I even had to remind her to make my nails the same length, which she huffed about. When I washed my hands, she asked if I wanted clear nail polish. I said no, and she said, "You're done." I had to ask about the warm towel and hand lotion, and she brought those out all begrudgingly. I paid in cash, and she just walked off when I asked for change to leave a tip. So, I ended up leaving my tip at the front desk, which is incredible since I've been coming here for years. I hope they provide her with some customer service training.

The injector didn't go deep enough, left me with bumps that lasted far too long, and I bruised, none of which has ever happened to me with Botox before. When I asked about it, they brushed it off as "normal" and told me to wait two weeks. When I went back to address the issue, the physician dismissed my concerns and defended the injector, even with before-and-after photos that clearly didn't show the results I should've gotten. They refused to acknowledge that anything was done incorrectly. This place does not take accountability, does not listen to customers, and does not provide the quality of care you expect from a med spa. If you want reliable results and providers who stand behind their work, go somewhere else.

I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about RAE Aesthetics and Brittney Wilson!! I traveled all the way from Orange County, California to Maryland specifically to see Brittney and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Brittney is truly the only person I trust with my face. I would recommend this place to everyone in the state of Maryland. I have never been to anesthetic establishment that l was treated like family. Or treated so kindly. I was treated there many times and it has always been so clean and sanitary I have had the best results from every procedure I have had done and I've had just about all of them highly recommended. This was my second time seeing Bea for lip filler, and once again, I couldn't be happier with the results. She's incredibly skilled, professional, and makes the entire process feel relaxed and comfortable. Bea really listens to what you want and takes a conservative, natural approach--which I love. I met Brittany at a friends house during an in-home concierge service. I was a bit skeptical about an in home service for injections but can honestly say I would do it agin and again with her! She was extremely professional and her work station was clean! I received a chemical peel and dysport injections in my forehead and upper lip. She took her time to study my facial expressions and skin type and to go over all of the Q&A's I had. I didn't feel rushed at all like I have at other day spas. I never write reviews but I had to write how great of an experience I had with Refresh. Brittany takes her time to listen to what your issues are. She was so knowledgeable and helpful when we discussed what would be the best way to treat my skin issues. I have now done multiple treatments so far and loved them all! I have been to surgeons, dermatologists for these types of services and RAE is the best. They have all the latest and greatest treatments. They look at your entire face and say this will help you achieve x, y, z. They will ask you what bothers you, but they also make recommendations. Also, not to upsell you but to make you look and feel your best. I remember going to a surgeon one time for fillers, and I asked the doctor what he thought I should do, and he said he hated that question. I love Beatrice, but I bet they're all great. They offer discounts on packages, membership packages and weekly hydration clinics. You can purchase all skin care products in store. All non invasive procedures are currently on hold for this location as they are in the process of finalizing the construction for their very own surgery center. Although I attended the grand opening in May, it took me this long to come in for my services. I usually start in September. I get the microneedling & Precision Plus Vi Peel packages. Since starting these skin regimens about 6yrs ago, my horrible skin has been under control. Sadly, I did skip last year due to another procedure taking from my yearly beauty budget and it shows. I think their drip was a game changer. Since then I've gone back for Dysport and lip filler. It was my first time for both. Reena took my desired approach and was conservative. I could always go back for more if needed, but I didn't want to be overdone. She delivered perfectly! It only took 1/2 syringe of lip filler for the lips of my dreams, Cupid's bow and vermilion line enhancement. Glad she numbed me good, it wasn't pleasant at first. The Dysport was a breeze tho.
