any type of procedure done to my skin and wanted to stick to home remedies as much as possible. I tried everything but nothing really worked. I finally asked my primary doctor to see what the best way to approach this issue was and he had recommended laser treatment for them as the best solution. The idea of laser being shot to your face sounded painful and so I was very hesitant to try it. A friend of mine recommended comprehensive laser and so far I do not regret coming here. The PA has been so helpful in educating me as to what the best laser treatment would be for the type of acne scars I have (Yes I didn't know there were different types of acne scars until the PA in this clinic told me about it). I am going back for my 4th treatment and so far I have seen incredible results already! I work long hours and have a hard time going in for an appointment but they have been so accommodating here! I've been able to go in for treatments during my hour lunch breaks and still have enough time to eat. This place is also so much more affordable compare to other places I've looked at online. Absolutely love this place. Went for my initial consult last year to get laser hair removal they recommended I come back after summer so my tan will be gone so I can start treatment. When I was in the office I saw several advertisements for skin services. I have struggled with problematic skin for YEARS! So I was curious. I then followed them on Instagram and kept seeing treatments for acne, scarring, hyperpigmentation and everything I just wanted to target. So I want another consult for my face I did a zoom and Neil was amazing very informative and gave me all the different options I could try different pricing options different quotes for different packages things that we could try and I was very interested, set up an appointment to go in and start Aerolase. I ended up buying a package and I have done 3 treatments so far, I see SUCH an improvement in my skin. Initially I went in I spoke with Nina she took a look at my skin woman to woman and gave some other recommendations that were very similar to what Neil recommended and they said I could skip a few things that we had previously discussed because my skin isn't too bad and they didn't want me to waste money on things I didn't truly need which I really appreciated. They were both very honest and recommended aerolase and that I could maybe do some peels or see where I am after I get through early is to see what other treatments would be beneficial for me now earliest targeted so many things that I had issues with that I was very happy with the results even after the first treatment I am happy to say I am now looking to get the ViPeel and do some facials to keep up skin maintenance (so important). I really love that they are both very personal professional and sociable to be able to talk to you and be 100% honest. I will continue to go here and finish my laser hair removal (I plan to do arm and legs next) and just regularly return to maintenance.
