I called the office directly and have on audio recording saying they are in-network for the specific Tricare plan, which again, is said otherwise by Tricare. Initially, I was getting regular gel manicures, but Bernadette truly cares about nail health, and she suggested switching to builder gel (BIAB). It was a game-changer. Builder gel doesn't require soaking off and allows for continuous fills--meaning you can build on top of your last set without compromising nail integrity. Since switching, my nails have grown so long, strong, and healthy, and a single BIAB manicure can last me up to 6 weeks! Beyond nails, Bernadette is a wonderful person--easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and deeply caring. She also specializes in pedicures for clients with diabetes or other health conditions, which speaks volumes about her expertise and sensitivity to clients' unique needs. After reviewing their work on Instagram, we decided to make an appointment here. Originally, my daughter wanted to stick with dip to maintain her natural nail length, but the nail tech explained that the specific design she requested could not be achieved with dip powder. She transitioned to Aprés Gel-X instead, and still made changes from the original inspiration photo to simplify needs and costs after consulting with the nail tech. The final result was absolutely gorgeous and prom-ready! The only surprise was the number of additional fees added throughout the appointment, so she called me a few times to confirm costs before proceeding. I was happy to cover it for such a memorable milestone event. In the end she got one nail with light blue french tip, two nails painted blue and two nails with painted butterfly or flower design on each hand where in her original design it was a different design on each nail. While we will likely continue using our regular salon for routine nails due to the pricing structure here, I would recommend Nail Haven for weddings, prom, and other special occasions depending on your design aspirations.

I met Brittany at a friends house during an in-home concierge service. I was a bit skeptical about an in home service for injections but can honestly say I would do it agin and again with her! She was extremely professional and her work station was clean! I received a chemical peel and dysport injections in my forehead and upper lip. She was so knowledgeable and helpful when we discussed what would be the best way to treat my skin issues. I have now done multiple treatments so far and loved them all! I have been to surgeons, dermatologists for these types of services and RAE is the best. They have all the latest and greatest treatments. They look at your entire face and say this will help you achieve x, y, z. They will ask you what bothers you, but they also make recommendations. Also, not to upsell you but to make you look and feel your best. From the first steps walking in- soft lights, clean simple design and decor for the front lobby made me feel like I was in a fancy spa. And y'all- the smell was fantastic! They put the work in to make the space perfect. They also have coffee and drinks to enjoy. After heading to my treatment room, Shira came in and spoke with me about the procedure, making sure I didn't have any questions and making me very comfortable with the process and expected results. For micro needling they numb your face which takes about 15 minutes. Once the procedure started, Shira made sure to check in during to make sure I was doing ok during the entire process. It takes about another 15 minutes and then you are done! With the numbing cream, I didn't feel any pain- I would kinda describe the sensation as a hard scrub on the face, but you don't actually feel pin pricks of the needles. I'll have to come back with a review of the results, but I felt great after! Finally, I was given a little care package to take home with all the instructions I needed for after care to make this a successful treatment. I would highly recommend visiting and having a treatment of your own!

I know a lot of people are scared of starting a journey with filler randomly at almost 60. Even at 38, walking in and seeing younger women more pulled together is intimidating to me. I would also note my mom had recently lost 80lbs and has never done anything to treat herself. When we arrived- friendliness and concern the entire time. LIPS: She started with her lips- My mom's exact words "I don't want to look like a duck". It's impossible to look like a duck because she never really had an upper lip. Heather and the staff made my mom have LIPS FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. Not over done, age appropriate and most importantly even and full. FULL FACE: Next- a full face. They transformed her entirely. They gave her, the only way I can explain it, was a whole face lift. Her bags, gone. Her cheeks, defined. Her lips, plump Her chin, there Adora didn't give my mom "a bunch of filler".. they have a 60yr old mom, wife, and grandmother her confidence back. My mom cried when she saw herself in the mirror. After she left, I was hopeful that Adora could be a good fit. * Visit #1: I came in for Botox, and a few days later my face was visibly uneven. Adora did their best from a customer service perspective and balanced my Botox, but it required additional visits and I still had to pay for the corrections, which meant more of my time spent. * Visit #2: I experienced a strong allergic reaction to dermaplaning and had to remain in the office for nearly 30 minutes before I could safely leave. * Visit #3 (today): My appointment was scheduled with the owner, Heather, at the new Timonium location's grand opening. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited, but by 11:55 AM I had to leave because the injector still wasn't available. I had driven an hour and had a hard stop, so I left without receiving any treatment. The space is beautiful, the staff is pleasant, and I can tell they care about their clients. That said, my personal experiences required multiple corrections, extra time, and still left me without the consistency and reliability I need. As a woman entrepreneur who travels far for services, my schedule is tight and my time is valuable. After three visits, I've realized Adora may not be the right fit for me, and I'll be seeking an injector with the level of experience and consistency I'm accustomed to.

I've had Botox and filler before, but wanted to try a different approach, and Mrs Gray really took the time to listen to what I wanted and explain what would work best for my face without overdoing it. I ended up getting the PDO threads along with Botox and filler in a few areas, and I'm very happy with my results. The discomfort was minimal for me, and I will definitely be back. I messaged with Reena beforehand and she helped me pick the Gray's Mantra drip to help with inflammation and fatigue. I didn't swell too bad and recovered pain free. I think their drip was a game changer. Since then I've gone back for Dysport and lip filler. It was my first time for both. Reena took my desired approach and was conservative. I could always go back for more if needed, but I didn't want to be overdone. She delivered perfectly! It only took 1/2 syringe of lip filler for the lips of my dreams, Cupid's bow and vermilion line enhancement. Glad she numbed me good, it wasn't pleasant at first. The Dysport was a breeze tho. No numbing needed and I was good. Having a nurse practitioner do my injections really put me at ease, so glad to have found Reena and Gray Aesthetics.

And that $15 you pay for the membership, better do it in January only because it's not for a year from when you started, it's due every January. So my membership that started in September still has to be renewed in January for another $15. I am not renewing just to find out all the other ways they plan on screwing me over. The worst is the managers/owners are completely absentee and make the waxers do double duty at the front desk and take on the brunt of frustrated customers. Must be nice to sit in your palace funded by bad business practices and the labor of others. Speaking of the waxers, Christina is absolutely amazing and the best waxer I've ever had. She is efficient, minimizes pain, and produces clean and lasting results. She should be paid what the quality of her work deserves and she should be treated better.

If it very minimalistic, homey and comfortable. Most importantly, it is very clean! In fact, the kind gentlemen at the front desk was cleaning when I arrived. Cleanliness is definitely very important for a waxing business, so I appreciated that! The wax room was very spacious and clean. Madi was an absolute sweetheart. She was very professional and the wax experience was amazing! She had me in and out in no time, which I definitely appreciated on this specific Saturday, because it was snowing and I wanted to get off the roads ASAP.
